Whoever is running or managing this place needs to take a close look at the type of staff they are hiring and listen to the feedback you are receiving. The reviews don’t lie. The lady that is in charge of calling your name to see you and draw your blood has a HORRIBLE attitude. To the point where she does not let you speak. You are supposed to greet a patient, be friendly, ask the reason for being there, etc. I got none of that.I have been to other Quest locations and have never experienced this kind of customer service. I expected more from a newly established location and the area.Listen to your patients and fix this with your staff. I surely won’t be coming back here.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not go to this location. I had to go back multiple times as each time they neglected to do the test that were ordered, even though I took the written slip to them.I went to this location because it was close to my house. Take my advice and drive further if you have to. It will save you time in the long run as you want have to go back and get stuck AGAIN because they didnt get it correct the first time!

SO RUDE and UNORGANIZED. I came completely prepared, was told to go home after waiting to my appointment because I didn’t have a form printed out (the company I’m doing the testing though told me it wasn’t necessary to print it out.) Before heading home I made sure to ask if I could email the form to them, print it out at the facility, and even showed them the email stating how it’s telling me this does NOT need to be printed out.I went home printed it out, came back, and then the woman up front said oh yeah… you don’t need to print this out we have it in our system?

Terrible experience. Rude staff, fax machine does not work (we tried to get somevery important info to them and they chose to inform us of that when we got there) and they are NOT willing to do anything to try and help. We tried to see if we could e-mail them our info because they wouldn’t help us until they had it. It had to be printed apparently, and they don’t have a printer. They sent us home. Huge waste of time. If you are looking for a Quest center, there are other locations very nearby that are much better.

I was a bit worried about going here based on the reviews but decided to chance it and the experience was FANTASTIC. My kiddo needed some bloodwork and all the staff were amazing, wait time was reasonable. Would go back for sure if needed.

Quest HR or management for the Studemont location in Houston, TX 77007:Pease look up the lady who performed my draw (can’t recall her name) & tell her she ROCKS! Her service was far superior to any Quest tech I’ve ever had. Her technique is beautiful! She’s a natural at incorporating her fun, positive disposition & personality into the technical process of collecting samples. She’s engaging & presents a true interest in her patients, all without slowing down the process. There’s so much more that can be added to a technique than the technical hum drum portion to make a huge difference in a patient’s experience. That added effort is comes from those who really love & care about their job & others. I left smiling & thinking how unusual it was for me to have such a pleasant appointment having my blood drawn. This lady should be a model for new hires because much of what your patients experience isn’t what your employees learned in school, it’s the true reflection of their level of job satisfaction & care for others that radiates. This sets the tone & seals the patient’s experience. Besides the fact that this lady was smooth with her venipuncture (hardly even felt it), she’s giving top notch service in a way that the company wouldn’t have the opportunity to recognize without patient testimony. So please recognize her & share this with her so she & others know how much they can & do make a difference when they care this much. Please make the effort to share this with her & her supervisor.Thank you,Shana Na

Went to drop samples. Waited in the waiting room over an hour before walking out. The entire time I heard non-stop laughing from the ladies who work at the clinic. Everyone should be fired.

I despise the fact that MH turned their lab over to Quest. Until they made this change they had the most wonderful lab tech running this office. I could walk in with no appointment, wait no more than 5 minutes and be done in 10. I hate Qiest labs. They suck, absolutely suck.

Don’t be late; as they are ready to lock the door at 5pm. But, the facility was clean, service was efficiently provided, special request was denied, was in and out in less then 14 minutes, phlebotomist was skilled and process was painless.Good Job Quest!DC

This place really closes at 4:45 pm, was there at 4:45 pm and was told by the lobby receptionist that they close 15 minutes before the posted time to clean up. I work from 8 until 4:30, I was there at 4:45 and was told they are closed. I complained, and then the lobby receptionist then wanted to call,, after she told me that they were closed. If they are closed, why are you calling them? Please post the correct closing time so that schedules can be adjusted.Post date today is May 5th absolutely no one from quest has ever tried to contact me!Either state your true closing time or just close. P.s. the quest by memorial hospital is absolutely the best! Great people, no problem about time, very professionally proffecient operation.

This review is based only on the cumbersome telephone system to make an appointment for a COVID-19 antibody test. I wanted to go to the office on Studemont since it has parking and is easy for me to get to. After 5+ minutes of talking to an annoyingly cheerful computer I abandoned the effort and hung up. Maybe there’s something better online that lists the location that have this test (apparently not the Studrmont location, but I still don’t know for sure). The search function wanted me to call for an appointment and that means this horrible phone system. I hope their lab work is better than their customer service.

I feel sorry for anyone that is forced to use this facility. 1. Waiting was not clean and disorganized. 2. Very unprofessional appearance to the whole desk / front area. 3. Please go to a better, more professional facility. Google needs the option to give 0 stars.

I had the same experience as another person who posted. I went through the computer rigamarole and rather than them letting me select a location or, I dont know, having the # listed on the site be the correct one to schedule, it went on to list a series of options none of which were this location. So a waste of time as this location is not listed under its zip code.

Not very friendly, staff was no help. I have rescheduled for a quest near the medical district. If you can, give this a miss. Also, was in waiting room with others for 15 mins, before we saw a real person.

Half of this is people.. Half is the 1 staff member.1: people going in there cant read the clean pens/dirty pens signs and since there is only 1 staff member no one is there to regulate dummies and their covid hands picking up dirty pens and putting them in the clean pen jar.2: because of low staff (I hope) the 1 person seems to be rushed. This is me after 10 days and Im still all black and blue looking like a junkie. And you can see my veins..

People are getting Covid tests here. Hand sanitizer is empty. No one is at front desk. Same pen is being used over and over again. It’s a small room and no one is regulating how many people can enter. Understaffed. Long wait times. No one is cleaning chairs in between sitting. This is a brand new building inside of memorial Herman.... So unsafe and unprofessional.

This place is painfully slow and its walk in no appointments. Only one person in the place so get ready for a few hour wait. No one working behind desk to ask either, just need to write your name on a piece of paper and hope for the best.Update, after waiting for over an hour I also found out this place actually doesnt do diagnostic testing like biometric screening and anything employer related despite what the website says. Avoid this place and just go somewhere else

Staff were not helpful or friendly. The only employee I spoke with told me I had to go somewhere else because my order wasn’t in the system. I had to problem solve with the office who made the order and request their fax number which she reluctantly gave. I arrived before three other people and was seen last.
