I have seen Dr. Taylor Duke at Village Dermatology. Her bedside manner was fantastic. She even fit me in to see me when I had a painful cyst. She was caring, thoughtful and very attentive. I was very thankful to have her as my physician that day. She ensured that I was not in pain and made me feel so much better!As a nurse, I am very used to working side by side with physicians and can attest that Dr. Duke is wonderful. I will refer all of my friends and family to her. Cannot say enough good things about her!If you want someone with fantastic bedside manner and someone who is very attentive to every detail I would highly recommend Dr. Duke!

Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Daisy were so amazing! He knew exactly how to treat my skin—within 1 week I saw 60% clearness with my rosacea! He also went out of his way to fix an issue I had at the pharmacy the next day and his assistant was so sweet and empathetic. I highly recommend this clinic! So satisfied!

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor! He agreed to see me in person when the pandemic was becoming to be at its worse over a year and a half ago. My case is rare and needed special treatment. His extraordinary ideas of different treatment options made it possible for me to do things today that I didn’t feel comfortable doing back then. His efforts to maintain my treatment plan while ensuring my overall health says that he not only cares about his line of practice but refers you out when need be. I am grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to be his patient. I truly would go wherever he goes if he leaves his current practice.

Wow I had such a great experience with the kindest staff and Doctor, Dr. Duke. She was very attentive of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. All my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy on time! I will definitely return to see her and recommend her to everyone.

Do they really deserve 4.8? I went there because it is rated 4.8. The doctors might be 4.8 but the supporting staff definitely are not.My doctors nurse was supposed to call Kroger pharmacy last week to order my prescription. Simple task and simple medicine. But it has taken me 6 phone calls 4 messages and talking to nurses and operators 3 times and still have not gotten my prescription as of now. One nurse told me this morning that she called my pharmacy and it was ready for me. My pharmacist just told me they never got the order.I am glad my case is not urgent and I hope the owner will straighten out the supporting staff to avoid damaging the doctors reputation.

This office is state of the art, clean, comfortable, friendly considerate and on time. Great experience and problem solved .I showed up on time (since I made the appointment) My questions were answered and diagnosis was spot on. The treatment given works great.To those who make appointments only to show up late - its very rude and you should not expect the doctor to then make those who are on time wait for your short fall. Those who have questions, why are you leaving if they are not answered only to complain afterwards. Its up to you to ask the questions. When u make your appointment why should you get any special treatment over the rest of the others with appointments. You get a time slot just like any other doctors offices. Its rude to think you should get all the doctors time and so what to anyone else. Dont be so selfish and listen to what the doctor says. ask your questions. If your unhappy with what they are saying so be it but not to write a bad review. Everyone who works in that office is very professional courteous and gentle. If you are feeling rushed its up to you to speak up then and there. I know that everyone in that office would work to help you feel relaxed. Just remember you are seeking their professional option and diagnosis. If you think you know more then they do dont bother going, only to write some nasty review when you dont like what they have to say. And finally, they are busy. Dont just think because you think you have an emergency that they are going to drop everyone to see you. If its an emergency go to the emergency room. Dont bad mouth the office because they could not see you when you want to be seen. Everyone needs to be a little more considerate in this world and stop being so selfish. This office is top notch. Saw Dr. Duke this morning and she was amazing. She was very thorough in checking for any moles, etc that could be something dangerous. She was gentle and let you know step by step what she was looking at and checking for. So great! Definitely recommend her and will be going back when I need to!

I have had a visit with Dr. Nguyen twice now. Im very happy with the care and treatment I have been receiving. I have been struggling with hidradenitis suppurativa and the treatment I have gotten with Dr. Nguyen has been life changing. I had a great experience! Parking was easy. Signing in was super easy as well. I was immediately directed to an exam room (no wait) and within less than 5 minutes the nurse came to discuss my concern, and then the doctor came in right after that. It was so cute because they were ALL dressed up for Halloween and they even had fun Halloween music playing on the speakers. I saw Dr. Tony Nguyen who was WONDERFUL! He addressed ALL my concerns, and did a full body checkup of my skin. I had one ominous mole on my back, but he assured me it MOST LIKELY was fine, but removed it to be safe. The nurse was very nice and careful to inject me with Lidocaine, and then Dr. Nguyen removed it without any pain! He was so nice and easy to talk to. I’ve found my new dermatologist! Thank you!

Dr Duke performed through diagnosis and provided clear and non intrusive recommendations for natural remedy first and recommend only to consider other options as a fall back. The service is customer focused and it’s a great experience.

