This was a year ago - copying here from a yelp review to get the two in sync.Just moved to this side of town and therefore have no primary care doctor on the west side. Tweaked my back playing golf yesterday and this was the closest place to me. It was not a upscale feel, but they got me in quick, were friendly and attentive, and I really liked the doctor. I asked him to refer me to a good primary care on this side of town, and he said, I am here six days a week, you can see me as your primary care if you would like. This is perfect because I work constantly and he is open on Sunday. Seeing a doctor is about service over a frilly environment. Ill be back for sure.

This review is not about the doctor, this is just about my experience or lack there of.I choose this place on the recommendation of my HMO for the close location. I walked in and asked if they accepted my insurance type? They told me ONLY if I make their doctor my PCP....I thought that was odd. But I was feeling so cruddy and desperate I agreed. They wanted me to get on the phone right there and then and make the change. Got on the phone with my insurance and what do you know..computers are down!! Blessing in disguise! I left and went somewhere else that was quick+clean+friendly+state of the art. Do your research before you get sick that way it will be a more seamless process. :)

I went to get just a physical and a few papers signed and told them it was a time sensitive issue. Took over a week to sign 4 pages thats it, on top everything was still not completed. The service is horrible as soon as you pay them they wont help you with anything else. Biggest mistake going here.

Worst clinic ever!! I defenitly don’t recommend , they are never available. I been calling for the last 3 days to have them refill my prescription, on the first day they said they will send over the request to the pharmacy I drive to my pharmacy and they telll me they haven’t receive anything. I then call them again the next day and they said they will have it approve by the doctor and that they will call me back. I got a voicemail that afternoon stating they have sent over the request to my pharmacy I then go to my pharmacy after work and they tell me they haven’t receive an order from my doctor office. Now I’m on the third day calling to get an update and they are not picking up. How can I relay on such a unorganized clinic.

Great service, The Doctor is really professional also I had the opportunity to go to the 2nd location in 12000 Richmond and the staff were fenomenal, Lila also gave me an exceptional care. Love the urgent care and more the cosmetic.

The receptionist are HORRIBLE. I called and first thing she asked was was kind of insurance do I have I said I dont have none ,then she said OK can you hold with out me even saying yes or no that is just RUDE I waited 8 minutes and hung up and tried calling back , tried to call back and now the lines are off...mind you I come all the way from Humble just to see Dr.O ....

Ok I took my daughter there 7/1/16 because she had fallen skating at a roller rink near by there office. When we got there we were not sure of her injuries but she said she heard a pop when she fell. I made this known to the staff but they took us on in and did X-rays. So she had broken her right leg tibia bone and instead of them telling me that I need to go to ER they over charged me for doing nothing. They did not splint her leg all they did was put an adhesive on her ankle when the X-ray clearly showed a break in her leg. Instead of them telling me that they dont have the capabilities to help my daughter they took my money and sent me on my way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!

I went here today for my sore throat. All the staff and dr.Shafie are so elegant and professional with detailed explaination. They do take time with patients. Thank you all. Definitely recommend.

I just loved it! The doctor was very professional very humble he knew exactly what I had his staff was nice if definitely recommend it.

I took my wife here on a Friday because her prescription expired, and her Primary Physicians office was closed until Monday, and we need blood pressure pills. The A/C was off in the front lobby, and it was hot in the waiting area. They had 1 broke fan blowing hot air, and the wait was too long. I asked was the A/C working, but they said no. YOU ARE DOCTORS, WHY CANT YOU FIX YOUR A/C, or BUY A FAN THAT WORKS!! I left frustrated with the slow service, and the hot waiting area.

Is not a clinic there any more, is a tattoo place..

Worst clinic I visited. Waiting time is very high for an urgent care clinic. They give you a test order without doctor signature, then, you have to come back to make the order sign by the doctor while you are sick. To know results become imposible they awnser the phone.

I like the service is really fast and good doctors

This place is terrible they are always closed and when they are open they close really early.
