Dr. Ann has been our orthodontist for several years, she does an exceptional job. The staff makes you feel like family. My daughter needed braces and every visit I sit and watch how they explain every procedure and are happy to explain if you don’t fully understand. I was so worried about going to the dentist because it’s been so long and I’ve very scared of needles. My friends told me to come here and I’m glad I listened. I had such a great experience with the staff and the drs. I got my treatment done with Dr Ann and she is very professional and thorough. She had to give me a shot for my fillings and I didn’t feel anything at all. She talked to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable and even gave me a blanket. She treated me like a baby and I love it!

So I came here at New Smiles for a wisdom teeth removal and it was a wonderful experience! I initially thought it was going to be painful and I was really scared, but actually its just a little bit and not as bad, especially with the numbness. My wisdom teeth were difficult to remove but Dr. Hwang knew what he was doing and was able to remove it carefully and properly! I highly recommend Dr. Hwang, he’s the best!

I recently saw Dr. Ann for my check up and cleaning. She is very bubbly and sweet. Dr Ann did a deep cleaning and some fillings on me. I was very nervous about getting a shot but she was patient and talked to me the whole time. This was the first time I ever had a shot at the dentist that did not hurt. I am super picky and the filling that Dr Ann had to do was on my front tooth and I was really worried about how it was going to look but after she as finished, I couldn’t even tell which tooth the filling was on because it looked so amazing. Dr. Ann is the best!

Went for a orthodontist consultation and a consultation regarding treatment for my uneven gums. I left extremely confused. I was supposed to get a call back about what my insurance benefits would cover but NOBODY called. I followed up with the front desk by phone the same day after leaving and some guy claimed it takes 2-3 weeks to found out how much my insurance would cover. It’s been almost a full month and nobody ever called me back. I’ve been going to the dentist all of my life it do not take that long to verify insurance benefits. I would not recommend this place of business only because their follow up is non-existent . I’m shocked after reading sooo many good reviews .This has definitely opened my eyes to the truthFollow-up: No accountability for your office dropping the ball. Yes I was definitely seen at this location. Should I post my insurance screenshots of me being billed for this location? Try the name Kayla Pitre. You will definitely see that I came and your staff done X-rays. How you sent a reply 10 minutes ago then I just called at 10:30am and you’re not there? Stop trying to make me seem delusional. I can post a screenshot of my call to the office after your reply. I highly doubt that anything will be done to resolve my horrible experience and the review will remain so that others are aware of the selective follow up methods that your front office staff have. Word of advice. Treat every patient the same and set a better method to follow-up. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hwang and Dr. Pham since 2016 after I was informed by Castle Dental that I needed dental implants. Because I had major problems with bridges with Castle Dental, I did not want them to handle my implants. From my initial consultation with New Smiles, I fell in love with the staff!!! They are extremely professional and have excellent customer service. They are not about money but about taking care of the needs of their patients. I have referred family members and friends. Since 2016, I have had 4 dental implants and have quarterly teeth cleanings. I am currently working on my 5th implant. My 14 year old daughter is now an orthodontic patient.

Did not have a good experience with this place. The Dr. Ane Pham was rude, and didn’t even give proper customer service. I drove 40 mins all the way from Katy just for the good reviews of this clinic and I wanted her work done on my teeth. They couldn’t have told me over the phone that they don’t do retreats for people who have already had braces. I drove all the way to get a quote and she didn’t even give me five mins of her time. She gave me a business card and directed me to someone else who does do retreats. Her excuse was that it’s difficult to try and fix something that someone has already done work on, I don’t believe that. And she didn’t even apologize or seem apologetic when I told her I drove a long way just for the good reviews, she was busy looking at her paperwork or doing something on the computer. I think it’s not fully true that it’s difficult to do retreats, this clinic just knows that they wouldn’t want to waste their time on someone they can’t charge much because the flaws are minor. I’m very disappointed. I also heard the Dr. speak to a customer over the phone in such a stern tone, the customer was asking for directions. I understand that sometimes customers ask too many questions, but for such a prestigious clinic, at least have good customer service. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this was a disappointment.

The process was really quick and easy, and the results came out great!

We were referred to this office by some of my church friends that current patients here. Before coming to this office, I have been to 2 - 3 offices in search of a dr to do my implants. I have had really bad experiences with other dentist and even a failed implant so I was very apprehensive but my friends insisted that I at least go for free implant consultation. I was so impressed and comfortable by this office and Dr Hwang that I got 2 implants here on the same day I did my consultation. I was surprised that it did not hurt at all and the whole surgery did not take as long as I expected. Since I was so comfortable Here, I decided to have Both my son and daughter in braces with Dr Pham and they have been in braces for 6 months. Another thing I really like about this office is they do everything here. Unlike most offices, Dr hwang does the whole implant procedure so I dont have to find another dentist to do my implant crown. They also do general dentistry so We get our check up and cleaning s here every 6 months. The assistant that worked on my kids took the time to explain how important it was them to brush and floss their teeth while in braces so they don’t get cavities. I will be bringing my husband to this office soon. Their prices are very reasonable since we dont have insurance and that have a very good payment plan which we took advantage of. We are really happy with the staff and Drs. It seems like the Drs know everyone and their families very well and by their name. After I got my implants placed, Dr actually call me later on the in evening to check on me. I was so impressed by how caring they are. They’re always really busy when we come but we never have to wait to be seen. I refer all my friends and family here. Highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I had my braces done when Dr. Anh Pham was near the Copperfield area. I was so pleased with my outcome, that I returned to have my sons braces done at her new location and I still live in Copperfield. We make the trip once a month on Saturdays, so I dont have to take him out of school. We love her & the awesome job they are doing.

I am almost done with implant procedure and I can’t wait to chew steak again! I’m glad to choose New Smiles for my implant and will come back if I need more in the future!

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone was kind, and everything was organized and ran smoothly. He received great care through the whole process, with the procedure and aftercare well explained. He felt nauseous afterward, and they took great care of him-never rushing him and making sure he was good to go before we left. We’re very pleased with our experience.
