Just got the best teeth cleaning ever with Jose’ “Dr Clean”!!! Kamryn and Dr Tran were all excellent… everyone from the time I entered to checking out, explained EVERYTHING thoroughly!!! Very knowledgeable, caring staff ☺️

Orthodontist team was ok (not really friendly) and is expensive compared to other places. Dont be like me, do your homework, compare prices and service quality. The Ortho team moves to different location throughout Houston areas so if you have an emergency, dont count on getting any service. If you want to go on a wild goose chase and hunt down the Ortho team, Lovett is the place for you.

I gotta say Im not usually a fan of the dentist, but this place makes you feel at home. The Manager and dental staff were excellent they went above and beyond to make sure I understood every process taken and why it was needed. Doctor tran was awesome and Jose did an amazing Job!! Loved their Professionalism. They help me with all of my questions and I had another appointment after and they truly worked with me to make sure that I made it so that appointment. I hate going to the dentist because I feel like they’re super heavy handed but here it was absolutely amazing I have zero complaints.

My five year old son has been TERRIFIED of the dentist since having to get caps on his teeth last year. When I brought him to Lovett this year for his check up, he immediately began to panic and freak out. The staff was SUPER professional and immediately began to help me comfort him. They talked to him, sang to him lol, and explained their process to him step by step to give him comfort. My first time going to the dentist on my own as an adult. The receptionist ladies were very sweet and helped me immensely with working things out with my insurance. My hygienist, Jen, was amazing and sweet! She walked me through the process and explained everything simply. Dr. Tran also explained things very well and simply. Can’t wait until my next cleaning!

I got a deep cleaning today with Jen and she was super gentle and did a great job and really made me feel comfortable. I’m usually terrified to go to the dentist but today i had the best experience with her she is awesome and walks you through the whole process she is doing and makes you feel at home. JEN was my Hygienist she gave the best Cleaning I ever had. My mouth feel smooth, fresh and clean. I get the deep cleaning due to my gum disease. I feel that it was worth my money this time. Jen is the hygienist at this location that took care of my cleaning. She was very thorough and informative with my cleaning and walked me through my sensitive gum condition. The cleaning session was painless and she explained the process. She gave me tips and suggestions and what products to use for my bleeding gums. Dr. Tran is also attentive and genuinely concerned about his patients. He goes over your X-ray and provides advice on preventative dental care. Overall, the entire staff is friendly and I would recommend this place.

This review is specifically for the orthodontist department. I know that they travel but this is the location that I go to near vintage park on Louetta. My daughter is finally ending her almost 3-year treatment with braces. I will first start off by saying I did my research before I picked this dentist. At the time they were seeing us on 1960 and 290 (so reviews were different) and then abruptly they said they were no longer servicing that location 3 months into her treatment. The original orthodontist that we started off with was amazing. They abruptly stop doing service with them and since then my daughter has had a total of 3 different orthodontists which have told us different things. I am not sure if this is outsourced or what. (I should have looked into that but I didn’t think too as this was my first experience getting braces for a child). I initially signed up for automatic payments but after my identity was stolen, I changed my bank account information on file for my draft. For the next 4-5 months the billing office still drafted from an old account even after I put it in writing via email to their billing person and the manager at the office. I was so tired of billing issues I just paid it off. After paying it off every time I came into the office they stated that I had a bill and each time they would need to dig in the drawer to find my receipt which showed it was paid in full. (They also blamed that mix up on a switch in office staff). I wont even talk about the change in staff at the front which has also been exhausting because you’re having to explain to them you need to look in the drawer for my receipt. Lastly, I will talk about the Ortho team. There is a guy that changes out her brace wires and colors who is a gem, he is gentle and nice. There is a young lady who seems to always have an attitude (she looks African American, and she speaks Spanish so not sure her nationality). Just want to describe who I am talking about. She is very rough and if you send your child here, please sit in the back and check her is needed. I can’t stand when someone brings their attitude to work especially when you’re working with children. This may just be her all the time because I also remember her having to come into the 290 location because no one came to work and apparently she was supposed to be at another location and her attitude was horrible. That’s when I switched my 7 year from the dentist completely. I wish someone would have written this review for me so hopefully it will help someone else. If you decide to go here, get everything in writing, keep receipts and also monitor your child while they are in the chair. During Covid I was told I couldn’t go back and I just think they have gotten a little to comfortable with handling kids without parents. (speaking on Ortho).

