Kelsey Seybold is by far my favorite place to go for medical issues. All your information is easily passed to each doctor, and its easy to explain your needs.Favorite thing: No matter a building specifically for Kelsey, or them renting out an office space, or in a room in the hospital, the signs are big, and there are easy directions to get there. No confusion. No needing to arrive 10 min earlier than early just to find it.Parking is easy at this location.

The billing department and customer service is awful. For the third time I have been billed for a test I never had. There is no complaint department and you cannot speak with anyone they tell you to write a letter. This is so easy to figure out, yet it seams no one has the sense to do it. I had a pet scan which I paid for at the time Kelsey keeps billing me for a ct scan on the same day, This I did not have, the pet scan was ordered with contrast the nurse missed the vain my arm swelled to twice its size. I was taken to what appeared to be a waiting room where a doctor came in looked at my are and said go home apply hot and cold compresses. It does not take a genius to figure this out. I can not be two places at one time. You need to hire some intelligent people that can figure this out. I am really fed up with this billing department also I was to be called back in 24 hrs. this is day three. Hire some decent help or let your people do there jobs.

Dr. Ferguson is very personable, informative, and very easy to talk to about your problems. She listens completely and then gives her advice to you. She is a very smart and compassionate doctor.

I was having very low blood pressure 80/51 and I go to the desk Second floor and Sharon there got me in to See Dr Hua. That is a very special employee you have on the second floor. Dr Hua took very good care of me. Very pleased

I have been with Kelsey Seybold since 1994 and I would not consider ever making a change. I am now a KelseyCare Advantage patient and I will stay with them. It is convenient not having to travel around Houston in order to see the specialists that I need. I dont drive so it have my prescriptions mailed to me. The prescriptions are filled quickly and it is rare I have to wait more than several days.

Dr Lamothe Is patient and a great listener. He is always positive when I visit snd he has a way to make you feel primary when in the appointment.

He is very knowledgable and willing to respectfully answer my questions. I am very happy with him. But his assistant who checks me in needs work. She is impolite and not very interested in answering questions. She has very short hair and wears it in a ducks tail in back. But anyway the doctor is great. I would give you less stars if more of the assistants were like her but they a for the most part great.

Dr Ferguson really listened to all my questions and helped me search for answers. I appreciated the fact that she explained everything in down to earth terms and alleviated so much apprehension as strokes and heart attacks run in my family. She took care of me in the hospital and now she is my cardiologist for life. Bless her little turquoise running shoes❤️

Dr. Wong has been our pediatrician since my daughter was 3 days old. She is always kind, gentle, explains everything, and listens to my concerns. I had a Two minute Zoom meeting with a Dr. Nguyen at this clinic who prescribed me something i’ve never heard of. After getting off the phone i immediately looked the medication up and called right back and said i can’t take that, it was too much of a risk for me. I explained i needed something for anxiety, not a depression medication that would leave me “feeling suicidal for the first month” and a nurse said the Dr. would call me back. Days later i get a call from a nurse saying he can not prescribe anxiety medication and that i need to see a Psychiatrist. Okay weird, but no big deal. MONTHS later i get a bill for $275. Just for the Dr. to refer me to somewhere else. He didn’t listen to me speak but 30 seconds before throwing a prescription at me that i was not comfortable with. When i called after my appointment to pay the bill the lady told me there wasn’t one posted and normally you pay before your visit. We both figured since he was no help at all and i only wasted two minutes of his precious time in the comfort of his own office that the last charge i would get would be $275. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking medical advice or care. SCAMMERS

During my first consultation visit with one of the specialist here, the doctor was very informative and thoroughly explained everything until I understood it. This doctor was very patient and answered all my questions and offered alternative options in case I wanted to consider them. I did not feel that he was rushing or pushing for additional procedures but rather wanted to make sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Dr Thomas continues to be a remarkable physician. He continues to listen and takes questions ensuring you feel confident in the treatment given. I never feel rushed with my doctor visits. Great doctor!

Went to the clinic on April 7 for the Covid vaccine. The waiting list for the vaccine worked well to be notified about making an appointment. KS had the check-in and waiting process set up well to keep things moving. Probably less than 8 minutes from walking in to getting the shot. Then a 15 minute sit down to check for any negative reaction. Thumbs up to KS for making it really smooth.

