I have been to the Katy office quite a few times and to the Campbell Road office twice. These people are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and so very professional. Always a pleasant experience.

Always great customer service. They have an efficient system to move patients throughout the many faceted processes of a visit. Never a long wait for a busy practice because of their organization. Can asks questions, get good answers. Be certain to check out the artwork of an eye at checkout, a collage of small squares of art like a patchwork quilt. Fascinating. My mum and dad and husband see Dr. Whitsett also. We were a referral from Judy Brunner, the realtor, 9 years ago and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Worth the visit. Dr. Whitsett is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. You will be in good hands!

Staff is in too big of a hurry. From the person who schedules appointments on the phone to the (less than welcoming) front desk. This place could really use some training on how to make clients feel like they are welcome and appreciated. Neither Katy office or Campbell having caring front desks.

The staff was exceptional; courteous, compassionate and thoroughly skilled. I was most pleased with Dr. Whitsett and the way he examined my eyes and addressed my glaucoma problem. I feel very confident that we shall have a long lasting Doctor/Patient relationship.

I had trouble finding the location as it is set off from Campbell road. Parking is tight as there are many patients coming to Whitsett Vision Group. The staff and the process to be evaluated for cataract surgery was highly efficient and a positive experience. I have met prior to going, and also during the first visit, several people who had good experiences. Will see how it goes for me. :)

Ive had appointments at the Katy and Campbell as I am a patient of Dr. Woon and Dr. Whitsett, so I go to which ever location when I need a checkupand/or a followup visit.The staff at both locations are always friendly and helpful and keep all aspects of the offices running smooth with prompt attention and keepeveryone on schedule.Dr. Whitsett and Dr. Woon are excellent care providers, we have been patients of the Whitsett Vision Group for many years.

While my visit with the staff of Whitsett Vision was great, I regret that mandatatory masking isnt required. CDC guidelines now recommend that and I felt uncomfortable as the only masked patient in the waiting area.I was welcomed immediately and waited my turn to be seen for my post op appointment. That went well and the instructions given for ongoing treatment were clear. At the front desk I made my next appointment and left.

Whitsett Vision Group is an amazing group of Professionals that take care of their patients at a very high level. I’m returning to them again because of how I was treated the first time. My annual check up was handled very efficiently. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. Any questions I had for Dr Fu were answered.

The highest professional standards. I was advised of the risks, and accepted them. I was told my vision would dramatically improve by dinnertime. It improved dramatically 20 minutes later - except for lingering effects of dilation. I am very pleased with the results- as good as I could have hoped for.

I travel more than 100 miles each way to visit this excellent practice because I don’t trust something as important as my vision to just anyone . Dr McKee has been treating my extreme dry eye condition and corneal scar for some time now and has been wonderful. I highly recommend Whitsett Vision!

I had my lasik done by Dr. McKey and it was so much easier than I expected. The surgery center is so nice and all the nurses and staff are extremely helpful. The staff are very nice to work with. The downside is the wait time for the doctor to actually come see you is really long. This has been the situation on multiple visits at the Campbell road location. It seems to be better when I visit the Katy location.

I did have to wait over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment to see Dr Woon. She is a wonderful doctor and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else but over an hour to wait is a bit much.

I was told to come in ASAP because I have floaters and that was concerning, but my appointment was supposed to be for an eye exam for new glasses. I gave late notice and took off work the next day because I knew I would be dilated. When I got there, they only looked at one eye. They dilated one eye and examined one eye and when I told them I wanted an exam for glasses, they said no that they don’t do those things on the same day. They just wanted more money from me and they expect me to take time off work again in two weeks to come back for an exam that I should have gotten the day I scheduled it? I’m very upset with the way they handled this and I drove over an hour to be seen because they acted like my floaters were super concerning.

My appointment experience was really good it was Timely with excellent results very kind and patient attendance. Doctor Who as always has been articulate find an efficient.

A little slow in the waiting area. I waited 25 minutes beyond my appointment time..but things moved quickly once my name was called. Everyone is efficient, pleasant to be around and Dr. Woon is a thorough and exceedingly competent professional.

I had a rare hemangioma burst in my eye this week. It was a really frightening experience. Dr. Whitsett was so calm and caring and took care of my eye. The office worked me in as an emergency appointment and Dr. Whitsett was able to quickly diagnose this really rare issue. I am so thankful that are my regular eye doctors.

The cashier was rude,my co pay was 50.00,she charged me 85.00 ,very bluntly said one of the test is not covered by your insurance. the same exact tests were performed visit before and paid 50.00 need to have some kind of explanation about the extra 35.00 rest of the staff was very nice . thinking of finding another doctor. my name is salim zafer,the patient..

Highly recommend everyone to Dr. McKey for cataract surgery. I had a short wait (to fill out paperwork), everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, caring and reassuring..... after 2 vitrectomies, another eye surgery is the last thing I was looking forward to. The drs listen solve problems and dr jeff whitsett is the best eye surgeon in the world. Two years ago he removed my cataract s totally no pain involved and the follow up visits are always through the team if drs are supercalafragalisticexpealadious to quote my fav actress.
