The nurse is so wonderful and sweet! Dr. Vanbiber is nice, patient, and has helped me a ton throughout the years. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Russell Vanbiber is my general physician for last few years. He is very professional and thorough with the diagnose and treatments.

I’ve been going to Dr. Vandiber for about 6-months. New to Houston, I was looking for a fantastic general physician and I found one. His examination is thorough and his follow-up is timely. I highly recommend Dr. Vandiber.

I used to be his regular patient but Im no longer going to visit this office. I was charged a cancelation fee when I clearly stated over the phone that I had to go to the ER the night before for the same reason I was supposed to see the doctor the next day. So I couldnt give 24 hour notice to not be charged a cancelation fee. I didnt want to go back and forth so paid the fee. They lost a patient whose insurance wouldve paid hundreds for services. Its about the principle here and not about the cancelation amount.

Dr. Russell Vanbiber and the girls are always so friendly, welcoming, and have an excellent standard of care. When I moved to Houston, TX three years ago I had such anxiety thinking about finding a new PCP to start a new patient - doctor relationship with. Dr. Vanbiber is across the street from me, which makes his practice a convenient location, and has treated me with the utmost respect since day one. I highly recommend Dr. Vanbiber and his practice to fulfill your medical needs he is an amazing PCP!

My daughter just moved to Houston and needed a good General doc to see. She researched and chose this doc to see for stomach issues. She filed out all of the paperwork and gave to the office staff. The receptionist was SO RUDE and ignorant about BCBS insurance. I am an RN and have excellent insurance with a $40 office visit and the receptionist along with the doc was trying to get her to pay $110. She agreed but they refused her payment and shut the glass door. I am so disappointed with this doctor and his office staff. Please do not go here. Surely there are better places in Houston!

Dr Russell is very cordial and friendly. I had severe low back pain, He listened to my concerns and prescribed with proper medication. I am free from back pain now..

Best doctor ever! Dr. Vanbiber is very approachable, kind, and knowledgeable. Hes the first doctor who makes me feel very comfortable. Im so thankful I found him. His staff, Jennifer and Tammy, are always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Vanbiber for your health care needs.

Hes amazing. Trusting your life to someone that you dont know is hard but Dr. Van and his staff make it easy. Hes a great person aside from being a great doctor and so is his nurse. And the professionalism that Tammy answers the phone with is a great start to any doctors appointment. I recommend his office to all my family and friends and everyone has been very pleased with the way they were treated.

You wont see me again30 years together and not worth even acknowledging me?If I had $ for every time I waited 15 min or 45 min for you we could both retire. It is the principle, my time is just as valuable as yours. I dont pay your office for a lousy attitude. We started together....I deserved better.I have moved on!

Honestly, the best Dr. Ive had since i was in the Army. He listens to what you have to say, offers real advise and knows who to send you to if the issue is out of his scope of medicine, my experince with him has been wonderful and his office staff are always helpful when we call( forgive me ,horrible with names). They have made dealing with this new set of issues easier and have helped us understand whats going on. He is a fearless Dr. who only cares about making you better.

Been a patient of Dr Vanbiber for almost a year now. Great diagnostician, and doesnt give you the rush job like many other doctors do. Dr Van is a really nice guy besides being a great doctor, I would recommend

I have been going to dr Vanbirber for years.He is knowledgeable and experienced but what sets him apart from other doctors is that you don’t feel rushed. He will listen to you and give advice.Jennifer has been with him for years. She is down to earth , upbeat and always helpful.Tammy is at the desk and is also great.

I honestly fell like was a waste of time and money visit this office. I dont really have nothing good to say about Dr.vanbiber, I dont recomend him as a doctor and I probably will not come back to this office.The office its overclowned we need waiting to long for the appointment, and him only spends 3 MIN.Of his time with me, and walks away without said anything after I waited for 45 min.for my appointment.I went to vacation in Brazil ( São Paulo) and I decided to see my Brazilian doctor, I paid $105 (dollars)for the appointment, the appointment took 40 minutes, the Brazilian doctor answered all my questions, looked all my exams, with PRIVATE, respect and professionalism, it was my annual CHECKUP. I shouldnt have the need to do that, but 3 min. wasnt enough for a 40 year old woman to discussion her health issues.The employees was nice and helpful its the only good thing from dr. Vanbiber office.Afterward they sent the results of the exams by email, and told me if I have any questions I can write back, just awful.

Dr. Vanbiber has been my doctor since about 2007...he became my friend before i ever met him in his office....i met him at the gym...I have never witnessed a doctor who actually CARES about his patients...i refuse to go to other docs and i hope he lives forever...there is NO doctor like him...period...It would be in your best interest to go to this man...and his staff is awesome... especially his assistant JENNIFER...she is soooo kewl😃
