I have been going to this clinic for over 6 years now. Dr. Hoang is very thorough and explains everything during the eye exams. Mary is the best. She always helps me pick the right frames for my face shape and is so sweet, professional, and kind. She really cares about the patients.they have the best selection of designer frames and have something for every budget. I will continue to go to Eyecare Leaders because they provide the best customer service. I LOVE how they always take care of me.

Every time I come it’s always a pleasant experience. The owner is always attentive and will always greet you to make sure all your needs are met.I also wanted to mention, the assistant that helped me that was going through training under the owner’s supervision was very nice and friendly!As for my eye exam it was my first time meeting Dr. Nguyen and it was by far it was the best experience I’ve had so far. Visited Eyecare Leaders today and had a great experience as usual. My family and I (including aunts, uncles and cousins) have been doing business with Eyecare Leaders for over a decade. The eye examinations are very thorough and the selection of eyewear is some of the best in Houston! EyeCare Leaders is by far the best eye clinic ever! The employees provides the best services and has the best hospitality. They also have a wide variety of glasses that comes in many different brands, shapes, sizes & colors so you can always try something new and could never go wrong. When you come here, ask for Mary. She can speak English and Vietnamese which is very helpful to non-english speakers who are Vietnamese such as my Grandma. She was the one who assisted us with our eye appointments and glasses. Thanks to her, I can now see clear with her recommendations and her assistance!

Dr. Nhan L. Hoang did a VERY comprehensive exam.He was so nice and his staff was amazing ! They did not over charge me nor try to add extras like my last doctor. Im so glad I found this doctor and it is close to my new house. I never had a better experience at an eye doctor and Ive been wearing eyewear about 25 years now. Dr. Hoang taught me something new about my contacts and Ive been wearing contacts for 7 years! No one ever told me the line on the contacts should be at the bottom of your eye. With the new brand he suggested due to my power, I feel like I have a new set of eyes. Ms. Mary was emaculate as well. I have referred my sister and my coworker to her for their glasses. Overcharging upfront on the eyeglass, then refused to refund due to the patient responsibility to pay per insurance company indicated on the explanation of benefits. The employee was trying to explain around for not to issue the refund to the patient! Bad service in this area, never come back again!

Ive been coming to Dr. Hoang for several years. Hes so thorough and the staff especially Mary is extremely helpful and so friendly. The selection of glasses is beyond anything Ive seen from other opticals. Ive recommended this office to several coworkers who now drive from across town to come to this office. I myself have moved away from the area but drive from all the way from Crosby because I refuse to go anywhere else for my exam and glasses.

Eye doctor is so wonderful...the lady that helps you pick out frames Im not so happy with...their frames are way overpriced unless you are into name brand...my downfall is I had my glasses and the lenses were supposed to be top of the line after about 7 months they started to peel...when I took them back they said they had did away with the manufacturer making the lenses....wouldnt you notify the customers when this happens especially if their glasses are still under warrenty???!!!

Eyecare Masters is now Eyecare Leaders and has moved to 10603 Fuqua.They have a nice new office with a large selection of frames. I only went for a prescription but may go back for frames. I saw Dr Hoang who was very professional and answered all my questions. I picked Eyecare Leaders with an internet search because they are close to my work but I was very pleased with their professional service and offices. I will definitely go again.

Eyecare Leaders’ service has always been so incredible. The workers here are extremely nice and attentive and are constantly finding ways to make your visit as best as it could be,especially Mary. The technologies here have also been greatly improved with their new Zeiss technologies and it has made the “air puff” procedure a lot less scary.

The doctors are fine, the person who ordered the glasses was very rude when we realized she ordered the wrong glasses. She called my wife a liar, and said we had to pay to order another pair of lenses. She would not let us talk to anyone else. Be very careful when ordering glasses here that the right pair is being ordered.

Everything was good, EXCEPT for that the girl who gave me my contact boxes messed up from RIGHT eye from my LEFT eye. Basically wrote on the box the wrong thing. Like this is peoples vision, she shouldve taken the time to make sure my powers matched up with my eyes.

I went to get my contact lense fitting as well as picking up my glasses at the same time however, I noticed it wasnt the right frame and the Asian lady (no offense I am also Asian, from the Philippines) she called me and my husband liars, was mean and very unprofessional. She even threatened to show the CCTV and we said yes, but never did. I do remember though that when I was picking which glasses to get she keeps on offering me the expensive one and I ended up picking a Vera Bradley since I plan on only using it for driving and my contact lense more and instead of handling the situation professionaly she just wanted me to get the wrong glasses and keep asking me to sign it which I did not. I will wait to speak to the owner when they return. I walked out to calm myself and let my husband deal with her unprofessional attitude. She might have thought I am an idiot Filipina thats why she was rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I wasnt educated!!!
