Communication with the staff was good. Their return call promise was exceptionally on time. Smiling faces, with eagerness to assist. Doctors listened to me with ease, calmness, eye to eye to contact and then explained very carefully, after listening to me and provided me with the appropriate professional recommendation. The girl at the front desk who checks you in at the front desk has a real bad attitude problem, makes you feel very unwelcome as soon as you walk in the door. I took my daughter a few weeks ago for contacts and yesterday my wife took her in to get a fit test, and she experienced the same service from the same person. Last time I will be coming here, I would rather go down the street and pay for another exam and start over again than come back here. The rest of the staff including the doctor is very pleasant and welcoming but the the type of service you receive when you walk in the door overshadows that.

First time took my dad here for eyes exams. Place isbig, lots of glasses frames to select from, waiting room is comfortable. Staff are very friendly, my dad Dr Shirley is very sweet and caring. The reason why I only give them 4 stars because I was surprised that their restroom needs attention (really dirty). Beside that everything else is great here.

Very bad place unprofessional & Rudd welcome staff I went in June 2021 for eye exam I paid $150+ (2 visits) one eye be ok & one has remained I went again in September 2021 in less than 3 months to show my problems welcome staff told $225 is regular price if pay cash it will $95 I cross questions they show me outdoor from where I enter 😂😂😂 don’t recommend this place asking only dollars 💵 😂😂😂

My wife made a visit at the Copperfield location last Saturday. According to my wife, she was taken care of immediately upon arrival. The staff were friendly but professional. They were able to answer all her questions and the clinic has good selection of eyeglasses to choose from. We will definitely recommend Mann Eye Institute to our family and friends. I will never ever order glasses from this group again. It’s been over 5 weeks and still no glasses. They can’t seem to get prescription correct. Today I called and they said my glasses were ready for pick up. I leave work to pick them up an they weren’t my glasses. Then find out they haven’t even sent my glasses out for correction. It will be another 10 to 14 days. They have already been paid for over 500.00 and still no glasses. I would not recommend this place for any glasses go elsewhere. I emailed the manager that I wanted a complete refund but no response yet. Now I have to start all over to get new glasses. Wasted my time at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I love this facility. Its nice when you can walk into a providers office and the staff are friendly, personable and knows their regular patients by name.

They were able to see me immediately when I was referred by my primary care for an eye infection. The entire staff is extremely friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. I had my eye exam done here but I had my glasses made somewhere else. They made my glasses wrong I came back to the Mann Eye doctor here and she reconfirmed my prescription that was correct and the glasses were made incorrectly. Mann Eye did a good job and I highly recommend you to this place.

Exam ok but purchasing glasses do it elsewhere. Glasses took way longer than expected. Was told multiple times Id get a call back never did. When I finally got glasses something was wrong with them and took them back instead of waiting another month I requested a refund and now there is a very expensive restocking fee. Would not recommend these troubles to anyone.

I love this place my husband and my kids feel very comfortable coming here. The guys order their eye glasses and my daughter and I glasses. But today I took my sister in without an appointment hoping they could see her because her vision was very blurry. The lady (Dont remember her name long black hair) was very rude to my sister, she started by saying the whole day is bucked..so my sister told her I dont mind waiting. I still cant guarantee that you will be seen. We waiting for 2 hours than we left.

There should be an option for 0 stars. My eye exam was fine, but thats all you should get here. If youre looking to buy glasses I suggest going to another place. I ordered a pair of glasses from these guys. It takes more than TWO WEEKS to get the pair of glasses you order from Mann Eye. Ok cool, except I get the glasses and then the frames cause me to have earaches. After having the frames readjusted many times, I realize these are the wrong frames for me. I ask for a refund (they charge a restocking fee for frames btw) and they kept stalling and coming up with excuses when I tried to contact them about my refund status. I ended up wasting a whole month dealing with these guys and their back and forth games. You call and they say theyll call you back (Hint: they wont). Their own billing company said they cant get a hold of them. One lady in particular looks at you funny like she cant understand what youre saying and you have to keep repeating simple things to her. After I finally got my refund I went to Walmarts vision center, my glasses were ready there within FOUR DAYS, cost $200 less and it featured the same lenses as Mann Eye with better customer service. To summarize, come to this location if you want to overspend AND have your time wasted. What a great deal!

I had a great experience with Dr. Han and staff at the Copperfield location. Dr. Han was thorough, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. The staff did a great job figuring out a problem I had with VSP and explaining my coverage. Very courteous, pleasant, and professional on the phone, too!

Well after 50 years for eye appointments and ordering contacts this by far is the worst I have ever experienced. Examination equipment was dirty didnt wipe clean between uses. They put me in a trial pair told me how good they were and how easy they were to remove. Even quoted the price. I could not afford a years supply of them so ordered 90 day supply. We I went to pick them up they ordered something different. I was not going to pay $70.00 more for their mistake. They dont even care. Now Im out of contacts and have to order from someone else. Never again Mann Eye is bad business.

I was at the Katy Location for a routine check up. Kristy checked me out and was very pleasant and competent doing the exam. Dr Turk saw me for the rest of my exam and to help clean out a clogged eye duct...again. I was made to feel comfortable and confident in my care during my visit. Dr. Tran is a tall, sexy, and curvy women. The staff are very kind and helpful threw the whole thing. I would love the chance to see more of Her with my eyes. They have a great selection of styles for every occasion weather it be for work related or office or even at home relaxing with a book or kindle.

Very Expensive!The insurance covered the first pair of glasses (one a year) for my son and unfortunately the frame cracked after just a month of use. I called to replace the frame and they wanted to charge me $170 just for the frame! I asked for a lower price being that I got glasses for all my kids there (upgrades that cost me hundreds of dollars above the insured prices) but they refused. I got the same exact frame online for $40 and I changed the lenses myself.

