I am very satisfied with my new Gucci glasses and contacts. I always wore two week contacts that almost gave me an infection. Dr. Iqbal educated me on why daily contacts would be better for my eyes. They are really comfortable! I trust this place and highly recommend to everyone!

I have been coming here since I was very young. Formerly Vision Corner but was sold/bought.Anyway, I decided to revisit this clinic for the first time in many years back in 2016. That’s when I met Dr. Iqbal. Let me tell you, she is THE MOST thorough doctor I have ever met. She really takes her time to explain the process and why she does what she does. Her memory is amazing. Out of, I’m sure, hundreds of clients that she has, she remembered me and my visit down to who came with me the following year. This, not only impressed me on a personal level, but did so in a professional level as well.This year, my wife and I moved and went to Pearle Vision in Copperfield out of convenience.. worst mistake. We wasted our insurance-covered visit and came back to Vision Comfort for quality care, though it meant paying out of pocket.. it’s worth it!This time, my wife met with Dr. Alvarado. She had nothing but praise for this woman. She did. Not fall short of the quality that Dr. Iqbal has provided over the years. She, and the staff, ensured to properly sanitize everything as they moved from one machine to the other.Come here with or without insurance. The quality is worth it!

This place is great and has the best eye doctors that are honest and trustworthy. They gave me an accurate diagnoses for my eye problems that other doctors had not been able to diagnose properly. I also feel very safe coming here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they are taking very strict precautions for prevention of covid-19. I noticed that the office is sanitized after each patient and everyone is wearing their proper protective equipment. 5 stars isn’t good enough for Dr. Iqbal and her staff. My 70 year old mother commutes to see Dr. Iqbal! She’s been to numerous optometrists and ophthalmologists around Houston, and Dr.Iqbal is the only optometrist that has given her results along with her exceptional ability to listen and attend to her eye health and concerns. She answered all her questions. From making our appointment to answering all our Medicare copay concerns Dr. Iqbal and her team were exceptional! I find comfort in knowing their doctors follow COVID protocol and are VACCINATED! Thank you Vision Comfort for being my mother’s eye care solution!

Dr. Alvarado and her staff are amazing! Let me begin by saying I have been paying for vision insurance for years now, and yet I never use my benefits. Im a bit embarrassed of how bad my eye sight is and that is the main reason why I avoided going to the eye doctor. Typically my doctor visits are do this, step here etc. but here I was educated on what and why each test is being administrated. Also, I was expecting the worse going in; you know going to the doctor and them taking that deep pause to deliver the devastating news? Not once did I feel like I was that extreme case patient.I think the main thing I would like to point out and appreciate the most is the fact that it was closing time and Dr. Alvarado herself and her staff took the time help me choose and give me their genuine opinion on what glasses were best to my liking. Never did I feel pressured or obligated to make a rash decision. She even let me walk around with a prototype of my prescription lenses to see if her prescription was on point, and it was!

Dr. Alvarado is the best! She took the time to find the right contacts for me. I also took my dad and he loved how she and her staff were patient and took care of him. She’s bilingual too so that’s a plus. We’re definitely leaving our old eye care facility.

I had a wonderful experience here! I had a corneal abrasion that was extremely painful. The staff was able to get me in that same day and the doctors were so thorough and patient in their care. The technicians are very competent as well. Everything was sanitized and cleaned before used. I highly recommend Vision Comfort Eye Care!

Vision corner is hands down the best eye care place that Ive to. When you call to make an appointment, you are greeted with professionalism. When you are in the building that the same level of professionalism is carried out by every employee. The store is clean and with COVID going on they sanitize everything the patient touches. However, the best part is Dr. Iqbal! She is an amazing optometrist. She is very thorough with her work. I have terrible vision so Im used to the doctor getting upset or rushing me because I see no difference between option 1 or option 2. Not, Dr. Iqbal, she does not rush my visit and she actually takes time to explain in great detail what is going on with my eyes. Ive been coming here for 3 years and I will continue coming here.

My mom made an appointment for today and received a confirmation, however when she arrived the front desk lady was very rude and told her that she did not have an appointment and could not be seen. My mom even showed her the appointment confirmation and the front office refused to allow her to be seen because someone else was already scheduled. Keep in my mind my mom arrived early for her scheduled appointment and this was clearly a double booking error caused by the staff. There was no offer to work her back into the schedule and no apology for the inconvenience caused.

Just moved to the area and found this excellent clinic. I moved from California and was pleasantly surprised with the southern hospitality. The staff spent nearly two hours woth helping me pick my contacts, right pair of glasses, helping me with the forms. I’m an elderly patient, and they had excellent covid protocol. They all had masks and face shields on. They disinfected all equipment before and after patient use. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and experienced. My experience at ‘Vision Corner - Fort Bend’ has been nothing but spectacular!The doctor, Dr.Iqbal, is an amazing and knowledgeable optometrist that answered ALL my questions, respectfully and in a quick manner. The examination was fast but very through. They have a vast number of equipment to test the status of my eyes and to make sure my eyes were in the best of health.The customer service here is excellent, especially the two front office ladies, Briana and Maricela, who helped me with picking out my glasses (which they have a vast collection to choose from). They were very informative on what type of glasses I should be wearing. Not only this, they were also very patient and respectful towards me. Please seek out them when you visit!I would come back here again 100%. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The doctor I saw was, bored, I think, kept sighing though exam. Talked down to me. Said there were some discrepancies over and over but ever explained what that meant. Glasses were terrible. They said to try for a week while making sure they were pressed against face and to stick my chin out and tilt upward!!! This was supposed to be a comfortable way to read??? Glasses are blurry, can’t see. Causing severe nausea. Requested my money back. Spent 553.00 and only get back about maybe 340.00! Walgreens here I come for some more ‘cheaters’. Couldn’t tell any difference when looking at things at a distance even though they were corrected! Reading was a blur! Terrible experience. Will go and get my money back. Also, there’s only one doctor there and if you feel uncomfortable with her, you are out of luck because there is no one else to see!

