Best dentist ever staff is amazing! My kids Always have a great experience and love coming here!

Great Dentist and great staff. I went in with my 6 kids for the first time and they took care of us in under 2 hours.

I’ve visited vivid dental today for the first Time to get a procedure done on my front tooth. The ladies at the welcome desk, Kristin And Stephanie, were so sweet and accommodating. Kristen even spoke to my previous dentist for me when I was having trouble getting my x-rays sent over. They were both so friendly and seemed to really love their jobs. I had a very traumatic experience with this particular tooth in the past, and was obviously a bit nervous. When I was called back And placed in the chair, Dr. Lor came in with a big smile and asked me how I was feeling today. He asked me how my holidays went and if I was having any concerns about the procedure. I explained to him my situation and he instantly put me at ease with his impeccable bedside manner. He said all of the right things and was very considerate of me. I was shocked at the effort he was putting in while also having such a high stress job. He was able to calm me down and complete the entire procedure in less than 20 minutes. He showed me a mirror and my tooth looked brand new. I had nothing to worry about and I am so thankful to have found a dentist is friendly and competent as Dr. Lor. Being relatively new to the area, I was surprised that the first Dentist office I walked into was the one I will visit for as long as I live here.I came into contact with it least five or six of the staff, and each and everyone treated me like family.If you are looking for a great dentist in Winston Salem or the Triad area go to vivid dental and put your mind at ease. They will take care of you in an efficient timely manner while also making you feel very comfortable.

Today, it was my first time in Vivid Dental and I had a great experience.No waiting time, front desk fast and quick.The doctor was very polite, knowledgable and delicate. The best part, Ms Desi Colmenares who did my dental cleaning deeply and leave me with a new and renovated smile. I will come back with my xhildren for sure :) lefanew

Staff was very friendly, location very easy to access. Most importantly called as a new patient was able to be seen right away, no waiting time for said appointment. Able to make an appointment rather quickly for follow up work. One of my best experiences at a Dentist thus far.

I take all my kids here they love getting their goody bags. There is never a long wait the kids get seen pretty fast

Ive used Vivid Dental to pull out my wisdom teeth about a year ago and have been going to him for my checks/cleanings ever since. His waiting room is always impeccable and friendly staff make you feel at ease when coming to the clinic. Like the fact that hes a younger guy and really easy to talk to(when his hands are of course not in my mouth :))

One of the best dental clinics you will find in NORTH Houston (FM 1960 around), staff to Dr is par excellence. The way they explain to you in detail and many a times if some thing is not required theyll be trasnparent with you rather than pushing you into the procedure.Keep it up.

Dr. Harpalani and his staff are great and really made my visit a breeze. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating with getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. I would definitely recommend Vivid Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in the Houston area!

Unbelievable experience at the dentist office, now let that sink in. As someone who has had his fair share of dental work done I have really grown to loathe (as Im sure many others would agree) the six month check up. That was until I started visiting Dr. Harpalani and Vivid Dental.The main reason I despised getting dental work done was because it was well uncomfortable and I never seemed to find a dentist that cared enough to slow down and ask if I was ok or attempt to make the experience a little more tolerable. At Vivid from the check in where you are offered a drink like bottle water or coffee to getting X-Rays all the way to the cleaning where you are in a clean room with comfortable chairs and even flat screen TVs you are treated with tremendous respect and with the customer service you have come to expect in a retail setting but rarely find at a doctors office.If you live or work in the area I highly recommend giving this place a shot, hell I live in town and found this place by accident when I was working in the area and went right when they opened and have been going ever since.

I was looking for a place where I could feel secure and Vivid Dental is that place. Dr. Harpalani is very dedicated, and you will love the place!

I may not have the straightest teeth, or the whitest, but they are damn clean on one side, all thanks to Dr. Harpalani at Vivid Dental. Work brought me to this side of town, so I scheduled a long overdue visit to get checked out. And when I say long overdue... I mean no flossing, 10 cavities, cracked fillings, Waffle House yellow lookin overdue.The office is very nice - a little modern yet intimate at the same time. They use advanced equipment and keep everything very sanitary. The paperwork was as quick and painless as my deep cleaning (Hah!). I hadnt been to the dentist for quite some time, but Dr. Harpalani made it very easy for me, explaining each step of the process and showing me the wreck that was my mouth. The office assistant and I set up a dental plan and broke it down into visits. Although I took a late appointment, he offered to stay a little late to give me a deep cleaning rather than just the regular cleaning Id scheduled. After I clean the left side of your mouth, youll be begging to come back, he claimed. I scoffed at first, but after copious amounts of dental anesthesia, a lot of drilling, and a little drooling, I realized that he was right. There was a noticeable difference between the now clean left side of my smile, and the funkified right side.Dr. Harpalani was very gentle, making sure I felt no pain with the anesthesia injection. He and his assistant both made sure that I was as comfortable as possible - so comfortable at times that I nearly fell asleep during the drilling! I actually look forward to my next dental appointment so that I can fix the right side of my messed up grill. Thanks Vivid Dental!