I am not sure if they have too many patients or it’s the scheduling but every single time I take my son to see the orthodontist we wait almost 2 hours just to get an adjustment. The waiting room was packed with patients and their parents. Maybe if we could wait in our cars and then called in for appointment it would be less stressful.

Very happy with my appointment. I had some mouth pain and they scheduled a next day appt. I didn’t have to wait long once I arrived. The tech took an X-ray and calmed my fear that there was something wrong. The doctor met with me and gave me a thorough explanation and prescription. I had a few more last minute questions and the doctor was very helpful again. The office manager is terrific. She is friendly and assisted me with scheduling other services for a later date.Although I live in the woodlands and the drive is far I would consider coming to this office again due to the fantastic service.Overall my experience was great considering the dentist isn’t my favorite place to go to :)

Jen and the dentist were great. Extremely informative and skilled. Front desk, did not have my benefit info though even though I confirmed they had it over a week ago. I had to provide it again.The Hispanic billing employee that comes at the end is extremely pushy and wanted me to sign a form accepting services and pass it as a routine form, watch out for her. Could not get an estimate to see if benefits would cover. She also refused to give me a receipt.

I went to get my teeth cleaned with my brother and sister a few weeks back and all I have to say about my experience is jeez. Everything here is disorganized and they tried to guilt-trip my family during our visit. We were instructed the day before to come in all at the same time, but when we got there all they kept saying was that they felt super rushed and behind on their work because of my family... Why say come in all together when all you’re going to do is complain over and over again about it? Very unprofessional if you ask me! The visit took forever too! Dental visits have never been 2 hour wait times and they take their sweet time. Most of the time there was me just sitting and waiting and same with my siblings. Overall I felt very uncomfortable here because I couldn’t leave the cleaning without leaving a 5 star review when I didn’t feel like it was deserved. It was very suspicious as to why we had to do it before leaving. I get why you want the good reviews, but don’t pressure us to write one right in front of y’all. It’s very uncomfortable. Very unsatisfied with this place and my experience.

Jen the dental hygienist is kind and attentive to patients. She explains her recommendations and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Trang is personable and is willing to explain the treatment he provides.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr Tran and Cindy made my experience as pleasant as could be. I had to get a bunch of work done over the course of weeks, and I can’t speak enough on the expertise of Dr Tran. Very knowledgeable and empathetic. As a health professional, I understand how important it is to have your patient trust you and to calm them. The best dentist hands down that I’ve ever been to. Cindy was also amazing when doing my teeth cleaning, very professional and made a lot of great suggestions. Definitely made me want to come back and get my teeth cleaned from her in 6 months

I have never been to a dentist that feels its ok to roll their eyes at a parent when expressing concern over the treatment of a 5 year old child. I have never experienced the level of rudeness when asked for the side effects of the anesthesia they want to use on a 5 year old child that was experienced here. The staff and doctor at this location are HORRIBLE--Terribly rude and condescending to the people who are paying for their services. Will not be back and will never recommend to others.

Jen is a hygienist, she did an amazing job with my teeth. I felt like a whole new person cause my teeth were so smooth afterwards.

“Horrible Business Practices”I rarely write negative reviews, but this matter has become unacceptable. I want to compliment the hygienist and dental assistant Christian; they are polite and knowledgeable. However, the front desk staff makes errors which result in over-payments for the customer. They overcharged me nearly $200. After I figured out their error, I had to place over 25 phone calls and send countless emails in attempt to get it corrected. The office manager finally apologized and acknowledged the error, but the process and wait time are extremely frustrating. THREE MONTHS have passed since my dental visit, and I’m still waiting for the refund. The billing manager at the corporate office actually worsened the entire experience. Her customer service skills are “lacking” at best: lacks professionalism, lacks accountability on behalf of the company, and lacks compassion. They have no excuse to not have reimbursed me by now.Since they value me so little, I will gladly patronize a different dental company.

Office was beautiful the office Manager Ivanie was great she walked me through before and after surgery care. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and helped me through my anxiety. Everyone was helpful and supportive of my dental needs.

