Such a great dentist office! The office staff is very friendly and Dr. Gonzalez is fantastic. The office is extremely clean and I saw multiple employees disinfecting during my visit today. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.

It’s been years since I have Artistic Smiles as my dental care. Their service has been always great. They have state of the art equipment that makes a huge difference in dental service and when you arrive you don’t wait, service is done in a timely manner.

The entire staff took Covid very seriously and were suited up the entire time. They washed their hands frequently and made sure I was comfortable. On top of that they did a great job and were friendly. Ive been going for years and was impressed with how theyve adapted to the recent challenges posed by Covid.

In 2019, I requested a regular clean up and when leaving the office, I had to pay US$91.14 as balance due for a special clean up. Today, ONE YEAR later, I was asked to pay an additional $243.00 for services they claim were not covered by BCBS. Furthermore, Dr. Angela Gonzalez and her staff at Artistic Smiles, 1840 NASA Parkway, Houston, TX 77058, claim to have been unable to inform me earlier because they did not have my contact information. This is ABSURD because I have been receiving from them multiple emails and cell phone messages offering me all kind of dental services. Moreover, when investigating the charges, I found the invoice that I paid IN FULL in 2019. Right below their invoice letterhead was my FULL and correct physical mail address. My recommendation not to use this dental service is based on these issues: (1) As patient and customer I should not be given dental services that I do NOT request. If they are deemed necessary, I should be informed AHEAD of time and request my approval. (2) Today, I spent 30 min ... so far ... reaching out to BCBS of Texas and they could not find the 2019 service claim submitted by Artistic Smiles. (3) Finally, Artistic Smiles has just threatened to file a credit report. That IS truly OUTRAGEOUS becuase I was informed ONLY today of the 2019 balance in spite of Artistic Smiles possession of my physical address, email, and cell phone number. Fortunately, I can afford to pay the $243.00 balance immediately but not by credit card as I have lost my trust in this dental service provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. G for around 5 years now and I have been very pleased with her the entire time. The office is very modern and clean and their location is very convenient. They almost always assign the same hygienist to me and she is amazing! She knows me by name and always asks about how my family and I are doing and remembers details about where I go to school, etc. Overall this is a great dentist and I would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone.

It was the most enjoyable visit I have ever had at a dentist office. The dental assistant was very kind and explained everything before she did anything. Im sorry I dont remember her name, but I am bad remembering names. I really liked Dr. Gonzalez having the photographs of my teeth when she explained everything to me. Dr Gonzalez and the staff at Artistic Smiles are absolutely amazing. Part of my tooth broke off on Thursday morning. I had heard good things about them so i took a chance to see if i could come in as a new patient. They asked if i needed to come in right away or did i want to make an appointment. I made one for the next Tuesday, but later in the day more of the tooth broke off. I called them and they fit me in that very day. I was leery going to a new dentist, but as i was walking in a patient was walking out and said man they are great. The minute I walked in the door the front staff were very friendly and helpful. Michelle came and got me did my xrays. Dr Gonzalez came in and sat and talked to me at length. She never made me feel like they were just working me in or I was a new patient. They not only fixed the broken tooth, but also another one that another dentist I had went to that had damaged it. Michelle was so gentle and when she was through walked me to the door and gave me a big hug. I absolutely highly will recommend this place this place to everyone.

I was charged over 1500 in dental work only to go to another dentist for them to tell me that My teeth were still decaying under them, which means she didn’t clean the tooth well or she didn’t seal them well. I called the office and they refused to Fix the problem

On their website it say 8AM I show up a little after 830 and their not even open.
