This place cannot be seriously… waiting 1hr and a half in the waiting room is beyond appropriate! (Still didn’t get to see the doctor) Not to add they were supposed to call me with results today, and never did. Seriously? Why lie? It’s obvious they overbook at this place considering last time I waited over 2 hours to just be seen. I will be changing my primary care doctor right after I’m done with this… how disappointing

Just got of the phone with the after hours paging service, I gave them an ear full about this doctors gross incompetence and neglect for getting my prescription refills, after several requests from me and my pharmacy! Do not allow these people to be the primary source of your care! You will be greatly disappointed! Why would you get a doctor that refuses to return your phone calls and address your concerns regarding your health and safety. Now, the after hours paging service inform me that this clinic has a policy where they dont refill medications on the weekends. If they took the time and replied to the pharmacy and patients request throughout the whole week for the same refills , we could have been in a better place right now. This type of gross incompetence from our local doctors is the main reason why people dont trust the science that they are feeding to us on a daily basis.

You already see all the low ratings, so you know that there is truth in the ratings. I’m surprised the overall rating isn’t a 1 star or 2 at this point.(I did not use my real name because I do not want have issues transferring my medical records to my new provider.)My NP I saw in October was so lovely. But I will never come back to this place. You can arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment to make sure you are seen on time, but still waste 2 hours of your time without even seeing anyone!!15 minutes after the time my apppoitnment was supposed to me (an hour after I arrived), I was told I was to be seen next. They bring me into a small room, close the door, and leave to never return. AN HOUR AND A HALF goes by without anyone coming to see me!! All I wanted were some signatures needed for my medical leave at work. This is NOT normal. I have been working in the medical field for almost 9 years now! I should have stayed with my old PCP before I moved nearby here because in the time that I wasted sitting around waiting to see a provider at a doctors office (NOT an ER or Trauma Center), I could have made the drive to my old PCP, had my appontment, and driven back to my home in THIS location. They are so unprofessional and a waste of time.If you were considering seeing this provider or coming to this office at all, please look elsewhere and use ZocDoc or something to find a provider that will better suit your needs. Trust me. Every appointment I’ve had here has been a nightmare. It’s not just a one time fluke. It’s like this EVERY time. How can you tell someone that they are next to be seen and then still not see them after an ENTIRE hour and a half?!?! It makes no sense. In that time I spent waiting, I literally set an appointment with a new PCP for tomorrow with great wait times (per her ZocDoc reviews)... AND I will be able to do it virtually from within my home on my laptop or my phone!DON’T bring your parents here. They deserve better treatment after the life of stress they have been through. It’s not okay! Find someone who will respect their time and needs. This is not an advertisement and I wasn’t paid to say this at all. I just think our elders and patients deserve the utmost respect - and that includes respecting their time. Who wants to see their disabled father wait for 3 hours in a chair or in a small box-sized musty office? I really feel for them. Please use ZocDoc instead. You can choose your insurance, location, and book with a provider who has good wait time rating. You can fill all the paperwork before the appointment online so that you do not waste any time. It’s a really simple website and app. It allows you to see their next availability and book through the website/app itself. There’s also an option for virtual appointments. Provide your family members, your loving parents and grandparents the respect that they DESERVE. ❤️ A realistic appointment time is the BARE MINIMUM.I did not use my real name because I do not want have issues transferring my medical records to my new provider.

This Dr is the worst! Ladies stay away...or really anybody in general that wants answers about their health. She doesn’t take the time to explain anything. I walked out of my appointments feeling as lost as when I got there. She prescribes medication and doesn’t even tell you, the receptionist let’s you know on the way out. She barely talks at all and when you ask her anything she doesn’t even bother to look up from her laptop. All she ever tells you is to make an appointment. For what?? No idea because she doesn’t talk!!!! She’s all about how many appts she can get out of you to bill. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Ahmed seemed nice enough when I finally saw her, but I don’t think I’ll make her my primary care physician. She wasn’t very communicative about the treatment plan and I found out when I went to the pharmacy that she’d prescribed me a medication she didn’t tell me about or explain during my visit.Their practice was very busy when I arrived and waited about 40 minutes to be taken back. The nurse who took my vitals asked if I would be OK seeing a PA. I said no, as I had when i was asked that question on the phone when I made the appointment.Waited a little longer, then a medical student who said she was assisting Dr. Ahmed came in and said she’d be taking my history. She was very nice and seemed to care about my complaints. But when Dr. A finally made it in the room, she seemed to know nothing about my history and I had to retell the whole issue. The one medication she did want to give me was something I’d never heard of and I had to stop her from almost walking out the door to get any info on what exactly it was and ask a couple questions. Finally, I ended up having to pay over the minimum in the parking garage because they kept me waiting so long. To boot, they don’t validate parking.Overall, not worth the hassle and wait to be seen for three minutes by the Dr. who seems to be running her practice in a model that facilities more insurance billing than it does holistic care of the patient.

Does not listen to patient. I made sure to mention four times that I was there for my Annual Physical Exam (1 to the front desk when making appointment, 1 to the medical assistant, 2 to the Doctor.) Because it was past the time for it. She (Doctor) said she understood, she did the physical exam, even sent me for blood work. She then charged my insurance company as a regular visit. Insurance company received no proper coding for a physical. So I am getting billed by insurance. When my insurance covers physicals at 100%. It took three days for her billing person to get back to me, and she (Doctor) refuses to change the coding. I would never go back, because I cannot trust a Doctor that cannot listen to a patient.

The doctor is not informative at all. She seems to be in it for the money. I just called with a concern about my moms blood pressure medicine and the nurse that answered was very dry and rude. We are talking about a life threatening situation now and this is the way you treat your patience. I am switching my mom doctor asap.

Every time I go they take forever to let me in. Also, they are always taking days off, seems like they are never available . They say they are going to call me for test results and they never do. I only saw the doctor once because they always give you a PA , they only take like 3 minutes with you and then they are ready to get out of there without explaining whats going on. I decided to stop going and now they want to call me for any small thing so I can make an appointment.

They never gave me the results of the pap smear, which is why I went to that place 🧐 when I call they only give excuses and what needs to be done again. I will not return to play with my time.
