Doctor Jennifer is great!!! I had read some bad reviews on hear and it as the sure about going but went anyway and was glad I did . I seen that it wasn’t true about them trying to get you for more money . I am in need of a bridge do to a missing tooth I did wanna get a implant because they are more money but she doesn’t do implants and she was honest and told me I do bridges and I can do one for you but honestly you should do the implant . I appreciate her honesty because they were cheap for their bridges and crowns. Also I had went to have a crown replaced and in middle of fixing it she told me that I might need a root canal and it to have it checked out by Endodontist so I wouldn’t have to get another crown down the road . I ended getting it checked out and I didn’t need one . But then while waiting to get the permanent crown to come in I had to leave state and won’t be back and she was great at working things out for me 🙂 Long story short I definitely recommend the ladies there are so nice and truly concerned about their patients!!! Also found out the reviews were from when they had other staff they are all new staff there now

My family and I recently moved to Houston and we needed a dentist. It was really easy to schedule an appointment! The staff is VERY VERY friendly. I usually do not going to the dentist but the times I’ve went they always made sure to make me feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Got me in quickly, open on Saturdays, very perfessional and accommodating.Had 6 teeth pulled in preparation for dentures, painless and quick!Very happy with this dentist.

I just came back from an appointment to get a tooth removed they were so nice and it barely hurt, even though I’m eleven and very young every time I cried or they knew it was going to hurt they held my hand and comforted me, Dr. Naranjo and staff were very nice and helped my through it! I definitely recommend this dentist for your family!!

We had a great experience. Front desk was super helpful and the Dentist was wonderful.My son chipped his front tooth and was leaving for college. They got him in quickly and his tooth looks great! I went in with a toothache and they were wonderful. Office is super clean.I would definitely recommend them without thinking twice. Any negative feedback is old and was with the old dental office that is long gone and moved to Sugar land.

Dr Jennifer Naranjo indicated that she found 3 cavities and we went for a second opinion to Albright Dental in Jones RD what a big difference. We found an honest dentist that found none cavities. RUN

Those people worked on my moms teeth and the helper literally slipped and hit her in the jaw! No apology! Her face is black and blue. I will be visiting with an attorney and reporting this doctor to the dental board! I have pictures!!!

Very very unfriendly. I think people should look for jobs they will enjoy. I called twice to get info on my husband insurance with lee or Lean spoke to her twice and I can just see her face by the way she talks to you, she feels annoyed you asking questions. Im a very friendly person, so I expect to get good customer service if Im being, nice and humble with you. Im talking to her and twice shes like hold on, hold on puts me on hold. I Called a week ago and she says we never verify your ins, hold on and never comes back. She was trying to pronouncing my husband name and couldnt, so she just said Ray..what ever she didnt even try to ask how you pronounce it. She just called him whatever. No type of Custer service. They need to get rid of her, and they will get more pts. Good luck Willowbrook dental, I was never able to make an appointment.

I must say after new ownership, management and staff the experience has become very satisfying and pleasant. Dr Rashid, Dr Naranjo and Dr Lee are gentle careing and catering to patients needs and no experience of hidden fees. A family feeling. The quality of care and access to care is all one can ask for. Highly recommend!

I had a good experience with dr Vlada. Its conveniently located in the mall, and the stuff was friendly. I got root canals done and a new crown. It went smooth and whats most important painless.Thank you Dr Vlada

The worst dental experience Ive ever encountered! Im on hold now bc Ive had the phone hung up on my face, called BCK and the next representative yelled and hung up on me when I asked for names. Ive been on hold for five min. Now. I was told the doctor is no longer working there and if I want to talk to a manager call BCK really. They are very unprofessional and not for the people. Dont go here! Names that where finally given is Lee whom yelled and hung up on my face, Mariana whom yelled hung up on my face, Irma who will not be in until Monday to file a complaint has no email to contact. They have three new doctors that I was referred bc Dr. Eliseo Fiffe no longer works there, he is the man that had me in more pain when I left then I was in when I walked in. He asked that I have a deep cleaning, while lifting my filling and allowing pain to start ignoring my moan of pain that lasted for a week after I left. He was the rudest impassioned doctor Ive ever meet. Please dont go here for your mouth sake.

Very unprofessional. The employees walk around singing and playing music too loud for this type of occupation. My appt was at 3, didnt get seen until 3:30. You can tell the dental assistants just recently got a hot 6 month or more license, because they soo lack professionalism. You can hear them talking about personal issues at work,(as if we cant hear), the hygienist who did my cleaning is rough handed and talks to you while shes cleaning your mouth as if you can respond. Kept me waiting until 3:45 to finally get my routine cleaning. Im changing providers cuz the work ethic here is shot to hell.

Rude, unprofessional, and slow. First and last time. Even the doctor looks like he doesn’t like being here! Funny but shameful at the same time. Done!

Worst dental place ever, my wife has a disability and when she went for a check-up yesterday and she said the staff was very rude and not friendly at all, the dentist kept complaining and talking about my wife behind her back to other staff members Please dont come here unless you wanna be humiliated and disrespected like my wife did!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
