I was impressed by the staff the moment our dog arrived and during the stay. The area was very clean. Check in was very easy and they made sure to ask questions about our dogs behavior/needs. We were so happy to see lots of pictures of our dog online socializing with others and having lots of fun. Their staff interacts with all of them during playtime. We will use them again. We highly recommend Paws Pet Resort!

My puppy loves daycare at Paws Pet Resort! He rushes to their door in the morning and doesnt want to leave when I pick him up. What a relief to know there is a place my high energy dog can play safely with his new human and canine friends.

Ive taken my dog Bo here twice now for boarding in the last two months.Overall I’m very happy with their care and accommodations for him. I do feel that they strived to keep him safe and content during his stays. I like the fact that they also enforce strict vaccination requirements before taking any dogs in. I also like how they’ve attended to Bo’s needs, from the notes I provided, carefully following his feeding and walking schedule.Thanks to Jamie and the whole team, I couldnt be more ecstatic with Paws Pet Resort taking care of him!

Jamie and company are wonderful. The prices are quite competitive, the staff seem to have a genuine love for animals, and my dogs LOVE going to daycare there. They freak out with excitement when we pull into the parking lot.

I have been really happy with Paws Pet Resort. My dog, Phoebe, is a rescue and has not always been great with other dogs or people she doesn’t know. Thanks to Jamie and her staff, Phoebe has come a long way. Even though we have been going to paws for years, Jamie knows that I am dedicated to ongoing training with my dog and I really appreciate that she is up front with me when Phoebe is a trouble maker or needs to be put in time out.I also love that they’ve started posting more videos and photos everyday. Highly recommend this place.

Our little cat, Ms. Gray, has boarded at Paws Pet Resort several times for 2-7 days. The staff always provide her with personal attention, loving interaction and playtime, above and beyond the standard expectation of clean and safe shelter, clean food and water, and a clean litter box every day. She always returns healthy, happy, and in good spirits. I highly recommended Paws Pet Resort if you need to board your cat!

Worst experience i’ve had in my years of being a pet owner they took so long and when i was finally taken in my dog came out with fleas! My dog has never had a flea problem until i visited here. I would not recommend this place to others if they want their dog actually clean

I have been taking Chloe to Paws Pet Resort for a few years now and they never disappoint! Chloe is 14 yrs old and part chow so she can be a little weird and standoff-is. BUT Jamie and her staff take SUCH great care of her; they are patient, loving and have actually helped socialize her with other dogs. I never worry about being away because she is in such excellent care. I even get her groomed at Paws and she looks ADORABLE each time I pick her up. Dont know what I would do without Paws Pet Resort!

My dog always comes back from Paws Pet Resort happy and healthy. Always an easy process to drop off and pick up.

Our kitty was not well cared for. He was sick as he was vomiting and had diarrhea the first two days after picking him up. He was not himself at all. They never gave us updates or showed us where he would be staying. Nor did they give us some type of report of how everything went. We had a bad feeling about this place and would not recommend or take our kitty back.

I love Paws Pet Resort! I take my Great Dane and Pit/Lab mix there multiple times a week for daycare. They’ve been to several other daycares and have never gotten nearly as excited as they do when coming to Paws. Their daycare packages are a great price also. You can tell the staff truly loves the dogs. I also get them groomed here and cannot complain! Highly recommend.

I took my dog here for a quick groom because I discovered them in the neighborhood and their prices looked great online. I emailed in her paperwork and records ahead of her appointment and then when I arrived it was as though nobody expected me. The receptionist wasnt wearing a mask and didnt even look at my dog. She talked with me for 10-15 minutes before ever looking over the counter and asking what breed she was?!?! I came for my dog so pay attention to her!!!When I came to pick her up she hadnt even been groomed! She had a bath and I was charged extra for a furminate (normal, but it wouldve been nice to be warned) and a nail trim. So at the end of the day I got back a dog who was still wet, didnt have a haircut done, and was charged more than I wouldve paid elsewhere. Not to mention, this place was loud and clearly stressful for my dog. I will never go back here again.

My cat was crying and shaking horribly when I picked him up. He also has had stomach issues, like never before, since Ive had him back home these couple of days. Because of this, I sense he was not taken care of properly.

Kept my pup here over a weekend, she came out smiling and seemed to really enjoy her stay.

Just got our baby back from boarding and we could not be happier! They made a tik tok of her playing with the other dogs and posted it to FB so we could see it while on vacation! They even trimmed her nails for us while she was there and gave her a bath on the way out 🧼 highly recommend

I cant say enough wonderful things about Paws and Staff! Our Lab Cooper has been going to daycare here for over a year now and I honestly dont know what wed do with these guys!!! Cooper is genuinely so excited to go every week and the best part is we dont have to worry while hes there. Whether it be a day of daycare or a few nights for boarding, Im always fully confident that Cooper is being taken care of as if he were their very own.

