I felt I was in good hands from the second I walked into the office. I had to get a tooth extracted and I was a bit nervous but Mr. Eric and his assistant made me comfortable and kept me calm. I will most definitely be going back.

Poor communication skills from the office manager. Clearly, told me services are not covered by my insurance company when the services are. I’m glad I checked. They inform you it’s a cosmetic procedure when clearly The services for my child is not cosmetic. I’d rather give my business to a provider who is willing to work with you instead of against you. Be careful.I disagree with you. I went and got a second opinion which I’m glad, I did. Your concern was gum contouring which is cosmetic and the issue that my child had was not a cosmetic issue. Your office, wasn’t helpful at all. I hope in the future before doing surgery you look into all the obstacles before assuming and follow the referral request that was sent over. My child would have been under your care for surgery and I’m glad we looked into it with a person who has extensive medical background.

Dr. Choudhury and his staff are awesome! Everyone is so knowledgeable and pleasant, and I love how Dr. Choudhury explains everything in terms a layman can understand. Periodontal work is not on anyones top-ten list of fun things to do, but Dr. Choudhury and his staff make the experience as tolerable as it can be. Plus, the results of their work are outstanding -- I have had other dental practitioners compliment me on the high quality of the work done by Dr. Choudhury. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. If you have need of periodontal services, run, dont walk, to Dr. Choudhury. Youll be glad that you did.

Amazing experience at this dental clinic! From the moment you walk in you feel like you have been a patient here your whole life. Ann has a way of making smile when you come in and a bigger smile when you leave. Dr Choudhury simplifies your dental needs and makes recommendations that make sense. I was really impressed with the use of photography to give you a great look at the actual condition of your teeth. This gave me a great view of what I never get to see and makes it easier for him to present your current condition and recommend treatment. He has a very easy and friendly personality with an awesome sense of humor. First time I every had an appointment and did not have to wait even though they had customers coming and leaving. I recently saw Dr. Choudhury for a routine check up and cleaning. It had been a while since my last appointment but I noticed a difference in the office atmosphere, which was well received. The atmosphere was very, very positive and upbeat. The team made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in until I walked out. The cleaning went very well and Dr. Choudhury was gentle with my teeth. Of course, Ill keep coming back and Ive already given a couple of referrals to him. He has an excellent team working with him. You should enjoy the experience just as much as I had, even if you hate going to get your teeth cleaned, I promise you.

This review is a bit late, but I had to express how thankful to Dr. Choudhury and his team I am.I ran into his office on Sept 29th around 12:00 pm in excruciating pain due to a molar abcess caused by a poor crown work (horrible experience) I had done at a dentist 5 months earlier.I was friendly greeted by Ann (the front desk secretary). I explained her my problem and that I found them on Google Reviews. At this point I have already been to a doctor and 3 different other dentist offices and all they did was to prescribe me antibiotics.I was expecting to wait there for the whole afternoon if necessary until he would be able to see me between his other patients appointments.Ann asked me if I could return at 2:30pm and Dr. Choudhury would be able to take a look at my problem. I will be eternally thankful to her for her kindness and for understanding how in pain I was and desperate for help.Back at 2.30 , Carla (his assistant) took me to the room to take the X-rays. She was very nice and had a very positive attitude. A few minutes later Dr. Choudhury came to see the x-ray and take a look at the abcess. After having a look at it I could tell he was a bit impressed by the size of my infection and after telling him I had been through different dentist offices he did not understand why they did not do anything about it and only prescribed me antibiotics and painkillers. That abcess needed to be drained. It was huge. And at the stage it was, it could have led to a septicemia. He immediately asked his assistant to prepare the instruments, and told me it would have to be drained at that time due to the extension of the infection. Had I left one more day, I think that infection could have spread to my bloodstream. I was feeling extreme pressure on my head and jaws.I am immensely grateful to Dr. Choudhury , and the way he cares for his patients. He is a very knowledgeable professional and you can feel it the moment he enters the room and interacts with his patients. He is a very calm person and has a very professional bedside manner.Thank you, Dr. Choudhury , Carla and Ann for your professionalism and genuine care, I will never forget that day I came into your office and you saved my life.

This is an amazing dental office to visit. Having just left a horrible dental experience I had no idea who to visit. First off, the office itself is beautiful and has the state of the art latest technology. I was introduced to Dr. Eric Choudhury. His staff greeted me with outstanding and awesome customer service. Ann follows up. I like it. She is like sister very personable. The staff are efficient, friendly, CLEAN, and cared about my needs immediately. Dr. Eric Choudhury is an intelligent, man of character, very compassionate, extraordinarily thoughtful, and experienced in his work. You can tell the experience from his clear and concise conversation. I am always amazed how he can proveand show his work from that ipad.I was nervous about having some dental surgery. He created an extremely relaxed environment for me. The office contacted me the day before and after the surgery to check up on how I was feeling.The entire surgery was painless and relaxed the whole time. The best experience! The team work together wonderfully. After that experience, I felt confident I was getting great care. I have not had an emergency, but I have an idea if I did, they would be there. This review is a late post but a very honest one. If you are like me to read reviews before making a decision, I thought you should really consider this. In October 2015, Dr. Choudhury was referred to us by our ortho along with 2 others for wisdom teeth extractions for my child. I consulted and scheduled the extractions with another doctor before even visiting with Choudhurys office. The other doctor didnt make us feel comfortable and so I decided to consult with Dr. Choudhury and we were very pleased with the level of professionalism and patience from the office staff and from the doctor. He took the time to fit us in his schedule immediately and to put my daughter at ease for her procedure. I didnt think twice in cancelling the other doctor. I wish I would have came to this office first and saved time and money from going to the other office. We were very happy with the comfort provided before, during and after the procedure. I made sure to let my ortho know about his other referral not being a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this Drs office. Ann is awesome as well, very sweet and welcoming. Good luck

