Just brought my mom in for a battery of blood & urine tests. Like all Quest locations, the positives are: always a location nearby, walk-in appts, and short waiting time. However, guy in his 50s who attended us had ZERO customer service or social skills. Made it super clear that we should KNOW what was expected of us at each step. Best part was when alcohol swab for pee test fell under moms chair as he handed it over. You know, onto the floor under blood-collection station. He said hed get her another. Instead, he pulled it out from under the seat with the bottom of his shoe and set it back on top of sterilized cup, for her to use. Classy!

I had a really great experience here! Im pretty terrified of getting blood drawn since Ive had bad experiences...its not always the phlebotomist, a lot of the times my veins dont want to cooperate. Thank God for Joann at Quest! She had more expertise than any phlebotomist Ive been to. She only stuck me one time and somehow I barely even felt it. She was really sweet and had good bedside manner, made my anxiety levels go down significantly. Hopefully I can request her by name in the future lol.

I needed a container for a sample for my child. Our doctor sent us here, and I assumed I’d walk in and walk out. Instead I had to sign in with the iPad in the lobby. There is no one to speak with at the desk and trying to speak with anyone when they call other patients didn’t work. No one wanted to assist. Many in the waiting room were also complaining about long wait times and indifferent staff.

All the bad reviews are legit been here less the hour and wow. They need over all improvement. Had to go back to that place and I would post the picture on how they mistreated mom but out of respect for her I won’t. Left a big bruise on her arm when draining out blood you can’t man-handle older patients. Y’all need to learn to treat older patients better. That’s way out of line on y’all part. Do better or Quit.

The lab was closed before 5 pm but the business hours are supposed to be 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Qwest apparently has Fred Flintstone employees who take off early. In addition the toilet area was gross and the employee didn’t give me a sanitary wipe for urine culture which is standard practice. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on lack of cleanliness and the lack of any staff present during the advertised hours of 9 to 5 pm.

The 2 ladies that drew my blood were very quick & efficient BUT definitely had no sense if humor, no smiles, no small talk. Just get your butt in there & out, no looking at them or talking.

Super rushed, I was barely standing up from the chair when they were bringing another person in. I told them that I thought they missed a test and they looked at my order and said it was fine that the same tube would be used. Well of course they did miss the test and now I have to go back to get that blood drawn.

This morning around 9am I went to this location to get blood drawn for my annual check up. The black woman I dealt with definitely needs to be replaced from such a position or seriously retrained. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Absolutely no patience even for me to get my insurance card out of my wallet.I wasn’t aware that a urine sample would be needed so it was less. I asked her if this is enough and she is rudely saying “just leave it there” without seeing it.All throughout my visit to Quest in willowbrook, dealing with this person was stressful and upsetting from no fault of mine. She was hostile and had an intimidating demeanor. These other negative reviews are not exaggerated in anyway, people are becoming quite frustrated with the service at that place. It’s especially not nice to have to deal with such persons in the medical field, and early in the day while fasting.

Laziest and most unprofessional staff ever. My 18 yr old son, in a wheelchair, with orders from infectious disease doctor due to a terminal bacterial disease ordered lab work to be done at quest. Doctor sent quest the orders. They call my sons name and when he went to get labs done, they told him he had to have the other printed out. Cakes dr who offered it and they sd NO HE SHOULD NOT THEY HAVE THE OTHER... YET WE HAD TO GO TO FEDEX TO PRINT IT! Ui will make sure quest kissed contacts with physicians.

Ive had very good experience at Quest Diagnostics Willowbrook and have always rated them 5 stars for past visits...until today.Today was a bit of an anomaly in that after I checked in for my scheduled appointment thru the automated QR code and selected Wait Outside (due to waiting room had multiple folks sitting in it and we are in the middle of a pandemic), I got a text a few minutes later to report back to waiting room for blood draw. I immediately returned (within 10 seconds) and waited around in the waiting room awhile as three different sets of folks were brought back, one set at the time.I checked in again thru the automated QR code process and selected Wait Outside again and left the waiting room. After waiting for 5 minutes or so, I returned without a text notice, but no one acknowledged I was there as several more folks were brought to the back.This happened four iterations in total, and finally I just stood in the waiting room (against my better judgement) until someone who seemed to work there finally asked if I needed something and I was brought back for my scheduled blood draw.I am rating Quest 3 stars vs. 1 star to give them the benefit of the doubt as everyone has a bad day now and again...

