I came to Affordable Dentures after having the most unsatisfactory experience with another dental office. I am young and have most of my teeth gone and all I wanted was someone to care and be empathetic. As soon as I came to Affordable Dentures, the vibe was phenomenal. The Dentist came in with such a positive and upbeat approach, that it made me feel confident and ecstatic. By the time I left there I was in tears just because everyone made me feel so good. They work fast and let me know each move that will be made regarding my treatment. I could go on and on about them and I did when I got home that day. Kinda regret I went there... my permanent doesnt look right look like I got horse teeths. Been going back over year now trying to get them right. My temporary teeth look way better on me🤷‍♀️

The doctor was excellent and the assistants were good but the receptionist was awful!!! She was so rude with an awful attitude. She made me feel very discriminated against with the way she would speak to us. I needed a translator and she made me feel like I was ruining her day when the fact of the matter was she ruined my experience with this establishment. If I was just rating her it would be zero stars. Didnt get a chance to get her name but she should do a better job especially since she is the face of the place.

I find that the process to enter was very unwelcoming and a waste of my time and theirs. If you plaster a big sing that says NO insurance is accepted people will know not to shop there for dental work.

Quick and friendly service. It was my first visit so well have to see what the future brings. I do expect the best from what I have seen during my time there! The only reason that I give a 4 is that no one is perfect and I will never give 1 because someone will always stand out!

Went with money in hand after finally getting the courage to go, and due to the very unprofessional attitude of Tony/Toni the office manager walked out mid appointment. Was only quoted one price(most expensive package) despite asking for the different packages . Never was explained the difference , but was asked my budget as if i was buying a car . When I asked her questions she stated “well the doctor was in here wasn’t he “ and mumbled under her breath “this is crazy” when I continued to let her know I was not explained the differences in packages . The rest of the staff was great.

Everybody was super nice. I had an extraction done on one tooth and everything went super smooth. The dentist was nice and keep enforcing that I was doing well which put my nerves at ease. I would recommend this location many times.

I had a lower partial, anchored with my 4 remaining teeth for 40 years. When I had to have these teeth removed, I tried a glue-in lower denture, but I wasnt happy with that. So, I opted for an implant stabilized lower denture at the East Houston Affordable Dentures. I couldnt be happier. Dr. Kota and his staff seem to be really talented and committed to customer service and comfort. He would not quit until I was totally satisfied with the fit and the look. I dont like the fact that if you get work done at another affordable dentures the other affordable dentures that you currently used as not cover any of that work

I am very pleased with my dentures.The staff is very knowledgeable and I received the dentures in the same day. I need to go back and have them tweeked a little bit, but overall I am happy that I can smile and eat again.

Literally sitting in their office writing this review. The initial visit and level of service was great. They saw me right away and scheduled me 2 days later to start work. Which was a huge relief because I was in a lot of pain and knew I needed extractions but, the holidays were coming up and I didnt want to have a huge gap in my mouth (or miss eating yummy turkey). So I was more than happy to drop the almost $1300 to get things rolling. The morning of my appt, 4 hrs before my extraction and temporary implants. They called me, cancelled over voicemail, it was very early. They said I would get a call in the next 2 days to reschedule. But the holiday came and passed and I never had a call. When I called to follow up, customer care was apologetic and transferred me to their office to try to get the ball rolling on this. But, surprisingly, the very same staff was rude, upset Id called, concerned about whats next. She was still unable to schedule me in at all and said theyd have to call me back. But, I said, thats what happened last time and 2 weeks later, Im having to call you. So she smacked her lips and repeated everything shed said again but a bit ruder and louder. Like, Im not understanding?! So I asked for my money back.... Just walked out and the exact same staff, all knew who I was when I walked in. Oh Ms. Zuniga, have a seat... Oh Ms. Zuniga are you sure you dont want to reschedule? Which they still needed to check on the dates and get back to me. So, money refunded, Im good. Ill look for another provider. And Ill read reviews first!!!

Recommended by a friend and is an hour and a half drive from the house . Doctor was great and very caring . I had two crowns and a bridge done. Five hours in surgery , never felt anything and did a very professional job.. Was a very good experience for something I was afraid to do .

Ive been wearing my dentures for two weeks and they just dont fit right they are a little long and they stick out in front to far not happy with them. I know they take a little time to get used to but something isnt right with them.

This place offered a coupon. And they wouldnt work with my mother (75 yrs), because they would be inconvenienced to do 2 extractions per trip. Instead of all extractions at once which she could not handle, she is weak. Never go back. Stay away from this place. Lousy service!!!!!!

The best staff ever they make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect

Charged me $200 for an alveoloplasty but the dentist never did the procedure. Dentures are not done in 1 day as advertised, took over 4 visits. When I needed repairs it took over a year to get a call back. By that time a new franchisee dentist was running the show so I was robbed of the $200 from the last dentist who did not do the alveoloplasty. Doesnt seem right that a franchise can just change denists and the one who stole the $200 gets to keep it. I paid it to affordable dentures so i would like that $200 back because an alveoloplasty was never done after the extractions. I was going to let this go but i dont think its fair that after all this time you still have my money. Also other people should be aware.
