Dr. Koshy is an awesome doctor. Very friendly, understanding and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend him.

The doctor listened to me closely. I had some wild ideas but she reasoned with me. She addressed my concerns and laid out a possible future path.

I was very pleased with my experience at this practice. Front office personnel were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Qureshi was very patient, he listened to what I had to say about health concerns, took notes as we talked and had obviously looked at my paperwork before I arrived, because he already had notes written. I like that he says we will develop a plan to make me feel better once we get lab results.

Im glad I decided to switch to this office for care. I felt like Dr. Mittadodla listened and heard my concerns about my health. She explained the plan of care and next steps carefully and thoroughly. She answered all my questions and never rushed. I left the office feeling confident and that everything was explained clearly.The doctor I saw previously (not a doctor of The Endocrine Center) did not explain the plan of care, brushed me off when I had questions or concerns about my symptoms, and I always left the office feeling like the doctor was wishy washy on treatment or that the doctor was confused (one visit doctor would say were going to do this , but next visit it would be changed to something else).The lab tech is extremely gentle when taking blood. The office nurses and personnel are very nice and seem happy.I would have given 5 stars for the rating except that the wait to be seen was long and the staff member that originally set my appointment over the phone gave me the wrong address.If the rating was for the doctor alone , Dr. Mittadodla is 10 * rating. I wish all my doctors were like her.

There was about a 20 minute wait since I was the last appointment of the day. However, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelis. She is very attentive, listens to concerns, provides test results and goes over them, and makes positive suggestions to improve health.

This was my first visit with Dr Michaelis and couldn’t be happier with the interaction. She has great knowledge about my condition and took the time to ask questions and offer potential treatments.

Dr. Koshy is a wonderful doctor. I was able to schedule a video appointment, because Hurricane Patrick was predicted to come through during my appointment time, which was very accommodating! I give Dr. Kosky and his staff 10 stars if I could!!!! I have been ill for the pass 10 years and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. My 1st visit he interviewed me about my medical history and current issues, took my medical records and did blood work. The following week, he told me what was wrong. In 3 months, I feel so much better! I will continue to see Dr. Kosky and recommend him to everyone I meet! You wont be disappointed!

On first visit, I’d say it was very positive. Office staff was very friendly and polite. I had to wait a little long for the dr but he was very apologetic. Once in the room, he sat and listened while asking good questions, and I was not rushed. He seemed very caring as I explained medical history.

Dr. Michaelis is very professional and thorough in dealing with my medical issues. She is also very medically and technically skilled. When reviewing my lab results with me, she takes the time to explain causes and implications of any that are out of normal range and steps that I can take to improve them. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an endocrinologist for medical care.The staff is also very friendly and courteous. i felt very much at ease.

New patient to this office. Dr. Queresh is very informative and very detailed. He listens to your concerns and makes you feel like everything will be okay. He answered all my questions I had and I left the office with knowledgeable information. Unfortunately, the scheduling dept is rude and unprofessional. My doctor called in an urgent appointment for me but when I called to check status of my appointment they acted like I was not in the system. They were even rude to the nurse that helped with my urgent appointment. They need to work on customer service.

Dr. Koshy is Amazing. So professional and courteous. Always very informative and treats me so kindly. I have been using him for 4 years and always in and out with little to no wait time. I have never been in office more than 45 minutes. Staff is A+.

The is the first time I visited Dr. Qureshi at the recommendation of my cardiologist Dr. Dayah. Dr. Qureshi listened to my problem very carefully and figured out a course of treatment. He also attached a meter on my stomach to monitor the pattern of glucose around 24 hours. I had variation of sugar which my primary doctor failed to address, I therefore looked for other doctor who could determine the root-cause of my problem and set a proper treatment. I hope, inshaa Allah, Dr. Qureshi would be helpful. I came out from his office fully satisfied on my first visit. I would continue posting as my treatment progresses.

The staff keeps addressing me by my first name. This makes me very uncomfortable. I work for the healthcare industry and this is very unprofessional. The staff should ask permission instead of assuming this is appropriate. It makes me want to change doctors. This has happened more than once and i have addressed this issue.