I read so many bad reviews, I was very concerned about bringing my 1 year old baby there to get his blood drawn. I made an appointment and almost didn’t go but I’m glad I did. You check in on a tablet and even though it said it would be a 30 minute wait, I was called back after 5 minutes. Both ladies were so helpful and sweet and called my son by his name. It was over quickly and even though he did cry, he was soon back to his normal happy self!

The worst place for a 6 year old. This was my daughter’s first blood draw, and I saw online they have a device for kids to help with the pain. I called and could not ever get through so I called corporate who insured me they had it. So we went in for her appointment she had just seen my husband have his blood drawn 2 days before and we told her it would hurt. When we got there a lady asked if we were just dropping off or had an appointment I told her both and she said have a seat someone will call you. Not even friendly or kind or anything. We then went back and were introduced to the women doing the blood draw. She seemed very cold, wasn’t friendly to my daughter and even when I said I had a specimen to drop off she seemed annoyed and had me put it behind some plastic thing. She had me pay and verified our in formation. She could see my daughter was very nervous and not once tried to help her to ease the anxiety. I asked about the Quibey and she seemed even more annoyed and told me she didn’t even know if they had it. I told her corporate insured me they did. So she left came back a minute later and said they didn’t know where it was. She then proceeded with getting the needle and when my daughter started to get more anxious she showed her the needle was smaller and said it wouldn’t hurt. I told my daughter again that yes it would hurt. She then told her to be still (my daughter on my lap) and told her what was going to happen and of course my daughter cried as it hurt and then the nurse kept having to move the needle and my daughter cried in pain the entire time. When she was done she didn’t say good job or anything and said, oh how about a sticker for being so brave. This was heart wrenching for a mom and a horrible experience. She’s 6 years old the lady could have been a lot better with her and not just so focused on getting us in and out. I will Never Go here again.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I was treated badly coming in for a drug screen. I couldn’t fill the cup up half way with my urine so they suggested that I wait in the lobby and they would call me back(which I didn’t mind). 40 minutes passed by no one checked up on me and at this point I’m pacing back and forth trying not to pee on myself. The staff was very rude when I asked them if I could just go back and pee since I’ve been waiting for so long. What I experienced o one else should. I would not recommend anyone to come to this location if you want great customer service.

Whatever you do, don’t sit in your car or in the hallway, you’ll miss your appointment by the time you come in. They make you wait in the lobby anyway. I don’t see why they have that option anyway. There is no way you can let them know your in the lobby unless you sign in twice.

I Went in for UA Drug test for employment and I already had to go to the restroom so I sat in the waiting room about to pee! and when they call Me to the back they still had me to wait and then the lady told me I have other patients when I waited my time and me have to use the restroom, she still took patients before me with a attitude! I need the information to corporate ASAP! The way they treat patients here is ridiculous! I dont see how they are not shut down at this location yet. I didnt want to believe ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT THEY ARE ACCURATE! Carmela (is what she claims her name is) had an attitude with my mother, she was rude, never apologized for her behavior, & got so frustrated she called another person in to draw blood from the other arm. It is not my mothers fault Carmela couldnt do her job correctly! My mother is 65 years old & she was traumatized by this experience. How is it acceptable be rude & discourteous to patients?

Never had a problem. However, I do see a trend of services that are more staff by African Americans than any other race. If it is services of a medical, financial, food or transportation need most are minority. If you do not care, chances are you wont have a problem. If you feel the services should be handled by another race, you may find you have disputes and other disagreements over anything. Trust is an issue..

