Don’t ever come here!! Many dentists out there who can treat you nice and respect. You deserve better.

They work very badly and are not professional, the staff is not attentive and I was wrong to come here with a recommendation of a friend, I will never come back.

The service was horrible and unprofessional. The front desk was no help and they would make you wait a very long time. Do not come here.

I can’t speak for the rest of the staff but my orthodontist is Dr. Tram and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Not only did she scream at me in front of other patients but she also made rude comments on my appearance. She also spoke to me as if I was a child and incapable of understanding anything, which was also super degrading. I don’t know about anyone else but I personally don’t appreciate spending my money in a place I don’t even feel comfortable being at. I definitely don’t recommend coming here, go someplace you would want to be respected because this place definitely ain’t it. 🚫🧢

So let me tell you about my experience. We had done our braces and so sometimes you are required to wear bands. But one time we didnt bring the bands inside, so our dentist assumed that we never even worn them and dismisses us. You see, we came here to get our wire changed not to be dismissed. We pay you, the dentist, to do specific tasks for our teeth. In this case, it was to change the wire. So we were dismissed home but we still had to pay the bill for the wire change. It sucks to pay for a service that didnt even happen.

I cant speak for the rest of the staff or how other areas of this business function, but if you are looking for a miracle worker, Dr. Bui is the oral surgeon for you. In my opinion, he is nothing less than the best oral surgeon on the planet. I was told by all of the oral surgeons in Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, and Houston that my case was impossible. Dr. Bui knew exactly what to do, and the outcome was exactly as he predicted it would be. If you want to waste your money on oral surgeons with fancy offices, go for it. If you want the services of the most brilliant surgeon around, make an appointment with Dr. Bui.

Not regcomend dentist, this dentistry is so greedy. Dentist (Bui Xuan Dinh) is not honestly. He is always over charge clients. Never get back there

Wait time is outrageous. Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. And they over charge me as well as charge me for insurance portion. Never go here
