I have to say this place is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a Re-treatment and 2 root canals done by Dr. Samar Al-Hashimi. Dr. Al-Hashimi has magic hands! I had no pain with very minimal discomfort. Ronnie is awesome! She made sure that I was fine during my procedures. Ronnie took really great care of me! I highly recommend this place!

How can a root canal be a good experience? I found out. When the doctor is laser-focused on making it a low-pain experience, doing the work accurately and still efficiently, cares about his patients outcome. When the doctor gives clear, understandable instructions on what to do when the patient gets home. Then, that evening, the doctor himself phones to check on how youre doing. All that I found at Dr. Hassids office. Bravo. 5 stars and A+++++

The office manager, Chanel, is professional and down to earth. Dr. Hassid is AMAZING. Like so many others, I suffer from high anxiety when in the dentist’s chair. I was referred to Dr. Hassid by my general dentist (who, by the way, is amazing too 😀) to fix an issue caused when one of my teeth was extracted for preparation of a partial. My general dentist knows me very well and is conscious of my anxiety. I informed Dr. Hassid when we met of my anxiety issues and he didn’t glaze over my fear. He was kind in his response and assured me that everything would be fine. It wasn’t the words that made me comfortable, it was his genuineness. He treated me with gentleness and kindness during the initial consultation, the procedure and follow up exam. I especially appreciated that he called me the evening after my surgery to check on me. That meant a lot to me. He didn’t just perform the work…he cared. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hassid and his team for endodontic care.

So…..I am terrified of dentist. I am normally prescribed medication just to go to the dentist. Today I had one of the best experiences with Dr. Alhashimi and Ronnie. I did not get my prescription nor did I have a sedative so I was at a “10”. Dr. Alhashimi was uber sensitive during the procedure and even called the evening after the procedure to check to see how I was feeling. All I can say is “Awesome sauce”!

Dr. Hassid cleaned a molar that was infected and did not feel anything, no pain or discomfort. Even after I went home still no pain. I highly recommend him

I am new in town, I went to a few places to get a quote. Dr Hassid was very thorough and knowledgeable, reasonably priced.His stuff is just awesome, especially Channel at the front desk who is beyond knowledgeable, (compared to any other clinic when people answer the phone) friendly and just amazing. His nurse was wonderful as well. I had a complicated surgery, he cut through my gum to get the infection out. Doctor Hassid called me that evening to check on me. The level of professionalism and care is above 5 star. I immediately called my friends to suggest a new great place I discovered. I am thankful so much I was able to find dr Hassid that he was able to perform the surgery on his day off ( so that way I would have enough time to heal before my travel). One week later I am almost 100% and ready to hop on the plane. Lifesavers ! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you !

I cannot say enough about this fantastic practice! Late Sunday night I developed a small crack in a tooth that was scheduled for a root canal evaluation by the practice next week. Sunday overnight into Monday morning was absolute torture trying to slow the pain by keeping the tooth cold to quiet the nerve. The cold helped but it was still the worst pain Ive ever experienced. By what I count as a miracle from God, EA was able to get me in for an emergency appointment yesterday. Dr. Hassid was absolutely fantastic! He was so understanding and patient. He explained each step of the process while looking at my x-rays and pictures. His treatment was gentle and considerate of my pain. His office is equipped with modern technological methods that made even the basic numbing procedure completely painless. Other than the usual digging and tool usage that accompanies any root canal, I did not feel a thing! The entire process was painless! Its the next day, and I dont even feel any residual soreness. I am so grateful for Dr. Hassids fantastic work and to be totally out of pain. I also must thank Joy who assisted Dr. Hassid with the procedure and who was so kind and helped ease my anxiety. I also have to compliment and thank the office staff. They were all extremely helpful and kind to me. Im particularly grateful to Sandra who helped with getting my appointment set and with my paperwork and to Shanelle who assisted me when I arrived in the office and whose kindness put me immediately at ease despite being in pain. Word cannot describe how a mother feels when she sees her child in agonizing pain and then to find a doctor that takes immediate action to relieve it. That was my case with my teenager who had developed an abscess from 2 teeth. Immediately the doctor accessed the situation and performed a root canal. First, let me say I was against the root canal until the doctor explained the entire process. My son is on the way to recovery and his beautiful smile has been saved.

Third visit to Dr Hassid. I broke a front tooth right at the gum line. It was the day before a national holiday. I was referred to this office by Dr. Terri Alani. When I got there I was in so much pain I could hardly talk. The front desk personnel was pleasant and helpful. After my procedure which was very quick with very little discomfort I was able to go to a light lunch. The doctor was quite pleasant and was able to keep me relaxed which I appreciated. He phoned later that evening too make sure I was all right. I thanked him for a job well done. Being totally out of pain was a blessing.