Probably the worst customer service that Ive received to date and that is saying a lot. I arrived around 3:45PM as a walk-in to take care of a drug screening. The waiting room was packed with patients and most of them were not seen until 15 minutes after my arrival. The ladies working in the back started calling those who arrived well after me into the back which began to frustrate me. Having drank three glasses of water prior to this you can imagine that I did not have very much patience. The TV screen said that I would be called back in five minutes at 4:20PM. I went up to their window at 4:50 because the TV still said my wait would be five minutes. The woman who saw me blew me off very quickly and said that those who were in the back were just finishing up some things and would be out to get me shortly. I had a hard time believing this because through their cracked window I could hear all of them chattering and gossiping and laughing together. After further investigation, I discovered that they only conduct drug screening until 4PM. Why keep me waiting in the waiting room when my service isnt being provided anymore that day? If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. Overall very rude women who are not doing their job much less caring about it or the people that they are responsible for taking care of. If you can avoid this location and go to another one I would strongly advise doing so. Not worth one bit of your time.

Ive been in this place this morning for second time for the same blood draw work with my mother. Its incredibly how rude this people are, since we arrive. They have no training on customer service at all.Last week the nurse (Angela)wasnt able to pull my moms blood and asked us to come back today without making any appointment, she gave me her phone number, so I can let her know that we are here, because she kept the paper work.I followed her instructions and she didnt know who was texting her, she didnt know who I was then finally told me to wait as I did. Another nurse came to tell me to sign in, I explained it that we were waiting on Angela, in a rude way she said if you dont sign then no service, so I did and kept waiting, another nurse came to call my mom she was even worse and this is very sad

This is my fav location for lab work. The employees are no nonsense but very personable. There office runs very efficient. Ive never had to wait more than 10min to be seen and Ive never been there more than 20min. If you have tons of question and concerns then experience can take longer.Also, this most recent visit, when the technician stuck me with the needle I felt nothing. That is the mark of someone who knows what they are doing!

Sandra was amazing here we come in and check in through a tablet and while we wait for about ten minutes Sandra comes and thanks everyone for being here and waiting patiently. Then I go to get my blood taken and she comes and introduces herself thanking me for coming and tells me everything from sanitizing her hands to labeling my blood bottles. Shes very very friendly and this is the best experience I had while getting my blood taken she makes sure youre doing okay and is funny as well

The Technician that drew my blood was not courteous. She asked me if I wanted to pay cash or use my debit card to pay a 16.38 fee. I asked her what the fee was for she said it was a pre payment fee. I told her I had never paid before having blood drawn. I have always been billed for payment by Quest Diagnostics. I also asked her when did this procedure become effective. She replied she did not know, that it has been in effect for long time, but they just started to enforce it. She said she was just doing what she was told to do in a very negative and cold tone of voice. After she had drawn my blood and showed me to the exit door, when I got to the elevator I had to return to the lab. When I put my jacket on the gauze and tape that she applied to my arm came off. Blood spewed out all over my arm and jacket. I had to return to the lab for her to clean my arm and apply a new gauze and tape. I will no longer use Quest Diagnostics due to this unpleasant service. I should have gone to Willowbrook Methodist hospital as I usually do. The service there is much faster and the technicians are courteous.

I read the reviews for this location prior to making an appointment for my 88 year old mother, this was the closest location for her. I was concerned about all the negative reviews, but there were many good ones too.Bottom line, just ignore all the negative reviews, the facility, staff, and office organization was excellent. The nurse who drew her blood was excellent. I will take my mother there again without hesitation.The negative reviews I fear are just entitled people who like to gripe and complain, which I see more and more unfortunately.

My wife has had blood done several times and we have been to two different locations, this has to be the best one by far. The wait time has never been over 10 mins and we are always a walk in. She doesnt go to any other location. The staff always makes her feel comfortable and more relaxed as she hates needles. The sweet Oriental nurse, apologies because we dont know her name, made her relax and smile. This is a great location.

