Mona was wonderful and very helpful. She answered all of our questions about my glasses and explained everything in detail. Weve been here many times and Mona has alway been great. She is very knowledgeable and makes us feel good about picking the right glasses.Dr. Lin is magnificent! I just love her attention to detail and how she remembers my previous visits. Makes me feel that Im getting great continuous care and getting the care my eyes need.

Just had another amazing experience at Vision Centers of Houston Willowbrook!!! First of all, really miss Dr. Nasser. However, Dr Lin is just as awesome. Dr Lin really cares about the patients and it shows. She was happy to answer my many questions about lasik surgery enhancement and other general questions as well. She took her time and made every effort to make me more relaxed.Furthermore, Wilma in customer service was so incredibly patient and helpful while helping me pick out new sunglasses. Must also mention that Jackie another technician was soooo super sweet and was so nice while doing the beginning of my eye exam.

Great customer service, second to none ! John is an ASSET for Vision centers of Houston. Can not forget to mention Adam & Mona also very customer oriented. I felt like I was with family and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend if you need glasses, this is the place to go. They wont disappoint you.

Been coming here for years even after I moved to the south side of Houston. Dr. Poly is who I started with but the last few visits Ive been attended by other docs and they all are amazing. Special shoutout though goes to Dr. Chappel! Absolutely loved his personality today, his energy and attentiveness. He did an amazing job. Im indecisive so special shout out also to Wilma for her patience and assistance with picking the right pair of glasses and getting all the essential coatings and tints to get these beautiful near-sighted eyes looking right.

I have been coming to Vision Source since 2001. I have never been placed on hold for no damn 30mins. OMG.... what the hell. I called last week & left a voicemail. Nobody called back. This is so sad. Looks like I will be looking for another eye company to go to since I’m always on hold.

Fantastic service!!! Dr. Khanh Pham gave an excellent eye exam. She was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. She even went the extra mile to check and explain an additional problem with my eyes.The optician, Mona, did a superior job as well. She was so real and I like that. I like straight talkers and her willingness to share past experiences of her field. She answered all my questions and explained everything completely. She even printed out my insurance benefits so she knew my exact coverage.Cant wait to pick up my glasses. Sure hope Mona is there to do the adjusting because I know she will do a proper job.

Dr. Lin was absolutely amazing with my 1 year old!! From the moment she walked in the room she was very out going and caring. She listened to my concerns and gave me the reassurance that I needed for some peace of mind! HIGHLY recommend her! So happy we found her and she will most definitely be our daughters permanent optometrist!

Dr. Lin is seriously the best! We first went to her for my daughters checkup in 2020, and she saw something that concerned her, so she sent us with a specialist to get a second opinion. My (at the time 5 year old) wouldnt stop talking about her for weeks. Shes great with kids and was very detailed when explaining her concerns and answered any questions I had. She did not seem rushed either and answered everything in depth. Fast forward to this year, I thought my girls insurance didnt cover Vision Centers but I was prepared to pay out of pocket exclusively because of Dr. Lin and how comfortable me and my daughter felt with her. However, it turns out she helped double check and my insurance does cover Vision Center, which just goes to show how caring she is that she would double check that.

Dr. Chappel was terrific! So knowledgeable and very patient with me. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Having had LASIK 3 times, I suffer from chronic dry eyes. He made several suggestions and added better eye drops for me to be using. Making an appointment soon with Dr. Chappell for my husband.

My husband broke his glasses and he needed another pair. We went there this morning and a young man named Adam helped us. He was very polite and willing to answer my questions. If you need a pair of glasses I strongly encourage to go see this young man.

Ive been coming here for about ten years and was very happy with Dr. Lang the past few years. We were sad to hear of his departure as he was the only one who got my husbands prescription down perfectly. My last two visits here with my 6yr old and my 15yr old were by far the best experience. We saw Dr. Kruger and it was literally like having Dr. Lang back. Very intelligent. Informative and well mannered Doctor. We hope he sticks around as it is rare to find good doctors now a days.

I saw Dr. Chappel and must say he was very thorough to make my prescription fit just right due to my vision issues. I highly recommend his service.

Dr Lin gave me my eyesight back. I am so thankful to her. I had very bad cataract in both eyes. That wasnt brought to my attention by eye exams I had gotten just a few months before I came to see her. She immediately put me me touch with a wonderful surgeon that remove the cataract in both eyes and now I have 20/20 vision and no more glasses. Dr Lin is great she is very good at her job. Im her patient for life.