Do yourself a favor and find another pediatric dentist. Receptionist temp checked half the people not the others- so whats the point? They canceled our appointment an hour beforehand. At the new appointment we were not taken back until an hour after our appointment time, not because they were busy but they simply werent ready to see patients. It took over two hours for a routine cleaning and exam. For a pediatric dentist thats pretty bad. No one wants to try to contain a 2 year old in a packed waiting room wearing a mask for an hour+. They also charge an additional fee now to cover their own PPE (not PPE for us, because we wore our own masks and werent given anything). The staff was nice but that doesnt compensate for everything else. I would not recommend.

The Manager is AMAZING!! She goes above and beyond explaining and making sure that the whole experience is comfortable for you. She was super knowledgeable and made my visit seamless. Dr. Tran and staff were also great. My cleaning was perfect. overall great experience. The only thing I will say is that its way too cold in the office. No complaints referring family and friends!!

RUN AWAY! Do not under any circumstances get dental work here. I was overcharged more than $1,000 for work I had done, which my insurance is paying out since they refuse to contact me for any reason now. The lack of professionalism by the dentist and office staff was awful. Additionally Dr. Tran did poor work on my teeth, which I require follow up treatment for. There was still visible cavity in one of the treated teeth, I have a misaligned bite, which he could not fit in 6 subsequent visits, and I have two teeth that are poorly shaped. I have ongoing pain 3 months later, and I am filing complaints with the Tx State Board of Dental Examiners and requiring follow up treatment from two different dentists for misaligned bite/teeth and remaining cavity.

Dr. Tran is awesome, one of the coolest dentist Ive ever met. Hes proficient and caring. He makes you as comfortable as possible, despite how scary dental work may seem. Overall, a great experience.

Terrible experience. Front desk reseptionist was very rude and confrontational. The xray tech was nice though. They refused to give me a cleaning which was what i was scheduled for and said that i needed to reschedule a deep cleaning. Also that i had 11 cavities with 1 that needed to be crowned. With insurance i was going to have to pay close to 2000 out of pocket. I got a second opinion and i am so thankful that I did. Regular cleaning and only 2 cavities, both can be regular fillings. 40 dollars out of pocket. I am shocked by how shady the dental industry has become. No wonder the dentist was so jovial. He must be enjoying all the money he is ripping off of people.

They are a fraud!Went to Lovett Dental recently and they just love to make up things that are going on with your teeth to steal from you insurance and pocket. Went to another dentist to get a second opinion, and every with my teeth were fine. I feel bad for those who fall for this scam.

Made a request about two weeks ago to have an appointment for my toothache and had to call them in order for them to at least talk to me. Was in so much pain and the time was too late i the day, the receptionist was rude and i couldn’t even say thank you so she decided to hang up in my face. I would’ve been a new customer but not anymore!

I have been coming to this location for a few months and I am more than pleased with the amount of customer service and knowledge of the staff, everyone at the office is great! Office manager Ivanie is horrible. Had my chart mixed up with a completely different person which they never apologized for. The office manager Ivanie has a horrible attitude and talks to customers like she owns the company. They took xrays so rough it cut my daughters mouth! A 10 year old. Mix up your chart and never apologize and still have the nerve to charge you 39.00 for a routine cleaning due to COVID-19 but never tells you prior to your appointment.

They are doing a horrible job at social distancing. There were 12 people (kids and adults) in the lobby including myself and my baby. The lobby is definitely not big enough to have that many people in at once. A few of the patients/parents did not have masks on but the staff seemed to be fine with that. I was very uncomfortable so I will be taking my daughter somewhere that cares that we are in the middle of a pandemic!!

Everything is always great here..... The staff is always helpful and professional the Doctor is funny and caring everything is always great! The office in the rooms is just really cold bring a blanket haha

Dr. Tran is very was very patient with me and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I was very nervous and talked to me to make me more at ease. Sabrina, the hygienist, was wonderful and she walked me talked me through the entire teeth cleaning process. I noticed an instant difference when she was finished and she also followed up with me after my extraction. The experience I had was great and Sabrina followed up with me the very next day to check on me. I appreciate them and I can truly say that this is my new dentist office.