I had a hard time finding this building, but now that I know the location, this is where I will go from now on! The parking is convenient and plentiful; there were 3 people waiting when I arrived and after signing in, my wait time was 5 minutes! More importantly, the young lady who took my blood was fast, friendly, efficient, and my arm does not have a bruise! At another Quest facility, my arm had a ball with a huge bruise that lasted 2 weeks. As far as Im concerned, this is the best location to go to!!!

I arrived at 6:59 AM and there were ten people ahead of me. This is OK, the early bird gets the worm. However, they didn’t open the door till 7:11 AM. I think it is inexcusable for a business like this not to open on time. Beyond that, I understand the need to automate the sign-in process but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when no one attends the front window and the process seems so amazingly impersonal. Beyond that, you don’t feel like criticizing the person that is about to stick a needle in your arm.

First time I came I checked in on their tablet and waited for an hour with another girl who came in a little after me. No one else was in the waiting room. After a few minutes of trying to get someones attention through the open reception window I saw 2 people look at me and walk away. I sat back down and continued to wait. After another 15 minutes a woman came out and called a mans name. Looked at us 2 women and asked who we were here for. We said our names and said why we were there. She apologized and said that the computer showed that no one was waiting in the room. After that she was very nice and helped us get out of there as fast as possible.Second time I came was to drop off a 24 hour protein test. I dont need to pay, and I dont do anything but sign a paper saying its mine, and leave. I waited over 45 min to drop off the sample. I went to the reception window multiple times to explain that I was there to just drop off. I saw 3 people standing in the hallway laughing and chatting in a circle while purposefully ignoring me. I went and sat back down to wait. Finally they called my name. I went to hand her the paper work and sample and she asked if I wrote my birthday on it. No where on the sample does it ask for your birthday, but the paperwork had it listed. I replied no but I can if she has a marker, she didnt say anything and thrusted a sharpie at me. I asked if that was all she needed and she said yeah and walks off with the sample. After a week of not hearing my test results I called my doctor and apparently they were calling quest diagnostics that day because the test results kept coming back as pending. They called and were told no one wrote down how much liquid was in the sample I had given and it was my doctors fault. Doctor explained that it wouldve been the technicians job who took the sample to do that. That they had no handling of the sample as it was dropped off and signed off by quest. They said they couldnt give a definite result since I couldnt remember how much liquid was in the sample. This was an important test to see if I had too much protein, as I am 9 months pregnant, high risk. They waited days, knowing they couldnt give a result, waiting until my doctor called them, then tried to blame them and me. Unfortunately I was told Id have to do another test because of their mistake. 2 days later my doctor told me that Id have to be induced for having preeclampsia after being in the hospital for a really high blood pressure reading. Which could have been diagnosed sooner. Never coming to this location again.

I went by this Quest location today for routine lab work. I did not have an appointment. Several others were in the waiting area with me. I had read the reviews and several were very good and several very bad. Some of the bad ones mentioned one name. I waited less than 5 minutes and when escorted back, I found my technician was that name.She greeted me warmly and I answered her with respect.My visit was excellent and so was my technician. For me, I don’t know what those poor reviews are about. I recommend this location and that technician.I was gone in another 5 minutes.

They were friendly and nice my drug screening took no more than 20 min which is a quick in and out process HOWEVER the number to the office don’t work and my lab results have yet to come in. I can’t even begin my new job because of quest. I know there’s nothing wrong with the sample I just find it ridiculous it’s almost 2weeks and my employer still haven’t received my results 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ive gone here with my wife and kids around 6 or 7 times in the last 3 years for blood work. Disclaimer: my insurance fully covers quest labs, so Ive never had to deal with billing issues at this location like some of the other reviewers. I can only speak from my own experience.There are 2 tablets you can use to sign in as a walk in, check in for an appointment, or confirm you are dropping off a specimen. You have to use the tablets because there is no staff in the waiting area, an Ive unfortunately seen this confuse a few older patients coming to get their blood drawn.Once youre signed in, your name will be displayed on a TV screen with an expected wait time behind the names of the other patients that signed in before you. Then you wait 5 to 10 minutes, get called in, make some small talk while your blood gets drawn, and BAM youre done.

