I started here for my physical therapy after an accident. I am happy to have found this place because I feel that here I am listened to and my concerns are respected. Lucy and Kevin are always very helpful and accommodating regarding scheduling and taking care of any requests I may have. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I was recommended to this clinic by a coworker and they definitely did not disappoint. Since the moment I checked in till the moment I left the building, the staff and clerical workers were very friendly and professional. As soon as my family and I walked in the front door the lady behind the desk locked eyes with me, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. It’s a family walk in clinic they refused to see my 12 year old (mind you there are no signs or anything on the website that state they don’t see kids. I told her I didn’t care how much it cost because they didn’t accept my daughters Medicaid (in which I believed was another reason) so we were judged and Yep we were racial profiled. They refused service to the young man before me which was a black American as well. And they couldn’t see her because it was 12:30pm but there was a young Caucasian man waiting to be called back how ironic.Sad world we live in as to where now they are refusing to service others that don’t look like them! But all our money is the same!!!!!! I took my business elsewhere. They hurt my daughter feelings because she sensed it IMMEDIATELY!

I went to Doctors Clinic Houston for the first time on a walk-in. The wait time was not too long for me to see a doctor (about 20 to 30 minutes for me) I felt welcome and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this Clinic to my family.

Dont go to this clinic, they just want that insurance money. I called and asked if they do walk-ins and they said yes and that Ill be paying cash and they said sure. I showed up and at the front desk her first question was my insurance to which I said none im paying cash, then she asked my symptoms and before I even finished my sentence since I was thinking what else is wrong with me she just left to talk to the doctor Im assuming. Couple minutes later she comes back and says I need to go get tested for TB and they dont do that here, I was so shocked at how unprofessional it was that I didnt even bother telling her that Ive had active TB before so I was going to test positive regardless. The least they could have done if they werent just trying to reap insurance money was to take me in and ask if Ive had TB before and then tell me to go get a chest xray, and thats ASSUMING I have TB to which I still have no idea what I have since im waiting on a PCP to take new patients, but nah they dont care, dont come here if you dont have insurance these guys only care about that and not your health. Just imagine letting the front desk lady play the doctor role, hell I dont even blame her, whoever was the doctor that day is terrible, he should have known to ask if Ive had TB before since you will test positive if youve had active TB in the past and the only way to know is by doing a chest xray and their website says they do xrays....terrible terrible doctor.Edit: Your response only further proves my point as you chose to tackle the financial part before anything else. While that was my assumption the point of it was the horrible service given, if you can call it service at all, they did not let me finish explaining my symptoms, they gave me horrible advice on how to proceed, I went to get the TB test done just to have it as a reference while I wait for a PCP, and guess what? I tested positive cause of course I was since Ive had active TB when I was younger. Just admit the service provided was horrible and move on. If the front desk lady was going to be the one telling me how to proceed, why couldnt I just have told her half my symptoms and let her tell me over the phone lol...not only did the doctor refuse to see me, but also pointed me in the wrong direction, luckily for me Ive had TB before and knew the TB skin test was stupid advice.

Listen I used to Goto Dr Xydas before I came here and I had six miscarriages on their watch they offered no help they just kept giving me cytotech and sending me on my way so I came to DR WANG this dr has showed so much love and concern for my baby and pregnancy and sees me every week to check in my child I’m more than grateful I’m so happy and I think this one is going to make it to the end cause DR FAN WANG AND HIS TEAM CARES if this isn’t your obgyn HE NEEDS TO BE HES SO AWESOME im so happy with the quality and commitment and care I’m receiving ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Been coming to this clinic for PT for about 3 months now after a pretty horrible accident, and I have to say Kevin and Gabriella are 2 of the most valuable here at this location. I appreciated the conversations and kindness that came from these two. They just made it feel very comfortable given the situation. I will always recommend this clinic honestly because of these two. Keep up the good work if nothing else at all.

The entire team is wonderful. From the moment I walked in the beautiful young lady Erica Sanchez assisted me and assured me everything was sanitized. I was all geared up because I have 3 baby boys that need my care. Once I was taken to the back for vitals the medical assistant was so nice and caring. I went in to see the chiropractor due to a muscle spasm. She was so thorough and took the time to explain to me my situation. As she saw I was a covered up she asked if I was comfortable to take off my mask shield to lay down on my belly for the treatment. She held my hands and arms in the different to identify the exact location of my pain. After the electromagnetic shocks in my back, adjustment, special treatment with the hand held massager and the chiropractor demonstrated easy exercises to ease the pain at home. The chiropractor was fully knowledgeable and explained about how the different layers of muscles and how to properly stretch to have a healthy back without pain.The team is amazing! Especially, Gabby, Jessica, Elizabeth and Erica. Theyre such sweethearts.100 stars! Thank you for everything! I feel great and will go in again if I need to.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Gabby was very helpful and would check in on me periodically during the “machine based therapy” (not sure exactly what those machines were.) The doctor’s were also kind. The physical therapist/doctor was always answering any questions I had, and would even go into detail about my therapy. lol I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a horrible car accident in December and will like to thank the whole entire staff care at doctors clinic. They not only work with my work schedule when they fit in my appointments were always at a timely matter great friendly staff me updated on my appointments. Gabby and Kevin were always extremely sweet and caring. The scheduling team I feel bad cause didnt to learn all there name but were all great. The physician Navid was very nice and thank to him I am able to my regularly exercise routine. Thank you all!

