All front desk service is completed via tablet, theres no physically present representative to assist anyone in answering questions or filling out check in. The bed side manner is very poor, there is no effort to be kind. This is an issue because they dont know what patients are there for (something serious, routine labs, etc.) so, its always the duty of Healthcare professionals to provide care with compassion. They also do not honor scheduled appointment times and have a small waiting room so when theyre backed up (like they were today) theyre over capacity and no one is monitoring this.

The phlebotomist didn’t change gloves after taking my blood and before drawing blood of my toddler. I am bot sure if she changed the gloves before me too:( also, she called another phlebotomist to help to draw blood of my baby and I didn’t see her changing gloves as well, and she seems touched the blood spot of my son 😭 I am really worried about it now. It was quite stressful when the baby was screaming, and all I asked was “did you use alcohol wipe on his skin”, when noticed the situation with no gloves changing :(

I was deeply disappointed at the unsanitary conditions of this facility. The bathroom was in a total disarray with used toilet paper and urine on the floor. The specimen collection table was dirty with derogatory words written on it. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

GET AN APPT! they even have some available the same day. This will eliminate your wait time. Took TWO toddlers in for blood work that i normally can’t get any blood from and was able to do it quickly, accurately, and with such compassion. These women were wonderful. We specifically saw Althea but it was a joint effort by the entire staff to make the kids feel comfortable and valued. Thank you!

The nurse was so rude and inexperienced. She stuck the needle many times on my arm but couldn’t find the vein to get blood out. she didn’t even say sorry, but she complained about I didn’t drink water and it’s hard to find a vein on my body.I’m not coming back this place again. The staff was not friendly!!!

Took my mother to get blood work the employees are so rude. They were screaming if we had a appointment I told them I was a walk-in. They have attitude with everyone coming in even elderly people needing help to sign in they were saying don’t be knocking on our door. Like are you serious please avoid this location if they treat you like this at waiting area imagine in the back. We could hear them talking in the back using profanity words this is just so uneducated. This placed need to shut down or teach there employees some manners on how to treat people and especially elders.

Dont go to this Quest location if you value your time, because they dont. I waited 30 minutes before someone came out and told us that everyone else was at lunch and she was by herself. My 13 minute sign-in estimate, quickly turned into an hour. I couldnt wait and had to just go back to work. I will try again tomorrow but absolutely not at this location.

Rude and unhelpful employees. I went there accompanying my elderly mother who needs help with moving around as well as with language translation, and the the staff told me to stay outside, which made my mother anxious. They treat customers as if they are doing the customers a huge favor by providing them the testing services. They made no effort whatsoever to make us, the customers feel welcome. On top of all that, the restroom was not clean either. We Will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible service. Seems they dislike their job because they are very careless and rude to the patients.Even when having questions, felt that we were being kicked out. My wife’s mother said she was treated very bad and handled in a very rough way. I am very dissapointed and upset. The worst place ever.

Not a very good experience. Not very courteous or professional in my opinion. Also, what is the purpose of waiting outside if, when your text notification is received to come inside, the staff does not give you a 10-15 second window to make it inside before moving on to the next person. I waited another 20-25 minutes before being called again. Im hopeful this was just an off day. Ive had much better and friendlier interactions with the Quest staff on Jones.

Ill give one star for the speed of service as we were a walk in. But I get into the room with my 7 year old daughter (who is the patient) and the lady asks for my ID and insurance card. I told her I did not have my primary insurance card on me but I had my ID and secondary insurance card. The lady very rudely and aggressively says YOU HAVE TO BRING IT NEXT TIME. I just said Okay. Then a lady with braids comes in and assists in taking the blood. Once they finished she tells me I have a copay, and I pay that. Then she says YOU have an account in collections and it has to be paid in order for me to even send out the blood. More unacceptable rudeness in her tone. I was unaware of the collections, I paid it off. But the tone and attitude I received was unacceptable. In all my years and bad experiences with doctors ect, this is by far the worst experience. I will not return to quest diagnostics. They lack professionalism and friendliness. They seem to hate their job and so they take it out on people who are paying their employer for a service.