Dr. Wong has been my kids’ pediatrician for 15 years. She listens to all the concerns, takes her time explaining any questions that we have, and interacts with the kids on their level.Love her very much.

She is very down to earth and is always willing to go the Extra Step if she feels you need additional assistance with health problems. She is the best Primary Care physician we have ever had!

Dr. Hashemi is an awesome doctor. He really does care about his patients. My mother had some eye problems over different weekends. Another doctor was on call. On Monday, doctor Hashemi made sure his nurse called to make an appointment to see my mother because, he was concerned about her eye problem. Doctor Hashemi is always on time for his appointments and, explains everything to you so that you will understand. I wouldnt trade doctor Hashemi for anything. Thank you Doctor Hashemi for all that you do.

Dr. Stavinoha, was very good at explaining to me about my knees and the issues I as m having . He took time with me and suggested things to try without mentioning surgery at the first visit like other doctors I have seen in years past. I feel he is very knowledgeable about what he does.

Never again. Ortho dept is dismissive, doctor has no real feedback, insight or guidance. The lead nurse constantly has an attitude. Every time we go there we feel like we are at Ben Taub, but less organized.MOST IMPORTANT - IN THE ORTHOPEDIC DEPT - An elderly couple was there. Wife was in a wheelchair and the husband was using a walker. But he was trying his best to push his wife along with holding on to his walker. As his name was called, he took a moment to try to get up. Once he was finally up, he grabbed his walker and tried to push his wife, the entire time, the ortho nurse was WATCHING THEM AS SHE WAITED FOR HIM TO WALK BACK WITH HER. As he was trying to push his wife with his walker, he very slowly started to lean towards the left and almost fell!!! And he was able to stop himself from falling. HOWEVER, THE NURSE JUST LOOKED ON AS HE WAS ON HIS WAY DOWN!!! Luckily he did not fall.As the couple finally made their way to the nurse who called them back, the nurse then got an attitude with them and pushed him out of the way and was like You know what just let me get it you just worry about yourself!!! And took the wheelchair.HOW DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE!As a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO ASSIST WHERE NEEDED TO PREVENT INJURY!!!! IF YOU SEE A PERSON STRUGGLING YOU HELP THEM!!!KELSEY SEYBOLD HAS GONE TO TRASH. YOU NEED TO DO SOME WORKSHOPS WITH YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EVEN I.T. TECHS IN HOSPITALS ARE OBLIGATED TO HELP FALL RISKS!!Best believe I am not done. I will make sure I let the right people know about this.

I was seen by a Dr at spring medical and they even afer they seen my blood pressure was high sent me home.i payed them and they did nothing. I have a heart infection they could have cought there but they were too lazy to check.

I very much like Doctor Udayamurthy. She has been my Kelsey-Seybold Clinic internist many years. She is always thorough and knowledgeable keeping me in good health -- and alive -- at age 75. I will always feel like she saved my life when she realized the urgency to see a gynecologist asap. I wouldnt be here to give her accolades had I not -- as I had fallopian tube cancer. It was a fluke that it was discovered.

I think the world of Dr. Lamothe. Due to acute gout, I use see him frequently, almost monthly. But thankfully, Dr. Lamothe treatment plan was to move me away from episodic acute treatment to long-term sustain care. Today, Im off of damaging NSAID drugs and I have gone multiple years without a gout attacks. I see Dr. Lamothe once year namely, to thank him for his excellent care and for keeping me out of his office. He is the best! He understands gout suffers. I only wish I had met him sooner.

For Houston standards (which aren’t great), the Kelsey Seybold hospital chain is really the only good one around here. Probably the closest hospital clinic in this immediate area is 1960 Family Practice, which I will never step foot in again. You literally have everything you need here and for being located in a rougher part of Houston it’s surprisingly polished and well put together. Thank god they got off their high horse and started taking all forms of insurance again so us regular folk can get quality care from a quality provider. Some of the female staff that do the ‘grunt work’ can have a bit of an attitude like they don’t want to be there, which is really out of place for how put together it is. But again this is Houston where else are you gonna go, so I’ll take it.

She really listened to what I had to say. Very knowledgeable and polite. Made me feel at peace with my visit. Her nurses were friendly and very helpful.
