100% satisfied, I had surgery less than a month ago and I see perfect now, I am not even sensitive to light anymore. I was seeing 20/20 the next day. The whole staff was very sweet, made me feel right at home. I never thought I would be able to watch tv, or drive without my glasses. Every time I would wear make up my glasses would ruin it and now I can do all these things, I am beyond happy. Thank you Dr. Segal for fixing my vision!!

I got the general rundown, and they had me booked for an evaluation that next Monday, and then scheduled me for the procedure that Wednesday. I had LASIK corrective eye-surgery for near-sightedness done here @ 29yo.Doctor - Dr. Segal takes a curated approach with each of his patients. All of my visits were quick and efficient. He walked me through exactly how my procedure would go. He holds nothing back and operates on trust and transparency. There is a good reason for his high case numbers.Front Desk - Cindy was pleasant and always willing to help. She gave me a good rate. Best decision I have made. I was near/far sighted with Astigmatisms. I should of done this sooner. The staff was wonderful and very attentive they walked me through the process from start to finish. Great experience with LASIK! I was terrified of having this procedure but frustrated enough with contacts a glasses I decided to go in for a consultation. Every aspect of the experience was top notch. Dr Segal meets with me at every visit (even follow ups). The office staff was always excellent and knew me by name. In early June 2020 right after Gov. Abbott lifted the elective surgery ban I choose Dr. Segal perform lasik surgery on my eyes. From the first phone call to the 1 month post op period I’m currently in I can honestly say I am satisfied with all aspects of the procedure. Dr. Segal corrected my vision to 20/15 and the entire process from consultation to aftercare was so easy and seamless I would recommend him to anyone! I came in expecting to pay close to $5K but due to a groupon deal I didn’t even know about I got a huge discount! But even without that they offered care credit which would be 1 year no interest payments (I ended up paying in full but it was nice to have that option). All my appointments were punctual professional and less than 30 minutes, if you are looking to just come in and get Lasik treatment this is the place to come!

The Lasik procedure itself only took minutes, and I am SO happy with the results so far - it has been a month since my surgery. His reviews were ASTOUNDING, and I decided even though not the most *convenient* of locations, I had to check him out.The entire consultation experience was amazing. It was a quick procedure and fast healing as well. I only had discomfort on the way home my eyes were sensitive and I had a headache. As soon as I went home I went to sleep and woke up with no pain and perfect vision. Now I am enjoying my results! No more glasses or contacts for me.

I loved Dr. Seagull he was amazing. During the procedure he telling you everything he is doing step by step. Im so glad i got lasik done with him. He is a great person in general always smiles.

Dr. Segal and his staff are top notch. They answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable about my decision to have LASIK. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years and was a little hesitant about the procedure at first. Needless to say, it was the best decision I could have made. Its amazing how great my vision is now and I am thrilled with the results.

I had an awesome experience getting LASIK done with Dr. Segal and his great staff! I had put it off for years & now I cant believe I waited for as long as I did. Every step of the way, starting with the initial consultation, I have been happy with this office. They were great about giving all the details & I felt comfortable asking questions. It was quick & easy to get things scheduled and the actual procedure was a breeze overall. I thought it was going to be so much more to it as far as pain/recovery and I was totally wrong. The recovery was super quick & the after-care has been easy. My vision is amazing & has been since basically the morning after the procedure! Im about 8 wks. post-op now & couldnt be happier with my results. Dont wait, do it now! You wont regret going to Dr. Segal.

Dr. Segal and his staff are great! I’ve been to his office at Pasadena Eye Associates 4 times so far, for visits related to my LASIK procedure, and have not had a bad experience yet. Everyone is friendly and seems knowledgeable. As for the procedure itself, Dr. Segal performed every step of the process himself. I found him to be very personable, with a good bedside manner. He explained what he was doing at each step, and helped take a lot of the anxiety out of the situation (a big plus when someone is working on your eyeballs). I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in LASIK.

The doctor, M.D. Segal, was quick yet effective in his words. He got the information through to me and helped me understand the procedure. Doctor Segal was also friendly with his patients. His staff is very professional and kind. The wait time was much less than other doctors i have been too. Overall, i loved the experience. Every concern i had was smoothed over nicely. Dr. Segal and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are very professional and friendly. I had LASIK done here in May of 2014. I didnt experience any complications during or after my procedure. I would recommend this location to everyone. I completed my year and a half follow-up today and they were just a kind as the day I consulted a year and a half ago.