When i first walked in it smelled like old food. I really dislike that there is no one working at the front desk. The lady drawing my blood was ok. Not terrible not great. I had to give a urine sample and she handed me a label and showed me to the bathroom and told me to grab a cup. When i came out she was no where to be found. I had to look for her so she could tell me what to do with the sample. I normally would not have chose this place but this is where my dr sent me.

On my visit after escaping the long wait and crowd of another location got here put my appointment confirmation in sat down in a more comfortable waiting room and in not time I was done. Fast, friendly, and efficient. The entire experience lasted less than 10 minutes. I do highly recommended you make an appointment. With that your visit will be expedited and streamline. Even without an appointment, I am usually seen within 6 minutes of my arrival. The checkin procedure is quick and simple. There is a phlebotomist there named Tiffany who does a painless blood draw on me that never takes more than one stick even though I have always been considered a “hard stick”. I actually don’t mind getting lab work at this Quest. They are the best.

This place is totally unprofessional! Ms.Sandra the manager is rude& unapologetic. My children had to go back twice all because her staff members did not read their orders correctly. I made sure they knew I was upset and will not return. MS Sandra said it’s going to be done now, have a happy new year. Who does that?!?! No I’m sorry, I apologize, all u got was happy new year. They lady that drew my sons blood did it So roughly, she wasn’t interested in his comfort. My sons was in pain through out the process. My daughter went with another lady witch was totally opposite, understanding, appollogic, and daughter didn’t feel pain.These people don’t care about any individual nor do they know how to do their job!!!! I was seen relatively quickly about a 10 minute wait at 9am. I came in signed into their tablet. Nobody runs the front desk so you will be on your own in the waiting room. I got into the lab room and handed over my test order form. I asked how much the test was going to be If I paided out of pocket and the lab tech said 200. I told her I couldnt afford that and didnt want to have the test ran. She told me that collections would be sent after me If I didnt pay the 200 even though she had done nothing. Thank you Quest Diagnostics!

I was hesitant to schedule when I saw the reviews to this place but all locations seemed to have a low score. Today I had two lab tests I needed completed. I arrived at 11:30 for my 12pm appointment. I signed in and waited less than 5 mins. Its 11:50am and Im already sitting in my car. The lady was very nice and was gentle when I told her I did not like the needle part.I had a good experience so I just thought Id share!

I visited this facility tuesday morning. Although I didnt make an appointment, the wait time was maybe 5 minutes which is awesome. Bernadette collected my samples for pre employment. She did not have any trouble finding a vein, which is sometimes a difficult task from previous experiences. Other than that my experience was unpleasant. Bernadette behaved more like a drill sergeant than a medical professional. She was very short and aloof during the entire experience and I hate needles. So I would have appreciated someone who was more present and caring in that setting. She drew my blood and used a cotton ball and tape bandage my arm; however, the bandage did not stick from the moment she put it on. She did not offer another bandage and even suggested I place the bandage in my locker during the drug test instead of offering another bandage or to throw the old one in the trash. She actually instructed me to place a dirty bandage in a locker with my belongings. Overall, I prefer to go to a facility that treats patients like people and not objects.The two stars are for the wait time and for the nurse/techs ability to find a vein quickly.

Had a 10:45 appointment and was taken back promptly at 10:43 ahead of the walkins who were there when I arrived (the way it should be). The technician made me call my provider for the last 4 digits of his NPI because he had a written order even though I used the same type of order at a Quest in The Woodlands last year with no problem. No big deal but it is obviously possible to not have to do that. That was only about a minute delay. Tech was friendly although I have had more comfortable sticks, it wasnt bad, just average. Overall the facility could use a face lift as it just has that dated look which can appear kind of dirty. I will continue to use quest whether it be this location or another because they continue to make my appointment time priority.

