On today 11/17/2020 I Ruby Escobedo had THE WORST EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF A AWFUL WOMAN WITH DARK BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS AFTER I LEFT I WAS CALLED BACK BECAUSE THIS WOMAN RELIZED THEY MADE A ERROR BUT INSTEAD I WAS BLAMED AND CALLED A LIAR WHEN I CALLED ABOUT MY RETAINER I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE IT WOULD COST 80 DOLLARS AND 45 FOR THE VISIT I GAVE GREAT DETAIL ON WHICH RETAINER I NEEDED AND I WAS GIVEN A PRICE OF 80 FOR THE RETAINER AS A SINGLE MOTHER OF 1 WHO IS JOBLESS THANKS TO COVID-19 I WAS HAPPY THAT IT WAS CHEAP AND I WOULD BORROW LESS MONEY everything went well until i left and that AWFUL WOMAN CALLED ME BACK IN ONLY TO CALL ME A LIAR BY SAYING SHE VERIFIED WITH THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ABOUT THEM TELLING ME WHAT I WAS GETTING AND THAT PERSON LIED TO HER SHE NEVER REFERRED TO THE BRACES BY A NAME NEVER AND I TOLD THIS LADY THAT AND SHE DIDNT BELIEVE ME AND THEN I GET TOLD WE DONT GIVE OUT PRICES ON THE PHONE WELL YOU DO LADY THATS HOW I KNEW THE PRICE BEFORE HAND AND I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE THAT MY TOOTH COUDNT BE REATTACHED SO HAD TO GET A NEW ONE BUT THEN THE DR WHO I RESPECT AND ADORE SHE IS SO KIND WAS TELLING ME AFTER ALL THIS THAT MAYBE THEY COULD FIX IT NO ONE WHOS NOT THE DOCTOR SHOULD BE TELLING PATIENTS PRICES OR WHAT THEY CAN AND CANNOT DO OVER THE PHONE OR PERIOD SINCE THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH CLEARLY DROPPED THE BALL AND LIES TO COVER THEIR BUTT I CANNOT AFFORD THE CORRECT PRICE OF 250 I WAS TOLD THE 80 DOLLAR PRICE 2 WEEKS AGO IF I WOULD OF BEEN GIVEN THE RIGHT PRICE I MIGHT OF NEVER A APPOINTMENT SINCE I DONT HAVE THE MONEY THEY TOOK AWAY MY TIME FROM MY CHILD AND MY TIME I COULD OF SPENT LOOKING FOR A JOB BUT THE MOST PAINFUL THING WAS THAT BLONDE WOMAN GOING BACK AND FOURTH WITH ME IN FRONT OF THE DOCTOR AND THEN IN END SHE SAID SORRY AND TOUCHED MY PERSON ITS COVID-19 TIME YOU DONT TOUCH PEOPLE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS YOU DIDNT CLEAN HANDS BEFORE HAND AND YOU TOUCH PEOPLE YOU CALLED A LIAR AND WRONG BTW YOU WERE WRONG YOU HANDLED THE SITUATION POORLY YOU NEVER AKNOWLEDGED THAT YOUR STAFF MEMBER MESSED UP YOU DIDNT EVEN FOR A SECOND THINK MAYBE MY STAFF DID MESS UP NO YOU BLAMED ME ALL THE WAY AS I SAT THERE IN TEARS YOU STILL NEVER TRIED TO BETTER THE SITUTION YOU SAID SORRY CAUSE THE DOCTOR DIS FIRST...I SUFFER FROM DIAGNOSED DEPPRESSION AND ANXIETY IM GOING TO SEE MY THERAPIST AFTER THIS ITS HARD FOR ME TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE HER I LEFT WITH A SMILE AT FIRST AND THEN THIS BLONDE WOMAN TORE ME TO SHREDS I HOPE SHES NOT THE MANAGER I TOLD HER THAT SHES WRONG FOR BEING HOSTILE AND GOING BACK AND FOURTH WITH ME SHE JUST COULDNT CALM THE SITUATION DOWN SHE MADE IT WORSE BY ARGUING AND CALLING ME A LIAR AND TELLING ME I WAS WRONG ABC DENTAL YOUR STAFF REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS IM NOT REALLY MAD WITH THE PERSON WHO GAVE ME FALSE WRONG INFORMATION BECAUSE SHE JUST MESSED IT UP I GET IT THAT IT HAPPENS BUT SHE SHOULD BE RECOUACHED AND DO BETTER BECAUSE SOME ONE ELSE MIGHT HANDLE IT WORSE IM REALLY UPSET WITH THE PLUS SIZE BLONDEISH WOMAN HER ACTION WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UPSETTING AND IM STILL IN SHOCK AS I WRITE THIS I COULD GO ON AND ON THANK YOU THO TO THE WOMAN WHO DID MY IMPRESSIONS SHE WAS AMAZING I SHOWED HER MY BABY PICS AND SHE WAS SO KIND AND TO THE DOCTOR WHO IVE SEEN FOR YEARS THANK YOU FOR ATLEAST TRYING TO COMFORT ME AND TO THE AWFUL BLONDE WOMAN IM PRAYING FOR YOU...IL GET OVER THIS SO DONT FOR A SECOND THINK YOU SCARRED ME FOR LIFE PLEASE DO BETTER FOR OTHERS THEY NOR MYSELF DESERVED THE TREATMENT I GOT...AND DONT TOUCH PEOPLE....ITS SAD THAT IT TOOK ME SAYING WELL THE PERSON WHO GAVE THE PRICE MESSED UP IS WHEN THIS WOMAN FINALLY SAYS THATS WHAT HAPPENED AT FIRST IT WAS NO I VERIFIED SHE TOLD YOU SOMETHING IT WAS NO WE DONT GIVE OUT PRICES OVER THE PHONE, BUT CLEARLY THEY DO I KNEW THE 80 PRICE FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY APP ITS SAD THAT THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF THE DOCTOR I FELT EMBARRASED AND I HATE THAT SHE UPSET ME SOO MUCH NONE OF IT WAS MY FAULT AND SHE BLAMED ME TRYING TO ACT LIKE I MISUNDERSTOOD AND SHE CLAIMED THINGS THAT WERE UNTRUE. DO BETTER FOR OTHERS PLEASE.