I showed up a little early for my appointment and was ushered right in.. no waiting.. Dr Nguyen saw me almost immediately. From what I could see they had at least 11 Doctor/patient rooms suggesting theres never a wait. My check-up was thorough. A nurse was in the room the whole time and we all wore masks. My appointment was with Dr. Nosrati as a first-time patient. The staff was friendly, efficient and so very helpful. Saw Dr. Nguyen for recurrent acne issues. He was very nice and listened attentively to the issues I was having and what treatments I had tried in the past. He offered two more aggressive treatment options and let me choose based on the information he gave me. He was careful to educate me about both options to guide my decision. The office is easy to get to (at the corner of San Felipe and Voss) with easy parking. I did not have to wait for my appointment, which I made online. Outstanding first visit. The staff is well-informed and very friendly.The physician and assistant spent a good amount of time with me assessing my issues and addressing Solutions. This included some immediate hands on applications.We then discussed ongoing treatments to alleviate my long-term problems.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service and their number one priority seems to be making money over caring for their patients. I did like my doctor. She was competent and pleasant, but I never received my prescription. After waiting more than 2 weeks, I contacted the office. I was treated extremely rudely and hung up on. Village dermatology later came back to admit it was their error but didnt really seem apologetic. All I wanted was my prescription and to be treated kindly. I wasnt going to leave a review because mistakes happen, but after I asked to leave a message with the doctor and was hung up on again (by accident supposedly) and then later sent to an anonymous voicemail on my second try, I think my opinion would be best heard here. They warn you that you must be on time or you wont get to see the doctor, however your time isnt important, because youll get to wait. If youve got more than one issue, youll need to make another appointment. Hope this helps someone else!

They have taken extra precautions with Covid, offering virtual appointments, sending reminders for appointments, taking your temperature, and sending texts clarifying the process of checking in, etc. I never have to wait and the doctor comes in promptly when my appointment starts. In my younger years I was very irresponsible and from the ages of 16-33 I used tanning beds regularly and laid out in the sun. I am paying for it now with multiple basal cell carcinomas. I recently moved to Houston and had to leave my old dermatologist behind.I had been to see two highly rated dermatologists here in Houston but found that they were lacking in depth knowledge about my condition and treatment options. I didn’t feel very confident in their experience. I came to see Dr. Naserati and she really listened to me. She is very knowledgeable and was able to immediately diagnose me and discussed multiple treatment options with me and we came up with an action plan. I feel very happy and relieved to have found Dr. Naserati. She listens, is very good and I I trust her. It is very important to find a good dermatologist especially when you are in a high risk category for malignancies.

Surprised at how pleasant and efficient the office visit was. Staff was helpful, and Dr Nguyen was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. All safety protocols were observed, and no waiting! I went today for the first time for a chemical peel. This place is so crisp and clean. I did not wait at all, my aesthetician was ready for me as soon as I arrived. My aesthetician was super sweet and very knowledgeable. First thing she asked was what my number one concern was. She gave me numerous advice and tips. She also explained options for me in detail and let me choose what I wanted. She explained throughout the procedure , step by step what she was applying on my skin and what to expect. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a doctors office. Dr Philips saw me on time, was extremely knowledgeable and very personable, and she took time to explain my condition to me. Great experience at Village Dermatology today. The waiting room is very nicely decorated and clean, same with the exam rooms. I waited maybe 5 minutes for Dr. Jogi before she came in and listened to my issues. What I really liked was that they already had my insurance info ready in my file so she was able to tell me general pricing for the procedure I was interested in...no waiting for them to get info back from the insurance company or telling me Id have to call them and ask and book another appointment once I had the info. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go to her again.

The office itself is very aesthetically pleasing, and has a very clean, neat look. I saw Dr. Nosrati, who was friendly, accommodating, and thorough. She explained things well and provided good care. I recommend Village Dermatology if you are looking for a quality Dermatology practice.

Very disappointed in this place. The doctor not only rushed the visit but didnt allow a space for questions and answers. I felt like I was on a conveyer belt, only to be scanned and then tossed away. She very clearly wanted to sell me on a product for extreme cases (even though my skin isnt even that bad, just a few blemishes) and did not care that I was not comfortable with that option. At the very least I wanted to know what my skin type was (for skin care purposes) only to be told Almost everyone has combination skin, so you do too. without even looking at my skin under the mask or asking me basic questions. Then after forcing me towards a product that I had to sign multiple warning pages for upruptly left without an intent of not coming back. I then had to worry about what my next step was, who to talk to, or how to even go about leaving. Absolutely horrendous. This was the first dermatologist Ive ever been to and the trust that I initially had for this profession has been shattered.