The optometrist was very good. Turns out some problems were found. She was great at explaining things to me. After talking to a specialist, they recommended that I wait to get my glasses. They cancelled them with absolutely no problem, and refunded the money. Everyone went above and beyond.

I went in for the first time EVER and the staff was very nice and helpful. Ive never had glasses or an eye exam so of course I was feeling uneasy about it. My husband and I both come here and we really love this place. Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing. Definitely a place you can count on. They are very affordable they even have a Groupon offer. My experience was very satisfactory. I was please to be in an out very quickly with all my questions answered and glasses ordered. My only suggestion that I wish they had more options when I was there. The other frame that i received I think was a little small but wearable.

We came in late on a Friday afternoon with an emergency of an eye hemorrhage. All of the staff was considerate and helpful. The doctor checked my husbands eye through & relieved his fears of it being as bad as it looked.

My experience was wonderful. It was very east to make an appointment, the doctor was running on time and everyone in the office was friendly and courteous. I could not ask for any more from an office or staff!

Excellent customer service and friendly, informative staff. Vladimir patiently helped me find two pairs of frames for my glasses and explained what was available for both sets of lenses. I used a Groupon coupon and saved a ton of money, plus the second pair of glasses was 50% off. It was an amazing deal and I definitely will use Mann Eye 2 in the future.

Recently went to the Mann Eye 2, and had three exams for my family. We were all seen quickly and received quality care. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend this office.

I will rate is as Good, But not excellent. First visit I had commercial experience and bad feeling. Later on Subsequent visits It turned better from 1 star to 4 stars. The staff (not Doctor) needs be more health service oriented(I feel) and Coordial and concerned.

First time at the location 10 minutes before my appointment at 9:10am. I then waited until 9:45am when I walked out. Only person there had me fill our new patient paperwork and then disappeared. Note there was only one other person in the waiting room but me. Absolute waist of time. You should not make appointments you cannot keep. If there is an unexpected emergency and this is the reason your customer is waiting then they should be informed. My time is as valuable as yours.I was referred by Mann Eyee Institute in Humble. I have never wait more than 15 minutes for you appointment.

Its been a year since my last exam so I scheduled an appointment and in the middle of my exam they inform me that the exam fees were raised by an additional $100.00 for a regular contact eye exam. She wanted to charge me $300.00 for my eye exam. That is ridiculous!!! I called other optometrist asking for prices maybe thinking it went up everywhere and NO, OTHER OPTOMETRIST CHARGE MAX $150.00. I will never step foot in here again, out of control fees!

Overall happy with service and doctor. Unhappy with link to make appointment on line never received call back on request made. Suggest when ordering glasses they go over what is covered by insurance snd what is not so one can make better choices before seeing final bill. This caused some issues with ordering my glasses.

The entire staff at Mann Eye 2 are amazing at what they do. The optometric assistants are extremely kind and great at what they do, the staff in optical (Melissa and Nataly) are very helpful and the best at providing patients with the best prices for frames & lenses, and the doctors here are by far the best that Ive ever had. Dr. Han is very sweet, thorough, meticulous, and provides the patient with as much information as possible to make sure that theyre okay. Great experience and great staff! 5 stars!!

This place is absolutely terrible. What a waste of time and money. I came in because my son hid my prescription reading glasses and after a month I finally cracked and decided to get a new pair. They couldnt figure out the prescription, mixed up my chart with someone elses, mixed up my payment with someone elses, then I waitied 2 weeks for my glasses to come in, when they came in my eyes hurt so bad when I tried to use them I cant even wear them. Its obvious my prescription isnt right. I came in to see if they could match my old prescription because those glasses gave me instant releif, they said they cant because the prescription is expired and told me that I need to wear my new glasses for 2-3 weeks and my eyes will adjust. That is the biggest load of BS Ive heard in a long time and I am not about to ruin my eyes because they are too lazy to make them right. I will never come back here.

I went here to get an eye exam and new prescription. I was rushed by the doctor and basically forced to agree to a prescription I wasn’t sure was right. When I got the glasses and contacts I said they were blurry and I couldn’t see. I was told my eyes would adjust and to give it time. I went back and was again told my eyes would adjust. Finally I have the money to get another exam and precision family eyecare and they immediately were shocked by how off my glasses were. The initial exam said my eyes were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than my prescription. I would not recommend going here. Awful experience. The eyecare center in Walmart is amazing and the staff is so friendly. If you want a better experience I suggest going there.

I dont know how to react to the two different experiences that I and my husband had. I dont think that treating people differently is right. I got excellent service and my husband got the exact opposite. How embarrassing that is considering I recommended him to see yall because I recieved great service. I am beyond belief in this concept of treatment. The worst part of my embarrassing situation is I have to come back for my glasses. This will be my last and only visit here. I will not return to a place that treats people differently. It is just plain embarrassing. Never again.

Absolutely worst experience. Had a 3:00 p.m. appointment and at 3:45 was still not seen by the doctor. A man who arrived 20 minutes after I did was called back to begin his eye exam at which point I asked an employee when I would be seen and I was told they didnt even know I had arrived even though I checked in at the front desk. They didnt seem too concerned that I had waited that long so I walked out. Horrible customer service.

2nd time getting an eye exam there, staff is ok there’s some that are not very helpful but others are so sweet. I switched here from the Walmart vision center due to insurance purposes. The Dr. who did the exam rushed it and barely spoke to me. I had to ask her if my prescription changed bc she didn’t say anything. It was like this both times. If I go back i would definitely see another Doctor or if I can’t just switch to another place.