Date of visit: 03/06/2021Very professional service! From taking temperature when we enter to keep two pen holders to seperate used/dirty pens from clean ones they consider every small detail to maintain hygiene. THEIR STAFF- each and every person were wearing masks PROPERLY covering entire face and they all were wearing Gloves! Where ever i go i see most of the people wearing mask on mouth 🤦.I was taken care by WILMA , she explained my doubts , questions with lots of patience. I never leave bad reviews but in the case, I felt it completely necessary to point out the lack of professionalism I experienced during my BRIEF visit. If i could leave a ZERO star I would. Before visiting for the first time, I read so many wonderful reviews and decided to give them a try. However, as soon as I arrived, expecting to be greeted with respect and regard, I was surprised to be greeted by front desk staff who were very unprofessional and far from kind and inviting. I ignored it and proceeded to ask about insurance and if they accepted mine and was told very inconsiderately, “You need to call your insurance and ask that yourself”. I have never felt so disregarded as a customer in my life. In my experience as someone who has worked front desk many years, I know first hand that your front desk staff is the most integral part of a customers experience, being that they are the first and last person a customer sees and is the first impression of the company as a whole and reflects their standards as a business. Never being to Vision Centers, by that encounter alone, I can only IMAGINE how the rest of my experience could have gone. I strongly advise management to take it upon themselves and re train the two African American girls who poorly represent the company.

They were quick to get me an appointment that worked with my busy schedule! They were quick and prompt when i arrived and their staff work together to get the job done. The optometrist took her time to answer all of my questions and was down to earth. The manager took her time finding the perfect frames that i loved and explaining on what my insurance covers, what i needed in a lens, and what I didnt. She never tried to sale me anything that i didnt need and I didnt feel pressured on buying anything. This has been the best experience I have ever at an eye appointment. I have a great experience here every year. The Dr.’s And staff are very attentive and explain everything I ask in depth. This time Demarkus helped to style and fit me for new frames and sunglasses. Its great staff here at vision source they is all helpful. They dont have know very long wait time in with tech next the doctor s exam your eyes. SCAM - NEVER GOT GLASSES ORDERED 2 MONTHS AGOThis place is a scam. I ordered my glasses 2 months ago, paid $650 dollars and still have not received. They keep making claims that their system is down and refuse to give me a refund. On top of that they delivered me the wrong glasses 2 times. (Called and had me go up there for the wrong glasses) At this point I have 0 confidence that they will even give me the right prescription should I get these glasses.The manager Alice Zambardino is the worst, if you say you want to talk to her she will dodge your calls for weeks if they even get a hint of there being some type of problem. On top of that they wont even give you the number of anyone else to call in the organization.Never go here. They will rob you and not deliver you a product.

I went in for glasses August 13, 2020, and was greeted by Mona. This location is far for me, but I always went to this one because I like Dr. Nasser.Now Mona is another reason for me to go back. She was very helpful and personable! She seems to really enjoy her job and that makes for a great experience for patients.

Keep trying to give them a second chance, went in to get replacements for my sons frames, to come to find out that the paperwork doesn’t match my sons frames he has on his head so therefore my insurance won’t cover. Thank god the lady helping did all she could do to help, but how frustrating!!!! So many different people work there all the time and as a customer how do I know that the person entering the info on the computer is entering it wrong!???!! I couldnt let the day end without taking a moment to share the remarkable experience I had at Vision Source Willowbrook, particularly my familys experiences with DeMarcus! My 1st encounter with DeMarcus was exceptional. Hes very patient, pleasant, polite, and personable which are all important characteristics when dealing with customers. I purchased a pair of designer sunglasses and due to COVID, they have implemented a sanitary process to ensure the customers safety. I must have gone through 10 pairs of glasses as he patiently placed each one in the used tray before finally deciding on a pair of Tiffany sunglasses...oooh la la! Next I decided I would also need a pair of designer eyeglasses and with the same decorum, DeMarcus helped me find my PERFECT frames. I have to admit that I was bummed when I found out my favorite Dr. Had left the practice but DeMarcus made up for it. Because of his warm and friendly demeanor, I scheduled an appointment with my teen daughter and he assisted her in purchasing her 1st designer frames as well. I am so very happy with my visit. I found this location by chance and I definitely will be coming back. Everyone on the staff that I encountered was so pleasant! From the moment I made my appointment over the phone to paying for my new glasses, it was a really nice experience. The location has a really large selection and Lewis, the frame stylist, was very helpful and found some very professional glasses respecting my price range. Jackie, the doctors assistant was very welcoming and reassuring through my initial check up. Dr. Jackie and Dr. Lange were both very thorough, professional, courteous and it seemed like they genuinely cared that I got the best care. And last but not least, my checkout experience with Suzanne was very pleasant, fast, and I left well informed. I am very impressed that in one office EVERYONE has the same willing and caring attitude towards their patients. And the prices were not bad either! Very competitive. Great experience and I should have left my positive review sooner. From scheduling to paying my bill everyone was friendly and helpful. I unfortunately do not remember the Dr.s name (I scheduled first available) but it was the most in depth explanation of my scans Ive ever received, and I felt he actually enjoyed his job and explaining what he was looking at for me. Thank you for the positive experience and hopefully there is no cause to see you sooner than necessary, but I will definitely be returning for future care.

Scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance- they called at 4 pm the day before a 10 am appointment to verify the insurance. I feel like there was ample time to do this before.Took an hour to even see doc. Exam was fine. Didnt need to order contacts or glasses- I just need my prescription. Dr. Pham said, I cant give you your prescription here. They can give it to you when you check out up front. My manager wants to see everyone who doesnt order contacts or glasses.Okay-- whatever. Go to check out and I dont even get my prescription. Had to go back in and ask for it and the lady at the counter said they dont normally give them out, by request only, then had to take it back to Dr. Pham- WHO I JUST SAW- to sign it.Yall need to get it together. Wont be back.

My doctor and her assistant was awesome I highly recommended anybody that needs glasses go see Dr. Lin and her assistant Saneetra they are the absolute best. I will definitely be going back next year

Very disappointed! I’ve been a patient here and this last time was not good. Received my glasses could not see. Came in stayed a hour and half they rechecked my lens, I was advised to come in for exam. Went back and front desk and all staff not customer friendly! No one speaks and they act like you get on there nerves!!! The only friendly people are the assistants who help with you getting your glasses they are Angels! When I got there they had lost the previous paperwork and I had to start all over. Upset is a understatement. Finally got into the exam room a hour and a half later and waited 40 min for doctor! Dr. DeLaGarza is great she was another pleasant experience. If they can’t see you in a timely manner stop scheduling all these patients! Very disappointed

The optometrist was great. She did my six-year-old exam and everything was easy, as this was her first exam. We did not go so well was the receptionist. When I called I explain to the receptionist that we had never been there before and needed directions because I was told it was in the Willabrook mall. She said well we’re not in the mall. So I asked for directions and she said we are in front of the mall by Pizza Hut. I figured out the rest from there. When we got into the building I told her who we were and signed in on the board. She said OK have a seat they’ll come and get you. I asked if she needed my insurance information or ID? She said oh I didn’t ask for that you do that on the other side. I said OK I’m sorry I’ve never been here before I didn’t know how this works with your office. She said just have a seat.

They’ve been very helpful when it came to getting contacts for the first time at 21 years old. Putting them in and taking them out. But I have to say Cara was the least helpful when it came to ordering my glasses. She didn’t even let me pick my own frames out. It’s been 5 years since I’ve gotten a new pair of glasses. She decided she’d tell me it’d take 7-10 business days to receive which I knew was a lie considering my terrible eye sight. It has now been 2 months since we placed the order for my new glasses. The last time I spoke with her (a little over a month ago) she once again told me it would take another week or so. Do NOT order you glasses with Cara. She lies and is not a friendly person. She is very rude to her coworker who are the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars. Everyone else there has been extremely helpful.

Seen Dr. De La Garza she was really good detailed about my conditions and very thorough. She answered all my questions and my concerns about my eye care. Great service, Dr Lange is so nice, patient and makes sure you are thoroughly informed. Kara was also very nice and helped us pick the perfect frame for my son. Best thing about this place is how they upgraded their equipment; my family had been coming here for years.

The doctor visit went great. However, NOBODY knows where my sons glasses are. One tech told me that they might have sold his frame over the weekend. The one that he chose after almost an hour of looking for the perfect pair. Now they want to charge me an additional $15 (on top of the $170 for the frame) to reorder them! NO THANK YOU!
