Dr. Hicks manages my son’s congenital hypothyroidism. She is kind, thoughtful, and diligent. Her office runs on time and we love going to west campus so much more than the Medical Center location. She does what’s best for the patient, and cares about your child’s well being. I’m so happy we found her.

Unlike some other doctors - they show a very warm face but they actually don’t remember you, Dr. Hicks remembers your past and current situation like your friend. She shows real passion for her work and her patient! Her staff team is also super nice and try to help you in every aspect.