Owner Jamie is great! VERY accommodating and nice. They have renovated/still are and now have a bigger place with great outdoor areas. They can accommodate dogs for boarding without any dog daycare interaction if you wish (cause your pup might not be the most social one) or you ask for interaction and it is possible as well. They also do a lot for dog rescue and allow pets living there until adopted (of course only rescue groups they have an arrangement with). We adopted our dog Josie (Scouts Honor Rescue) by meeting her there with our dog Lucas just recently. This place is clean and properly cared for. Love it!

I boarded my two small Yorkshire dogs. in 5 days they lost 13% of their body weight. to put that in perspective, if a person weighs 150 pounds that is about 19 pounds in 5 days. Worse than that, one of them came home with Kennel Cough. I had him at the emergency vet hospital at 6:30 am. on Sunday. Kennel Cough is a result of not cleaning bowls, beds, floors, etc. Additionally, someone had a dog there with the infection already. Kennel Cough is highly contagious and untreated can kill a dog. I will never take my pets here again.

I called ahead to confirm again that both of my dogs records were valid before dropping them off. Once I arrived, I was told one of them wasn’t up to date and couldn’t be accepted.Most times people board animals, it’s because they have to be somewhere other than the vet. But if I go the Rover route at this point, my dogs get split up and I lose half the deposit.I return after the vet and am greeted by four people behind the desk, none of which seem to know how the records were twice confirmed.That said, they did a seemingly good job with them all weekend. Worth a second star, but not worth changing your travel plans.

Jamie is a true animal lover. She has passion, is completely devoted and shows unconditional love to ALL the animals. Rita loves to visit and Ill always remain loyal to Paws Pet Resort. The staff is great too!!!

Staff truly seems to love pets, groomed dogs leave looking and smelling amazing, and dogs are so happy in the daycare rooms. They even offer private doggy suites with Netflix!!!

This is really good place. The staff is so friendly and nice. I was there in first time and I really like it.

My pup, Geischer, has been going to day care here for about a month now and he absolutely loves it!! He goes 3 days a week and those days he comes home tired and ready to cuddle!! He knows when we leave the house for work that we are going to day care and instead of walking to the grass he walks to the car and gets super excited!! He loves his friends at daycare.Another positive is I have been trying to ensure that Geischer is social with all other dogs. He has always been a friendly pup, but he was jumping on other dogs and didnt quite understand when to stop. Now he is much better when he approaches other dogs at the dog park or dog bar and he is so much different then when we first started socializing him. People think he is older than he is because he is very well adjusted when he is around other dogs that are older than him or even smaller than him.Thanks Paws!! Yall are awesome!!

Just to know they made this right and have been great.———-Too inconsistent for our needs. At a minimum, I need to take my dogs once every other Tuesday while the house is cleaned. While I have only been a customer for three months, their policies have made their availablity too inconsistent. First, they dont take reservations and if you get there late (varies) youre SOL. Ok, Ill get up earlier. But the no daycare after holidays, just is not going to work. Despite the protest of the owner, there was no sign during the last visit and 3 year old policy doesnt help new customers.So in 6 attempts to go only 4 have been successful. Each other time they have placed me in a bind.Other than that, they seem to care for and take care of the dogs. Although, the double entrance is annoying. Just make sure they will be available when you need them.

I have been a customer for 3 years now with my three dogs and I can confidently say that I will not bring my dog anywhere else but Paws. My dogs get so excited every morning when we hop into the car and go for daycare!

Paws Pet Resort has expanded and has now moved next door to a bigger building. My dogs board there regularly when I go out of town and go for daycare every other day. They are boarding there right now and this trip, I booked their newly opened luxury suites. These suites have their own private yards, TVs in each suite and most importantly, a camera that I was given access to once I dropped them off.First, the suitess are wayyyy bigger so my dogs can stay together, without getting on each other’s nerves. There are 3 Costco round beds in their right now, and there is still ample space for them to walk around. How do I know that? Cuz the CAMERAS!!! I have been obsessing over it all day, watching them hang out and get played with etc… I love it so much. Now I don’t need to call them to check on my dogs and I can just log in the app and see a live view of what’s going on! And the best part of it all, it’s at a reasonable cost – especially if you have more than 1 dog

I cant say enough about Jamie and her team. I had to get my dog boarded for a week, at the last minute. Fortunately, they were able to take her in and now, I cant even get my baby to come home with me!
