UPDATE: I went back to have some cosmetic work done at NHDC. I am continuously amazed by their professionalism and and excellent service to make sure their patients leave the door happy. It took a few tries for us to agree on which “fitting” looked best but ultimately we did and I am so pleased with their work. Now my smile is absolutely perfect and I’m getting tons of compliments from my family, friends, and work peers. I cannot recommend this office enough. Their dedication to their dental patients is truly admirable. I’m so thankful to be able to depend on them!——————————————————I had my appointment at NHDC on Tuesday and I must say it was one of the more pleasant dental experiences I’ve had. It had been many years since my first visit there - about 20 years ago. My brother, mom, and I have all visited this location. They have been in business a long time which should be proof they are great. Connie’s sweet smiling face is still there to welcome you when you walk in. I had the chance to meet Marlene who gently took my ex-rays and made me feel like I was at the right place. She is super kind and funny. When Dr. Dao entered I felt less nervous about my visit. It had been almost a year and a half since my last dental visit but I had done everything I could to take care of my teeth. Dr. Dao knew right off the bat I had some dental trauma in my youth. He gave me advice on my gums, told me which toothpaste would be best, and performed one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. It was pretty painless! After having such a positive experience, I intend to make this my permanent dentist office now that I’m back in Houston. I recommend them and advise you to make your appointment ahead of time for service. They are taking all safety precautions with Covid!

Waste of time they are hurt doing these times so there no accepting major insurance and made 2 last min changes even switched my appointment from 10:30 at 10:13 to go to 59 and Tidwell smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ worst company go somewhere else where you are valued and it’s not a group of young Hispanic girls playing front desk for a check

Dr. Daos office is hands down one of the best!Before my arrival, Tiffany was so great and helped me throughout the process. She even called me a day before my appointment to not only confirm, but to reassure me that I would be in good hands.The day of my appointment, Yasmin assisted me with my paperwork and was so kind during my x-rays. She, too, reassured me that I was in good hands.Ms. Connie is so sweet. She knows her stuff is very engaging and hands on. She is so polite and helpful. And just so sweet. Gosh, I love her!Dr. Dao is also sweet and patient and very understanding.Ive had some trauma to the mouth due to an unfortunate accident, and I was sooo nervous about going to the dentist in general. Not once did they make me feel bad. I will forever recommend them!

Do not come here people they recycle their suctions and those are supposed to be disposable!