Very good contact lens experience. I have very high astigmatism but the doctor was able to find contacts where I could see clear.I will be back for my follow up after I try them. The nurse also taught me how to put them into my eyes as this as always been hard for me.

When I moved to Houston I was on the hunt for a good optometrist because I have been told that I have a thinning retina that needs to be monitored with yearly exams. Dr. Iqbal is one of the most thorough and meticulous optometrists I have ever come across. She explained every part of the exam. Her team also took pictures of my eyes and then Dr. Iqbal explained the results to me so I could have a clear understanding of my retina. No other doctor had done ever that before. I would highly recommend Dr. Iqbal and will continue to trust her with my eye care.

Ive never been to an eye doctor in my life and was dreading going for the first time because of the possibility of wearing glasses. Went in about a month ago since my father needs glasses. Was helped out by a nice young lady named Marisela. She was great help and bilingual. Speaking excellent English and Spanish. Was very patient and humble towards my parents. And a great help. The office itself is very neat and the eye Doctor very sweet. The doctor was very nice and patient with my super high prescription. I am legally blind without my glasses. She had me wear the prescription and walk around with it to make sure it was clear. I even walked outside to look at the signs. Briana was very helpful to pick the right frame for my high prescription. Thank you!!

I had a great experience visiting Dr. Iqbal. She very qualified and examined my eyes thoroughly. I haven’t been to any eye specialist like her. She gave me time and answers my concerns about me. Originally we chose this location as it was close to our house, but when we moved, the optical shop was a far drive for us. We didn’t change to another optical shop as we enjoyed the service from Dr. Iqbal and Valerie, especially Valerie (she genuinely deserves 5 stars for her service, our children enjoy her service a lot). Our entire family goes to this optical shop and have stayed for several years. However, today when we went to go pick up our glasses there were many issues. First, when I was reminded to pick up our glasses I arrived hoping to pick up both of my children’s glasses together. However, via the call that was made it wasn’t clear that only one pair was ready. When that was brought up to the receptionist’s attention, rather than apologizing for the unnecessary hassle, she seemed annoyed and didnt show any sympathy toward my frustration. After picking up the glasses, we asked for a detailed receipt when the other receptionist asked for my child’s birthday. I kept repeating the date thirtieth and the receptionist kept asking if I was saying the thirteenth or the sixth. Even after my child clarified that it was the thirtieth, the receptionist asked if it was the thirty-sixth which was extremely frustrating. Overall with our experience, these two receptionists lack the quality service we seek. This time, we feel extremely uncomfortable with this bad service.EDIT: After posting a review, I was immediately contacted by Dr. Iqbal and she asked me about my experience in greater detail. After explaining my experience, she appreciated our family loyalty and apologized for what we experienced from her staff. She promised to discuss with her staff and tried to make up for our poor experience. I appreciate the effort done on her part to make it up to us. I changed the rating from one star to four stars.

Dr. Barnes was lively, professional and willing to answer all my questions. Enjoyed my conversation with her. Dr. Barnes took the time to give me a detailed explanation of my test results. The staff were also courteous and hospitable. I highly recommend them.

I choose this place because the location was very close to my house. Even though my insurance was not in their providers list for an eye exam, I asked if a could make an appointment just for contact lenses. They said yes and gave me the appointment. They told me the exam will be between $90.00 & $130.00. I asked if they accept Care Credit & they said they did. I went to my appointment filled out the paperwork and when I returned to the reception desk, I was told that they couldnt do contact exam without doing a complete eye exam and that the cost will be $230.00. Since I was already there I asked if I could split the payment with my Care Credit card and the rest in cash. She told me no because the max payment they accept if I decided to use my Care Credit card was $200.00. I told her that was not the information they gave me when I scheduled the appointment, she justified herself and said Im sorry. I left very dissatisfied because It was a complete waist of my time. The place is very nice and seems to have a good selection of frames but that doesnt matter if you dont get the correct information when you schedule an appointment.

Best vision center! They spend time with you and not treat you like a number. I used to go to VisionWorks but I did not get the personal care there. The lady here takes her time when taking measurements on my glasses. I dont have headaches with my new progressives.

Already been here about 4 times and the service has been great on each! They are helpful with choosing out glasses and are pretty quick as well. I have a wonderful time coming here and actually feel pretty comfortable. Everyone in the staff is nice and some even remember me now.

She is knowledgeable about visual discrimination difficulties, and eye strain from blue screen. Her office staff is ALWAYS cheerful and helpful. Wow! Best eye exam I have had! Did not have to be dilated because they have the 3D machine for your retina.

The tests were quick and painless, and Dr. Virani is very easy to talk to. She suggested a vision correction procedure that will eliminate the need for LASIK, something I hadn’t heard of before, and she made me feel better about some of the ‘common’ symptoms I’d been experiencing due to my high prescription.The staff was also very helpful and made me realize I should use my insurance benefits for glasses instead of contacts, better bang for my buck.Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I give this place a 4 star because I havent officially had an appointment here just yet. However, walking inside this place it is very clean and organized and the staff just seemed so helpful. There was a young lady there with glasses i didnt quite catch her name at the time, but she was just very helpful and kind. So i referred my parents to this place and needless to say my parents were so pleased with the service and the staff there. They ended up telling me that the young lady name is Maricela. So thank you very much for your kindness. I will be making my appointment soon and im sure i will come back to change it to a 5 star :-)