They were so rough with my daughter, weren’t precautious about Covid AND acted rude when I asked them questions like “has this been cleaned”. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. If I didn’t tell her to wait for the alcohol to dry, then she would’ve put that needle in there with it wet. Do you know how bad it burns to have alcohol on a needle. This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve had getting my daughters blood drawn. Again, DO NOT COME HERE!

I would highly recommend this location! I signed in when I got there on there digital sign in machine and I barely sat down and they were calling me back! So 1 person drew blood while the other entered in all my information into computer! My veins usually roll and blow but this lady was so good, I actually didn’t even really feel anything! Highly recommend!!!

My wife tells me she had the most painful experience ever getting her blood drawn at this Quest location today 1/8/2020. Previous trips to this lab were pleasant, but today was total nightmare.My wife had 2 doctors orders for blood test, so she requested Althea to sort out both orders before drawing blood. Althea totally ignored her and ordered the technician to start drawing blood, even before her orders were sorted.My wife knew many tubes of blood will be taken, and requested the technician to use a butterfly needle to avoid the pain each time a new tube is pushed into the needle in the arm. The technician replied that shed run out of butterfly needles. Extra pain for the patient due to lack of medical supply.After 16 tubes of blood were taken, Althea found she had made mistakes with the orders and threw away some of the tubes of blood already taken. Extra pain endured purely due to staff incompetence.Needless to say, we will never go to this location again for any lab services again.

Friendly personnel. Very rapid walk in service. Older man in front of me took forever to utilize the single available electronic check in pad (there is no person at the window). On the way out I noticed that they had put a second check in station out in the check in area. I would have rated my experience a 5 start except for the following. I had a reaction (skin rash) everywhere that the swab they utilized to clean my elbow area in order to draw blood. I have repeatedly tried to call this office but their telephone system does NOT give any opportunity to speak with a real person. I tried every option including asking for a representative. I simply wanted to know what kind of swab was utilized so that I can avoid it in the future. Cost cutting has gone too far when you cannot speak to an actual person without first physically making another trip to the office and knocking on the door. This part of their customer service is seriously lacking.

The people there are really nice and they draw blood fast for my 80 year old father. Usually it takes my doctor office 30 min to get blood from him. I would recommend to make an appointment online as you get in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Very ghetto and unprofessional. For one, good luck getting an answer if you try and call their phone number. There is nobody there to help you, you have to sign in on a tablet device and wait to be called. Had to do a urine and blood test. The phlebotomist was extremely unprofessional, looked miserable wearing a frown and sighing the whole time. Even dropping F-bombs in front of me (Im not one who normally cares about swearing in every day situations but if youre supposed to be a medical professional dont swear in front of me. It looks really bad.) and it felt like she literally didnt care about my comfort because she basically just stabbed me in the arm with the needle. This was extremely uncomfortable, even coming from someone like me who has zero problems with needles and even enjoys getting piercings because of the thrill. When it came to the urine test, the bathroom looked dingy, dirty and the light was broken so I had to try and pee into a plastic cup in the dark while hoping I dont get some weird disease from the bathroom. Never going back here again even if I have to drive across town, it was such a miserable experience.

This was the worst lab I have ever stepped foot in. The staff member that called me back had the worst attitude like I was the one that made her work there. I walked in, was extremely nice because I feel like what you give is what you get, well she ruined that by rolling her eyes talking to me like I was a child because she does not know how to word her sentences to make it understandable then flip around in her chair like I was the one stupid. Telling someone “your total lab charges are …” then says “the covered amount is ...” really makes you think that what she is saying is the insurance is only covering the “covered amounts” right? NO, she was trying to say that was my part due and said I was the one that misunderstood (she said it 3 times) OKAY B I get it, learn how to word things properly. I will continue using Memorial Hermann Lab unless I am forced to go to QUEST like I was this time. These types of employees will ruin your business.

Waited a several minutes at front window because there was no one sitting at front desk. I had to knock on the door for someone to come out. Everyone in the back goofing around. Asked if they accepted our insurance and she proceeds to tell me I have to find out myself by calling the insurance. I’ve worked over 10 years in medical offices and we have always checked for the patient to see if their insurance covered their services. Zero help from this place and do not recommend it.