The business manager explained with clarity of details, the additional out pocket cost of treatment not cover by my insurance, and also my payments options. My experience with Lovett Dental has been great. I went to another dentist and needed a deep cleaning. The estimate I felt was very high, so I had to change my dentist on my insurance and I went to Lovett Dental, I compared estimates and for the exact same work. other dentist 975.00 Lovett Dental 518.00.... That is a big difference to me! Also, so far the customer service at the front office has been very help every time I have had to call/ go in. I was very impressed also with both the dentist and hygienist

This practice is really shady. My wife went for regular dental cleaning here and they suggested to go for deep cleaning. They checked our dental insurance and told us that it will cost us only $90 and rest will be covered by insurance. We paid $90 and got the services. Later we started receiving bills for $600 from collection agency. I tried to contact Lovett Dental three different times and every time they will mention will call back next day about the bills, but no response. I paid the collection agency $600 as I dont want my credit score to be impacted. I see lot of similar complaints on BBB for this practice. Hopefully someone takes action on this practice.

I was recurring patient at Lovett Dental for the last 2 years. Taking care of my teeth on a regular basis, I went for my regular 6-month cleaning and checkup 2 weeks ago. Got some x-rays done and had a new doctor I have never worked with before, go over my x-ray scans and examine my teeth. This doctor informed me that I had 4 cavities growing, 2 root canals needing attention, and a specialist to examine the root canal already in my mouth... Going on to make ‘money’ jokes like his practice is just a game to play with patients. After just 6 months with me not changing up my dental health routine AT ALL, I repeat... My regular hygienist comes to clean my teeth and afterwards, mentions my teeth appear to look just fine (from a hygienist perspective of course, but I have been working with her over the last two years, so she’s credible). Okay.. Fast forwarding a week later, I go to another dental office to repeat the process for a second opinion. Not only did they take more x-rays of my mouth, including an entire 360 degree x-Ray perspective, but they also took real-time pictures for further and deeper examination. When all was set and done, they informed me I just need a Deep Clean, and that was IT... Got that done there (for way cheaper than any other service at Lovett without insurance, may I add), and was good to go. The New/Existing Deception at this dentist office unbelievable and needs to be reviewed and taken care of. As a sum up, until something is done, this place is overall #TRASH.

Came in because my crown came off. They attended to me right away took care of my initial complaint and then accommodated me to their busy schd for a cleaning. My daughter recently had some extensive dental work done. When we initially went in, everyone in the office was so nice and really put us at ease. For her additional visits, we were greeted as if we were friends, not just patients. We were very pleased with Dr. Shirali and her staff every time we visited. The wait time was minimal and they focused on her as if she was the only patient. They also called to check on her after each visit.

Came in as an emergency just left the office. THEY ARE AMAZING they took care of me and even stayed well after closing time to make sure I was out of pain and infection free....Prices were very reasonable and they finance. I am so grateful to have come across this office truly SAVED MY LIFE!!!

This office so so professional, and thorough. I have never been under IV sedation or had surgery before and I was very nervous but I was super comfortable once I started talking to the assistant who x rayed me and set me up for the procedure. The surgeon was quick to the point and thorough. I had nothing to be concerned about. Fell sleep before I could think twice and then was being woken up in what felt like I had just blinked an eye.

Ignore the vitriolic nonsense that was written by the other reviewer. My experience at this location has been absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a professional practice, but with a very warm and comfortable atmosphere, then I recommend the staff at Lovett Dental on Louetta Rd. The amount of precision and care that was done while cleaning my teeth and during the root canal was above my expectations. The dentist and the dental hygienist even gave me better tips on how to better clean my teeth throughout the week! These were things that my past dentists had never even mentioned! Ever! The staff here has shown me that they are not just in this for mere profit, but they actually care about their patients and they care about doing a good job above all else. Now, if you think that this review is hyperbolic propaganda, then fine. On Bing there are plenty of reviews that confirm my praise. The best thing I can say to anyone who is in that area looking for a dentist, is to go here. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I recently started taking our children to Lovett Dental and we love it! We even scheduled appointments for ourselves too.The staff is very polite and the dentist is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I feel very comfortable there and so do my children. I am so happy that we decided to go to Lovett Dental! I highly recommend Lovett Dental!