Had a pre employment drug screening and they refused me at 7am saying they only do them from 10 to 4 and that is not what my confirmation says. Ehat a waste of my time. Ill never use quest again rescheduling my test for lab corp.Not to mention the lady was very rude and told me directions to exit even though i had instructions they were open from 7am to 5pm.

I had to wait for over an hour because the incredibly rude woman who was supposed to take my sample went on lunch and never returned. On top of that, I had only 4 minutes to produce urine into the cup, I know of no other place that has such a rule. Stay FAR, FAR away from this place.

I was not expecting to get my labs tested at this point but I wanted to ask a question. I was waiting in the lobby area and an employee saw me on two occasions and after I said excuse me please twice she looked at me and pretended I wasnt there. Extremely dissatisfied with this customer service.

I recently switched doctors and went to my new doctor to establish care (doctor-patient relationship) and a physical.I had to get blood work done at this Quest location, due to the fact that I had not fasted before my doctors visit.I made an appointment for 12.45 pm today. When I got to this location, I checked in on the tablet at the desk. Less than five minutes later, I was taken back by the phlebotomist for my blood draw.The phlebotomist then confirmed my name and went over the lab work orders that were given to me by my doctor and verify some information. Once this was done the process started.The process it self was relatively painless, the phlebotomist stuck me one time and managed to get in my vein with no problem and I was out the door.All in all a pleasant experience and would come back again.

I arrived around 12:30 p.m. in 12/22 for my lab test. My doctor emailed me my lab order so I had it on my phone. I was called back at 1:05 and told that they only accept lab orders through fax so she gave me the fax number. Which turned out to be the phone number. I waited for about an hour and no one seemed to care. I finally asked another lady if that was their fax number. She gave me a different number which also turned out to be wrong. I finally left at 2:44 p.m. without having my tests done. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a quest location. I have been to this location before and havent had problems but I hope to never return. Bernadette assured me before I left on Friday that if my doctor faxed my order on Friday afternoon they would still have it on Tuesday morning. I went this morning (12/26) and of course they did not have my order. Bernadette was extremely rude and told me it was not their fault that they gave me the wrong fax number three times.

Such a horrible staff I met. The lab tech didnt know how to draw blood properly and how to collect the urine. very rude. She didnt check my ID. Dont go to the this lab.

Treated my 4 year old and myself like they despised us! Plus they couldnt even get the blood from my daughter even thought i seen two tubes of blood taken and that acted as they didnt know the processes of a stool sample to save their life! I had to take my daughter and leave before i went crazy on all of them. And after i got the stool sample myself there they had no soap in the restroom. This place is pitiful!

I completely agree with everyone elses reviews, avoid this location. The woman who took my lab work had an awful attitude. In fact she hurt me when she drew my blood. Im pregnant right now and have had my blood drawn numerous times at my OB/GYN and every time they do it I never get hurt or sometimes i dont even feel them draw anything. When I exclaimed how she hurt me, she didnt offer an apology or anything, she didnt say anything. worst patient and customer care ever.

I went to this clinic and it smelled like farts. The lady that took my blood wasnt very attractive. Bring your own oranges because they dont give you any here. I need to walk some more.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude! Staff member who took my blood draw for annual physical was the main culprit and was condescending as to explaining to me how I may be billed even if it was part of physical. AVOID THIS OFFICE LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that a toddler is not the easiest patient to deal with but resulting in talking nonsense is inexcusable. Id be mad to if you had to stick me twice because you messed up the first time. NEVER AGAIN!

They called us back quick, but the people working there are SO RUDE and so unprofessional and all over the place. My daughter clearly had anxiety about having to have blood drawn and they didnt even care, didnt tell her when they were about to do it or anything. Barely even spoke to us! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! And they NEVER answer the phone. They had guests waiting for hours. No one is committed to the receptionist desk. I literally had to yell to get someones attention behind the glass window.

The phlebotomist who called me into the lab was rude...gave me the price of the lab test and asked how I wanted to pay in front of another patient(i didnt ask her the price for anything)....I have never gone to a lab and the techs ask for payment...no one answers the phone - I will be sending a letter to the corporate office