Best service ever! My 18 month old needed labs done and as a mother you feel horrible having to get your baby poked & hoping & praying whoever is doing the labs has the best experience to getting it done the first try knowing the possibilities of a baby screaming, crying, & squirming. I walked In waited only 5 minutes literally, to be called & Althea & her awesome co-worker first room to your right (didnt get her name) did a FANTASIC JOB! I highly recommend them!Thanks ladies so much!!

My two boys had back to back appointments and were in and out of the facility in 11 minutes flat! We checked in, they called us in one minute later and the two ladies who helped us were so great with the kids. I am so impressed! Way to go Quest Fallbrook!!

The door says open 8-5. It was already 8 and people were lined up outside. The first person in line decided to pull the door and it was unlocked. No lights are on the front check-in window was closed, so how are we supposed to know it was unlocked? Rude. No greeting. No introductions. Just names being called and room numbers barked out. The only reason they get a 2 is because the lady looked up my my info twice.

Brought my one year old son in for his wellness blood work. She blamed him for moving and had to re-do the stick on his other arm. That was understandable if a little annoying to blame a 1 year old. She was disorganized and drew the wrong vial. She didnt act sorry at all for having him need to be poked for a third time. Instead when her manager had to get involved she blamed him again! Hes just a baby, its not his fault he squirmed when he was poked with a sharp needle despite us trying to hold him still.We wont be going back to this location needless to say. Ill drive across Houston if I have to. There should be a pediatric facility with staff who are caring for their little patients.

Went around 9:30 am on a Monday. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Employee was friendly and did a good quick job with my blood draw. I expected worse with all of the bad reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

No wait if you have an appointment, 10 minutes otherwise. Staff was robotic, with the exception that a robot would take more care not to hurt you as much when drawing blood. If I was going to rate how much the staff cared to hurt me least from 1 to 10, of all places I ever drew blood, I give them a 1.

Im so impressed Im still in the parking lot as i write the review. I walked in only 10 minutes ago and Im already done. Thats not even why Im writing though. I have horrible veins n it takes most ppl forever and its super scary for me cuz I know my veins are difficult to find. Ashley literally made it the fastest and least painful experience Ive ever had!!! Now shes not much of a talker or cuddler. Shes not gonna hold your hand & all that jazz. But I think this is the one situation I could care less for friendliness cuz I feel the customer service was the excellent service provided. She knows what shes doing! Thx

Never thought of writing a review for a blood lab, but if anyone out there has deep baby vien...theyll know when I say its impossible to find my vien and how it hurts and leaves you bruised but OMG Crystal did it!! Yes she did after one try and got enough for my test. The service was exceptional and quick and a big big thank you to Crystal for being amazing and professional.

I prefer going to this Quest over having my blood drawn at my doctors office, because not only are the people nice and the location convenient, but they can always find a good vein without too much trouble. Since I have to have regular blood tests, this is important to me.

I regret visiting this facility with my 1 year old baby. The woman who attended us was very rude. How a person can be so insensitive. My baby was smiling and that lady was just rolling her eyes. As she was getting started, my baby started crying and I thought to calm her down by showing the video. But that lady just shut me down saying, I can do so since I have to held her tight. I had told her that my husband was on the way there. But she refused to wait and proceed without him. That lady couldnt find vein in my baby and asked for help. And second lady came to help who looked much experienced. So she confirmed that the first lady also felt the vein. But second lady let the first lady draw out the blood. OMG, THAT WOMAN INSERTED THE NEEDLE AND DIDNT FEEL THE VEIN. SHE PULLED IT OUT AND AGAIN INSERTED AN INCH NEEDLE INSIDE MY BABYS ARM. AGAIN, DIDNT FEEL THE VEIN. THEN SHE MOVED THE NEEDLE LITTLE BIT TO THE SIDE. THAT TOOK HER MORE THAN 5 MINUTE. MY BABY WAS TURNING AT ME AND WAS CRYING LIKE ANYTHING. I FELT SO BAD. LATER SHE JUST TOLD ME YOU ARE DONE. DID NOT EVEN TOLD ME WHEN THE RESULT WILL BE READY OR SPOKE A SINGLE WORD TO COMFORT MY BABY. JUST SAID YOU ARE DONE. I WAS SO SHOCKED THAT I LEFT SAYING THANK YOU EVEN AFTER GETTING SUCH A HORRIBLE TREATMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR WORK, WHY DONT YOU JUST QUIT.PEOPLE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I checked in at 11:40, got called back at 11:53 there were 5 people ahead of me. Walked out at 12:03. Demetria did my blood work and she was super nice and I didnt feel a thing.