Just tried to get an appointment for yearly physical. Last year they were hard to deal with at the Southwest Hwy location and forgot to do a test!!!! This year, they want me to jump through hoops to make Dr. Leslie Allison my primary care doctor. I have an HMO that does not require a designated PCP!!!!! After speaking with BCBS, I tried telling Erica and Danielle that it is not required. Neither one of them would call Blue cross/Blue shield to confirm this!!!! They are incompetent for new HMO requirements and unwilling to help with any issues!!!! Now, gotta find a new doctor!

I have a prescription here and every time I need a refill they insist on me making another appointment. No opiates, no weird stuff. But another co-pay, and another couple hours off of work. Every single time, 3 for 3. There are a lot of other options out there, consider one of them.

Dr. Nik is an exceptional chiropractor. Went there with aches in neck and lower back, and was very pleased with the services provided. Gabriella & Kevin from day one of our therapy to the end, they made sure that we do not have problem plus they are really good in explaining and showing you different exercises. Overall, here at this location they got the best team working.

I was in a car accident in December of 2018 (a person blew through a stop sign and hit me) after the accident I started to have neck and back pains, so I decided to see a doctor.from the minute I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles and promptly taken care of by doctor Nick and his physical therapy team consisting of Gabby and Kevin. Came here at the end of the year after a very serious car accident. I had trouble walking because of my back and had trouble moving my left arm and shoulder. In just two short months, Dr. Nick and his wonderful staff ( Mr. Kevin and Ms. Gaby) have me feeling better. Their dedication towards my health and recovery are very much appreciated.

As I walked in to this Clinic I was quickly greeted by the receptionist, Cinthia, who was very helpful and informative on what I needed done and how to get it done. The medical assistant, Araceli, provided some of the best service I have received at a clinic along with the nurse practitioner. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist me. Even on my second visit the receptionist remembered who I was and expedited my services. I was seen by the medical assistant, Monica, for my second visit and I have never had such a painless vaccination in my life. She was very quick, gentle, and precise with her techniques. I have never seen a team work together in such harmony while being efficient and caring to all patients. I will refer all of my classmates and friends to this clinic!!!

This place is quick and well priced (I dont have ins.) I needed to be seen quickly so i called ahead and the girl that answered was very kind and helpful (she answered all my questions) and Dr. Allison was very personable and friendly. He made me feel very important. It seems like he truly cares about his patients and their well being. So all that to say, i loved this place and will be back when needed.

My mother was seen and treated by Monica and nurse practitioner Ms. Sallie recently and she was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, services, and treatment. Monica was polite and very much attentive with my mom. Nurse practitioner Ms. Sallie was kind, attentive as well, and helpful. My mom is grateful to these two ladies. I am from Fredericksburg Va and made a appointment for my migraine. They changed me 50.00 to tell me it was nothing they could do advising me to go back to the hospital. When I asked your charging me 50.00 for nothing they looked at me and said sorry and sent me on my way. I love it here in Texas but had I known how ruthless these so called clinics are I would have made sure all of my health affairs were in order. Apparently, they dont have time to look at your previous records even when you hand it to them.

Called on a Friday evening to make an appointment. They told me they dont make appointments for Saturday but I am more than welcome to go there in person from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday because they have walk-ins. I got there at 10:10 am and they said the walk-ins are only until 10 am. Interestingly enough, they asked me if I want to make an appointment lol So my suggestion to everyone reading this: you are more than welcome to waist your time with this clinic...

I am complimenting my physical therapy assistance, Kevin Gaspar who was always mild mannered and thorough. It took a little while to warm up to Gabriela Olivera, but after a couple of visits I learned she is very good and thorough at her job. They both would take time to hear your concerns.Dr. Navid Niktabe ( Dr. Nik) was a joy and pleasure to have met. He reminded me of Dr. Gadget with the different gadgets he used to help me get better. Dr. Nik was concerned about my well being. I am grateful for this team. However, there is one thing I would like to suggest and that is for you all to respond to messages left.

I felt right at home. I was attended to as soon as I walked in. I went there with my hubby and by the end of the appointment, he had decided to have this place as his primary doctor. Everyone was so nice and the doctor very knowledgeable.

My doctor Cynthia Ketterer works in the west Houston Clinic on Memorial Dr. I go there because its around the corner from my residence . I needed to see her and she was working at the southwest clinic and I had to go to that facility. I was very impressed with the staff. They were prompt and courteous from the minute I arrived. They were very professional in every aspect. It was my first time there and I felt like I had been going to that facility for years. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs medical help. Very, very good job!