I made my first appointment with Dr. Choudhury because I saw from his background that he had graduated from one of the top dental schools in the nation. I had a cleaning and annual checkup and the staff and Dr. Choudhury could not have been more welcoming and warm. After pictures of my teeth and gums were taken, X-Rays followed as well as the examination. The doctors evaluation led to the making of an appointment for the replacement of two old crowns. I was experiencing difficulty with a large gap between an existing crown and adjacent tooth and there was a cavity under the other old crown. The pictures that were taken were excellent tools for the Dr. To show me the color of my guns and the location and nature of the problems that he diagnosed. I had the two old crowns replaced with temporary crowns on the same day. As as it turned out, there was a cavity under the second crown as well so I was happy that the doctor suggested replacing that particular crown that was contributing to the severe gap between the crown and adjacent tooth.My next visit was to install the permanent crowns. All of my problems were resolved painlessly and comfortably and all of my questions answered fully and professionally. I would recommend Dr. Choudhury to anyone with any kind of gum or dental problems. After all, not only are you getting a great, well trained dentist in Dr. Choudhury, you are getting s great periodontist as well. Two dental professionals rolled into a great human being. You cant do better than that!

In this dental office, Eric is the dentist-periodontist, Ann is the hygenist-manager, and Jessica is the dental assistant.Eric is a dentist who studied additional years to specialize as a periodontist. He is intelligent, gentle, and communicates clearly both verbally and using pictures, x-rays, and video animations on his ipad. He refers to research while making recommendations, which is a good sign that he is keeping current on his professional reading as well as his clinical practice. In his treatment recommendations to us, he has prioritized sound medical practice over maximizing his profit, as far as I have been able to tell. Having seen him do this a few times, I am increasingly trusting his judgement and recommendations.During our checkups, Eric gives us a tooth-by-tooth analysis, explaining what he sees on our teeth and x-rays, and showing us on the pictures of our teeth so we can see for ourselves. This thorough, detailed commentary is one of their dental practices that exceeds the practices I have experienced elsewhere, and is the practice that most gives me confidence and peace of mind. I feel that I have a complete and accurate understanding of the current condition and probable future of my teeth and those of my family members for whom I am the informal decisionmaker.The next practice that I think enables them to give us better dental care than we receive elsewhere is the practice of only scheduling one patient at a time. This means that for the half-hour or hour of our appointment, Eric and Jessica are focused on us, and Ann is also available while she continues to manage the office. There are no other patients waiting in the other consultation rooms. They are not moving back and forth between rooms and checking charts to refresh their memories. They are wholly concentrated on us for the time of our appointment.A third practice that contributes to the excellence of the care they provide is that Eric himself does the cleanings. In other offices, hygenists do the cleanings and the dentist comes in for a few moments to review the x-rays and look at the teeth. Here, we have a periodontal specialist doing our cleanings. Clearly he is highly qualified to do this. I also believe that this gives him a more thorough look at our teeth.The combined result of the previously mentioned three practices is that we have a lot of time with the doctor and with the assistant. They are not rushing to the next patient. This has a lot of benefits. They take all the time necessary to make sure we understand everything they are trying to communicate with us, which in turn helps us to better make our decisions. When I once remarked that I wished my girlfriend could have heard the explanation that Eric gave my mother and I about one of my mothers teeth so that she could participate in the family discussion afterward, Eric calmly said, Well, I could repeat the explanation for her when she comes back if you like. That explanation alone is more time than most dentists have spent in their routine appointments with me. Also, all this time allows us the opportunity to ask all the questions that occur to us. Finally, there is no question that these are thorough cleanings and checkups. [Weve never had to wait.]An additional practice that I have not seen elsewhere and that contributes to the quality of the dental care we receive is that of taking photographs of all our teeth. They use a DSLR camera with a macro lens and a flash on the front of the lens. These pictures, combined with the usual ditigal x-rays, stored on their computers allow them to better track the changes in our teeth over time. It is allows us to see in the picture what they are seeing in our mouths and is very useful for our understanding of what is going on....

Did my homework last fall looking for a Periodontist. Looked on my MetLife directory, and then studied reviews, education and other qualifications, and selected Dr. Choudhury. He did a consultation, crown lengthening on several teeth, and a follow up. When my wife and I were due this month for regular exam and cleaning we scheduled with Dr. Choudhury. His entire staff is professional, skilled and polite. Each time I have been seen by Dr. Choudhury, I have never felt rushed, or that he was in a hurry to move on to another patient. He took the time to fully evaluate my needs, and explain what he observed in great detail, yet in terms that were easy to follow for someone not in the medical or dental field. The actual work he did (periodontal surgery) was praised by my primary dentist at the time. I believe by my 4 visits to him and the conversations we have had that his expertise and knowledge of the latest dental techniques and procedures is excellent. His chairside manner is very comforting and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends, neighbors and work associates.
