We are so lucky to find Dr. Ross. She was professional and patient with all my wife (Rani Allo) requests -- she also instructed all nurses to do the same. She is a very easy going person, straight forward and has a very warm personality. Most importantly, she really took care my wifes pregnancy. Thank you, Dr. Ross!

I will never come back with her. She was giving me sensitive information with the door wide open and other patients just outside her door. This is a big HIPPA violation, and I tried to report her online but it was a complicated process so I just gave up. Other than that, my visit was just OK

From the moment I walked into my first appt with Dr. Patti Ross I was rushed through the whole process. I wasn’t able to finish my paper work and I got there 15 min early. They sat me in the room and I explained I wanted to finish. The nurse said she would just need a second to check my vitals. Then it went into needing my pee, and then when I got back the doctor was already there. She didn’t seem to be real interested in one on one time with her patient. She got in and got out. In fact I wasn’t even asked how things have gone so far. I forgot to even bring up my horrible acid reflux because I was so rushed. Then I went through a process just to get my blood drawn. No one was in the clinics phlebotomy room so we had to take the elevator (super small) with my kid in a stroller back down to the first floor, to wait even longer. By that point he had a mental break down.

I love Mrs Patti Ross been going there for 9 yrs now and she is the best!!!!