I love this place! Ana from the front desk is very welcoming. Ruth made my daughter feel very comfortable throughout her whole visit. Everyone is so friendly and nice, definitely will recommend people here.

At first a was a little iffy about the place due to the location. The wait in the waiting area was a bit longer than expected but not bad. The assistants were so polite especially Elizabeth. The young lady from the front, Ana was also exceptionally helpful and making sure all my needs were met. Will definitely recommend!

They don’t respect your valuable time. I had an appointment at 1pm and they called me 3pm to come in. I had to wait 2 boring hours outside to let me in.

These people especially Jenifer, have no customer service. My appointment was at 12, 50 minutes later still waiting to be called. Last time I will be coming here.

They were really nice, helpful and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. One of the best dentist there is Dr. Alsafi and the assistant Wendy. Thats who I had!

Horrible first time experience, I do not recommend this place at all. Waited for a whole hour only for them to tell me a bunch of bs. First, someone didnt do their job correctly-when it comes to verifying patients insurance- as a result I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for a basic cleaning (that my insurance 100% covered). So, I had to call my insurance provider and get the verification process done correctly. Then, they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay a $25 fee (which I had no problem paying) BUT its no guarantee that I would have the service done that I scheduled the appointment for ( it depends on what the dentist recommends). This is a poorly run dental office and a total waste of my time. Only come here, if you have time to waste.

Staff was professional and moved at a fast phase while being attentive to my child. Their friendly faces made it easy for my daughter to contribute with her cleaning. The wait was about 10 minutes after check in, financial cancelor gave tips and emphasize In regards to work my dauther needed. I can say it was an experience were the staff went above and beyond. The Dental instrument was used and dirty. I didnt realize it until she was done checking my daughters teeth. I intentionally asked her if sedation posed a risk to my 2 year old Daughter. She flat out told me NO, which is a lie. I cant put my daughter into the care of a liar or someone who is not invested in her health and safety and the uncleanliness is unacceptable. I wish my experience could have been Great but it wasnt. However the Facility is clean, the Staff is Cordial. And I like the Kid friendly room they have for Children. Just becareful and aware. The wait time is way too long. I arrive early for the appointments every time and still have to wait 30-45 just to be called into one of the rooms in the back. After getting to the room i still have to wait another 30-45 minutes for the doctor to get to the room.

I like the professional way they approach us every time we either call or just visit the clinic. Our dentists are very polite , but Dentis Mandhani she explains every detail or procedure being done . I wish I could give them a 5 star but we just dont like the wait . Clean place , wish the childrens area had a little gate so babies dont be running all over the place .

This place gives me such a bad vibe, i had my appointment early and arrived early and three hours later, still no cleaning. I have private insurance so I can go anywhere, the fact that I chose this place was my mistake. They only have one dentist working. So the dentist goes from room to room and leaves patients waiting. This place is unorganized, funny how they say not to have phones in the rooms. Probably so you wont record their malpractices. I overheard a convo where the lady that works there asks for the payment while the client is sitting down in the chair.... Shouldnt they have done that before he went into the room? This place is undeserving of trust. I walked out without the cleaning. All they care about is $$$ and not their clients. The work that I supposedly needed was incorrect after I received a second opinion from another dentist. Thanks abc Dental.