I hate needles, and the times I have to have my blood drawn (once every year or two as part of a routine checkup) I always worry myself sick. This time was unfortunately no exception - I didnt sleep the night before, and I didnt eat a thing the day of. I walked in at 4:30, and was out at 4:40 - by FAR the most seamless and PAINLESS blood work process Ive ever encountered. When Candice drew my blood, I didnt feel a thing, I mean it - not a pinch, nothing! Candice and DAnn were the two ladies that worked with me and they were the nicest, most professional and courteous people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Ive seen some bad reviews for some Quest PSC locations, but this location was outstanding. If I ever need lab work done on blood, Ill be coming back.

Went to Fall Brook location on 7/31/2017 Only waited for 5 mins and Althea was grate. People who complain go in Daman service then and now. The staff is doing a great job,the people are the problem. The service here is despicable. Needed to have blood drawn for my 4 year old. Lady handled urine from another patient and then proceeded to work with us using the same gloves. Did not clean area where urine placed. Major attitude and argued with me when asked to get new gloves. I explained my 4 year old is afraid of needles and will struggle and that she will need a second tech. She was apathetic and entirely ignored me. As she struggled to get blood from a kicking and screaming child--with no comforting skills or care--she finally realized she needed a second person--which took an extra 5 minutes to get--over which my child was screaming and crying and running around the place in anticipation of needle. She needed 4 large vials of blood and filled the first 3 entirely--not having any commonsense that a 4 year old does not have that much blood to give. She put one tiny squirt of blood in last vial. Low and behold the findings in that vial were severely out of range--and we got pulled into doctors office frightened and scared until we conducted retest in doctors office which was normal. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE--WOULD NOT SEND A DOG THERE. Can they find less competent people that can have such an impact on ones test results and health (with improper hygiene)?

Ok this place not only has the best customer service and friendly staff but Althea that works there is awesome, amazing, outstanding and more!!! I have a one year old and a two year old that needed blood work and we not only did it once but twice and neither of them cried!!! To me that in just a blessing that she is able to do that!!! Horrible location. The doctor not only billed the wrong insurance company (how does this even happen?) But sent my blood-work in to the WRONG TEST. Whoevers office is the first office on the left did this. Some other lady was kind enough to stay after hours to help me figure out the mess.

My daughter was pending a urine analysis and unfortunately this was mishandled by Byron Holcomb I was told by one of the staff members at texas childrens. The person in charge of the front desk (Byron)was unprofessional and plain rude. I wasnt give a form to go with the specimen I didnt have one upon arrival when he demanded I had to have one. I guess since Texas childrens is across the parking lot from them they always practice this way. However, I did write down my childs D.O.B and full name. When I handed the specimen and the paper to him I asked him if he found her chart and if he needed my insurance information and he said. I got it. A week later Im calling Texas childrens for results and they dont have my daughters urine results and aked me if i had taking the sample to quest and confirm the location with me to make sure we were on the same page. Then Texas childrens calls quest and they can NOT FIND my daughters urine cup therefore test was never conducted. This is very disappointing now my daughters health is at a hold and at a possible risk because of some one not caring enough. I can provide the collection dedicate time and all is not a problem the problem is that all of this time ...TIME is running and being waited instead of Dr. Taking action if something is in fact wrong with my childs health. This a follow up urine exam and the 1st came back positive so this was just to confirm what was suspected on her urine. I van believe some one can be so careless and dont think about twice before doing something so terrible to a little girl and her family. People like this should not be in the medical field and should be reprinted. If serious consequences come about because of this delay someone is going to have to give me some answers. Plz mothers dont go to this location unless you absolutely have to and if so ask to speak to a manager or someone who is going to handle and process your samples the proper way