I highly recommend Village Dermatology! Dr. Nguyen has been treating me over a year now for roseca. His ability to connect with his patients is extremely impressive and I couldnt be happier with the results! 😊

Dr.Nguyen is very tactful on the proper steps of getting rid of acne. He didn’t take any shortcuts, he was very considerate on trying certain prescriptions before going to the strongest. Sadly, I had to get the strongest prescription and hopefully see more improvements on my acne. Thanks Dr.Nguyen

Dr. Reena Jogi is a star! She listens, asks pertinent questions, and quickly solves problems. At my last skin check appointment, I asked an unrelated question about my fingernails and she gave me priceless advice as to how to repair my nails with a particular drugstore product.

From booking online, with their simple online process, and filling out all of the paperwork, to arriving in their beautiful office, I had a great first impression. When I arrived at the office, I waited on a few minutes before being seen by Dr. Chapman. She listened to my concerns and explained everything in simple terms. She never tried to sell me on any services, and explained the services that I requested to learn more about. I live in Austin, but will definitely continue to come in town to see Dr. Chapman.

Dr. Nosrati is great! She has been my dermatologist for several years now and find her and her staff to be knowledgeable, professional and caring. I am completely confident with her diagnosis/treatment/advise and consider myself so fortunate to have found her.

Dr Nguyen removed a large cyst that was resting just under the skin at the middle of my spine. He took great care to ensure that I am was not in any pain during the office surgery procedure and explained everything in great detail. Village dermatology is great!

I had an appointment with Dr. Chapman to look into the removal of a cyst that had been infected but was now healing. She gave a clear rationale as to why it was premature to take any action today - and charged me nothing for the appointment. Much appreciated all around.

Beautiful salon near Tiny Boxwoods. The staff was friendly, efficient, and upbeat. My hairdresser is Connie and she is very talented and conscientious. Always a joy to visit the salon.

I dont recommend this place to anyone looking for a great clinic, this is a real review, it is all about sales, they only want to sell their products, the nurses are rude,I also dont recommend DR. REENA JOGI , she is unprofessional and clueless she recommended a product and the nurse ordered different things . It is just a waste of time and money, they dont even care about their patients.

I had the best experience at a doctors office, unlike many offices- there was no wait time, everything was state of the art, clean, well decorated. Dr. Nosrati is amazing, very informative, professional, and I love her personality. I was able to have what I needed done the same day, which is important to me as taking off of work to go to the doctors office is tough. I cannot wait to refer family and friends here and I will forever come here as long as I live in Houston!

First time with Botox and the experience was wonderful. All my the stresses I had were put at ease by Tiffany. Super quick, pain free, professional, and followed all safety protocols.

Had my first visit for botox preventative treatment for wrinkles around my eyes and forehead. Ive been trying for years to find someone to help create better symmetry with my eyebrows. Village Dermatology (Tiffany) did it! No lines. Symmetrical eyebrows. Natural look. Perfect! And she does amazing work with lip fillers.The dermatologists are friendly, patient-first and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical and cosmetic dermal needs!Dr. Nosrati is fabulous. She’s attentive to my specific needs and creatively solves problems. She’s professional, funny, intelligent and forward thinking. She even makes PRP treatments (for hair loss) fun.

Let me explain why I appreciate and will ALWAYS praise Dr. Jogi and her staff. I went to Dr. Jogi for a consultation of my continuous breakouts, and she recommend Accutane. Anyone who has been prescribed Accutane, a vigorous treatment for acne, will tell you it is one of the most difficult and tedious 6 months to go through. You not only deal with the side effects of the medicine, but are required to take additional precautions, like birth control above many others, due to the harsh circumstances when consuming the medications. Although it was a very intense and intimidating process to keep up with, Dr. Jogi and her staff always found a way to make the process so much easier for me. From the very first consultation, they were always so helpful, hands on, and motivated to guide me through my journey to clear skin. They would gladly answer all of my questions and concerns, assuring me I was in good hands. This commitment lasted all the way through my last day into treatment, and even to today, after my treatment has ended. The type of dedication and genuine support I received from Dr. Jogi and the entire Village Dermatology staff is what anyone would hope to find in their dermatologist.

Very nice office, very nice staff, and Dr. Chapman was very nice and explained everything to our understanding very well! This was our first visit and we will continue as a patient! Only reason for 4 stars and not 5.... I found the New Patient registration a bit different and lacking in a more personable atmosphere! Although the Assistant and Dr. we’re very nice, again... I felt somewhat rushed and you can only see about one main condition per visit! This makes it hard for people trying to schedule appts. around work, school , let alone getting an appt. within a descent time!