Gaby and Kevin provide excellent customer service and Dr. Nik is amazing! He works with you during every session ensuring you perform the exercises correctly and get the most out of your sessions. Dr. Nik - the chiropractor - is outstanding! Saw him after a three-month treatment for a fungal infection that caused pain and discomfort all over my body, as well as rapid weight loss and a loss of muscle mass. He listened to my symptoms and concerns and immediately got me started and scheduled.After a week of electrical stimulation, massage rollers (built into the bed), stretching/exercises, and adjustments, I feel like a new man! The pain and discomfort has lessened tremendously. I’m gaining back some muscle mass, I can stand up straighter and am maintaining better posture.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Maghsoudi is amazing! She is a pleasant and caring doctor. My lower back and legs were injured at work and she helped me to recover from my work injury, she explained everything thoroughly about my condition and my case. The wait time is about 15 to 20 minutes. Overall, its a great office and I recommend highly.

Edit: July 24 2018 - in response to the response from this office the medication is literally sitting in my bathroom and has been for a long time. So to say it wasnt picked up is strange.Edit: One day after posting this review I finally get a call from the pharmacy that my prescription was changed. So, theres that I guess.I went there for a check up and got a prescription. The prescription wasnt covered by my insurance but an alternate form was. The pharmacy faxed them this information twice to get the doctor to either change the prescription or negotiate with the insurance company.No response for days so I called the office again to explain the issue. Days pass, nothing, so I call the office yet again. This time the person answering the phone tells me they have no record of anything but she will send the note to the doctor.Days pass no contact from the office. I call again. I will also note during these calls the people answering the phone are pretty short with you and give the impression you are bothering them. Again during this call they act like this is the first they have heard of this issue and once again promise to forward this to the doctor.Fast forward. its been over a month since my appointment and not a word from this office. The only time I speak to them is if I call them.

Had a not so great experience. I am new here and ignored the negative reviews and still went in to get checked out for some serious health issues and was not treated as deserved. The DR came in, didnt even introduce himself, and rushed to listen to my issues, and as I was explaining my situation in depth so he can understand me better, the response I got from him was to just talk about one problem and not the others. He promised to do physical the next morning so we can discuss my other problems but I would first have to complete a blood test. I Called the next morning to make an appointment, but the girl said just walk in were not busy - but they were busy and I made the out of pocket payment and waited 2 hours just to have someone draw blood and tell me to leave after 5 minutes. I told her the DR said he would be consulting and completing a physical - her response was that Oh that DR isnt working today you can come back another day and pay again and consult....I would have came in on the day he was working IF HE TOLD ME. He told me to come tomorrow morning which I did. - I was told I would get a call Monday with my results, no call. I called multiple times on Monday and Tuesday but no one had any answers for me. After 3 days I call again and said that I was supposed to get a call on Monday, she told me the DR was going to call me within 5-10 days to discuss the results, and then I hear The DR wants me to let yu know everything is ok. .....OK and? now what? can you explain what this test means? Actually i dont know how to explain it but he said everything is ok. I asked to have the DR call me due to all the inconvenience and misunderstandings he caused, but the girl said sorry he doesnt call patients...You just told me he was going to call me in 5-10 days.. Just SO IRRITATING. waste of time and money. They seem to care more about their halloween decor rather than their patients.

Great location, great staff. I had the chance to work with Dr. Nik, Gaby and Kevin with my physical therapy treatments. I was comfortable working with them through this treatment. Both Gaby and Kevin explained and even taught me how to do the exercises needed. Dr Nik, is a great chiropractor, really helped me with the pain I had.

I been seeing my doctor for years and she been between this location and memorial and Im going to say the staff that they have there now dont do there job they dont care about patients. And try to have attitudes this location need a whole new staff especially for the front desk. I will never go to this location or refer anyone. If this location and staff was the only one on earth to go see i would rather suffer or die. But i love the staff at the memorial location they do care about there patients. And to show that they lie when you go to the doctor and tell them you have to have a result urgently an they always comes up with something. But when the staff comes in the room and point her finger in your face but nothing is said or done about that. But one thing i never done is gotten physical with anyone or any patients. So i suggest when responding to reviews state the facts.

I had chest pain so I came here and they told me I had asthma and an infection in my lungs. They gave me meds but remained in pain for a month thinking it was going to get better. I did not so went back but it was another doctor and I told her I feel alot of pressure on my chest and Im in pain by this time my left shoulder was hurting also and the doctor told me the same thing the first one said. Tried to give me the same meds and I told her I just finished taking that and her response was oh ok yea lets not do the same meds so she gave me something else. Another 3 weeks go by and still the same. Went to try getting an MRI and they said I needed a doctors note. Went back to this clinic and told them again that it was worst and I need an MRI so they just referred me to a orthopedic. Turns out I had a mass in my sternum bone and it was destroying my bone, I tried to tell them this was not normal and it hurts alot but they made me think it was my lungs without doing any kind of test. I wish I could get those 2 and a half months back but oh well thank god Im still alive.
