Place is nice. Dr. Sison saw me for an ankle x-ray. Everything was normal. There is not much else to say.

I normally see Dr. Sison but when I am unable to get an appointment I also see Dr. Howser. I love that ease of getting an appointment even if it’s last minute. The staff is always nice and helpful. The drs are wonderful as well. I have a lot of other health issues and they always make sure that I am safe when they are prescribing other medications or diagnosing me because I am on other medications.

I like the organization of the office, but doctor Sison has a problem with not following up with people (or at least me) about their results. Anything from like the blood drawing or a series of medications for treatment being done. I really want her to tighten up with this because my health has been at stake for a few months and I never even knew. When I’m doing my physical or you’re treating me for something, I’m expecting YOU, the doctor, to let me know what it what and explain to me what’s going on. I shouldn’t have to randomly end up in the ER because of your failure to call me into the office to go over my lab results because you saw some red flags. It’s actually really hard to find a reliable PCP these days.

I took the afternoon off work to attend a medical appointment. I allotted 90 minutes to travel from the Medical Center. I realized I would be delayed due to traffic. Therefore I called the clinic approximately 45 minutes from appointment time. I was told by the office manager that I would not be seen because the doctor booked up and no other doctor could see me. I explained that I took the afternoon off work and needed to see the doctor today. The office manager said I would need to reschedule my appointment. The earliest time available was 8:45 a.m. I explained that my employer expects me to be at work bt 9.00 next day. I asked the office manager to allow me to talk with the nurse. The office manager said the doctors nurse was busy. I pleaded to speak with the nurse or doctor but the office manager refused. Based o this experience my impression is that this is a rigid environment. There was not caring or concern for the customer.

I needed to get an appointment quickly and was able to get into Dr. Sisons office right away. Office staff were friendly and helpful, however Dr. Sisons bedside manner is very unprofessional. She jokes about things she should not. I almost felt like crying and running out of the office at first. She doesnt really listen to you and what symptoms you are having. I finally just decided to take her comments with a grain of salt, got my treatment and got out of there. Two stars for feeling better from the shot and friendliness.

Ive never had a problem with Dr. Sison or her staff. Sometimes the wait is long but arent most drs? Her staff have been professional. Referrals have been confirmed in a timely manner. I find her very pleasant. She has been my pcp for over a year.

I went for the first time to see Dr. Sison last week. Got an appointment within 36 hours, and staff was very kind. Dr. Sison herself asked me lots of questions and actually listened to my responses. She then called me personally with results when results were back. I felt she was very experienced and knowledgeable. I was impressed with this office and will be back.

Worst doctor ever. She didnt talk about initial symptoms after giving the information and was already giving my husband a incorrect diagnoses with little thought. Not to mention the little joke about we should consider adoption due to his illnesses. What kind of sick joke is that to tell your patient and his wife? Dont go here.

I was initially referred to Dr. Sison by an urgent care physician I visited while I was having cold/flu symptoms and an injured back. I was looking for a new primary care physician at the time, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. I spoke to a family member after the appointment was scheduled and said I was scheduled to see Dr. Sison. The family member I spoke to warned me about going to visit this doctor and informed me of their negative experience. I decided that maybe it was a one-off experience and gave this doctor a try. Boy, was I wrong. This practice is BY FAR the worst, most dishonest, most unprofessional, and most incompetent practice I have ever had the displeasure of having an experience with. Dr. Sison could not remember my conditions or medications when I went to visit, even though she was the one that treated/prescribed them. She also did not address the reasons for my visits, even after the assistant placed the notes for her to read. I had to bring up the reasons again myself before she could move to the next patient. She could not resolve my cold/flu symptoms, even after 2 months of treatment, she prescribed me medicine that did not help at all, and didnt seem at all concerned when I addressed this with her. I was strong-armed into getting treatments that I only later realized were not covered by my insurance after being hit with a surprise bill from the office, and the individuals running the front desk seemed to have no communication with the doctor as I would constantly have to remind them to schedule me for a follow-up appointment at the request of the doctor. If I hadnt, my follow-ups would never have been scheduled. Not to mention, Dr Sison made a very off-color joke to both my wife and I about not having children since they would inherit my health conditions. Who jokes about things like that? But the worst part, by far, was that it took TWO WEEKS and MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS to get my inhaler prescription switched from one brand to another (because my insurance preferred the other brand) after Dr. Sison sent in the prescription for the WRONG brand, even though I mentioned MULTIPLE TIMES during the visit to please send in the prescription for the preferred brand. I was told by the front desk associates my request would be handled multiple times, and I would receive phone calls confirming this, but I DID NOT receive any phone calls. If I hadnt called time and time again, I would still be waiting to get my correct rescue inhaler sent to the pharmacy. Do not waste your time or money with this practice. If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would. I sincerely hope the practice reads this review so they can make the necessary adjustments to provide even a passable experience to their clients.

Despite the bad reviews I read I was hopeful to give the office a try. The receptionist is not friendly and on top of that she gave my mom the wrong information regarding the amount she would have to pay if she spoke to the doctor about something aside from a wellness check. I called the insurance and they said the amount was not right and clarified. I am upset because afterwards I called three times yet they never answered.
