Dr Farizani is far and away the best doctor I have ever met. she is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person ,and a truly outstanding doctor. I had an appointment with her but I couldnt get her on time. I did with another doctor without choice because to save my time. the sadest thing was even I couldnt saved my time, resource, and health. There was very bad customer service and bad treatment. Never try to go there.

Dear brother and sisters this place is hell please avoid visiting this place they only care about their business not your health I visit dr Farzani to tell my health problem she ask to keep quite she order me ultrasound and X-ray I did paid a lot from out of pocket next when there to check the result she just came for a minute and didn’t know about the result she said that she will check my chart and come but she never came back and one of her nurse said that I can go home with telling the lab results Dr Farzani is trying to see 5 patients in 5 minutes to make more money she is not worry about patients health at all

I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to your office in August. Entering Hillcroft that morning I was experiencing what was thought to be the flu for close to 6 days of our vacation. My wonderful wife of 36 years says it’s the sickest she’s ever seen me (sorry for shaving and wearing socks with my sandals!) Your diagnosis and treatment regimen for pneumonia enabled us to enjoy our final day of vacation home the next day.Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member (blood work nurse, x-ray technician, providers, and others) presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a great job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to Dr. Farizani for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem as pneumonia. I was feeling so much better within 24 hours taking the antibiotic.

I am in charge of my sister-in-laws care because she has special needs. After taking her for her first visit to Dr. Farizani, I was quite pleased by the time spent with the doctor and her thoroughness in the exam. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. The phlebotomist who drew blood did a beautiful job! She stuck my sister-in-law only once and without causing her any discomfort. The waiting time for the appointment was under 15 minutes and it was quite easy in scheduling the follow-up appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Farizani who was very considerate and patient with my sister-in-law and did a great job explaining things to her.

Dr.Fourough Farizani and her clinic is a great place to come.Theyve everything in the building.You dont have to go somewhere else for blood work or anything else.All doctors are awesome.I know them for a long time.Since i have gotten my new insurance i go to them very often if its needed.Great place to visit.

I have been taking my kids over to Hillcroft Physicians, I am always welcomed by friendly staff, they are very helpful, specially Charly, the manager, the wait was over 30 minutes, 3 days have passed since my visit, I am feeling much better. Dr. Farizani was very nice and helpful explaining how to take the medicine prescribed, the medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately. I am taking the time to write down this review because I believe I should share my wonderful experience at Hilcroft Physicians and hopefully whoever reads my review will think to go to a place were they really take care of you.

I am giving a 5 star because the good reviews are always on the top, however, my true rating would be a (1 STAR) because my experience at this clinic was horrible. I remember once they left us in a room for 1-2 hours and we were waiting for the doctor to visit us. We got impatient for waiting very long so I opened the door to call someone to check on us. Suprisingly no body was in the clinic and they left without even noticing our presence in the room. Also, the front staff is horrible because once the man got mad at my brother for asking a question and he yelled at him. More importantly, the doctor loves having a lot of patients so she can earn more money. This is why she never knows about her patients cases. For example, my mom gave blood test so many times because they lost her report from last time. Lastly, the last time I went there I was mad and told them that I will change my clinic because of the bad service and the man simply said ok that’s good.

Dr. Farizani treats me and my family just like her family. She is kind and very smart. I could not have picked a better provider!

I was a student under Dr. Farazani and I can honestly say it was the best learning experience. Dr. Farazani truly cares about patient outcomes and has a system in place to make sure all of the patients needs are addressed. Hillcroft Physicians truly lives up to their concept of Medical Home , as they provide many in house services ie: X ray , ultrasounds , pharmacy , ect all within the same facility. They offer great providers , fluent in different languages, to be able to address patients with language barriers. If you are looking for a primary care physician , you will not be disappointed choosing Hillcroft Physicians.

My recently visit was horrible I have been waiting for doctor to be called more than 2 hours and I have seen some patients came after me and they have seen the doctor before me which I don’t recommend it At all .

I want to thank Dr. Farizani and her team at Hillcroft Physicians for their care. I came down with the flu during the holidays and they scheduled me in for the same day. Having a 102 degree fever they put me in a room right away and Dr. Farizani took care of my situation. I really appreciate the kindness and special attention.

This clinic is money trap don’t try to visit even if you got a headache they are so cruel even if your life is at risk because of any serious illness they charge your insurance and say you are absolutely fine 😂😂 it happened to me I wanna share it with everybody

She is very selfish Dr, I ever had. In 7 year time she see my mom only one time .she never respect the patient. If you are new patient find other dr she is terrible. When you need she never help you she gives you lots of appointments and unwanted drugs.If you go to her to get help she show the attitudes. In 2014 when my mom diagnostic with cancer I go to her to talk and get some help she say she can no more handle it I need to find other new doctor for her.I wish I never have to see her. Some time she ask to do the same procedure twice.Please dont trust her.If have to see be careful when she ask for medication and procedures.I strongly suggest not to go to her.Find the dr who care and respect you

Horrible customer service. Called several times and got put on hold. When they finally answered, a lady basically hung up on my face telling me there not taking anymore walk ins or appointments, mind you I have been calling non-stop to try to make an appointment and got put on hold but for a whole 30 mins to an hour. Don’t go here. They’re rude and disrespectful, everybody working in the front.

Wish I had listened to the reviews as they are correct on many levels. The experience I had on my first visit to the Hillcroft Physicians started scary ( the clinic looked like the drivers licence place ) then turned into a nightmare of large proportions.First of course was problems with my insurance and in there defense some had some truth but this is not new and as long as this clinic has been in practice they should have known how to work with it especially as they said ** insurance are a pain I am going to be sure to let my insurance know of how this staff complains about them. So the nightmare continued with me waiting for two hours, people with no appointments going ahead of me. When I finally said I was going to leave one of the staff bosses got me right in, I had fasted that morning so that I could get my blood sugar read and was slowly losing it. This staff instead of helping gave me some of the worse attitude I have ever encountered in a Dr. office, even so much to yell things regarding me so the office could hear, honestly I was about to cry and walk out but I thought I had waited and wanted to at least see the Dr. So I wait inside and hear the great things people were saying and even so much paged the Dr. over the loud speaker.People please read the reviews prior and take it as a huge WARNINGNo one should ever experience what I did and you know what I have yet to get an apology
