I have been going to this location for at least 3 years for a psychiatry and primary care. The staff up front are so amazing. Letci and Niki are extremely professional, polite, understanding, always prepared, constantly working, their work ethic is incredible, and they do it with a smiling face. Major props to them for making me feel welcomed at every appointment. This is really important to me, because most psychiatric offices usually dont have such compassionate service. After years of being asked, I am finally coming around to writing a review for this great organisation. In particular, the Greenspoint location.From medical to dental to vision to pharmacy, this location has it all. Its a one stop shop!The care I have received over the years, for myself, not to mention my partner and family and friends that I have recommended at different locations has been phenomenal. The staff are kind and attentive, and the medical personnel knowledgeable, and for the most part, have wonderful bedside manners and take the time to answer questions and concerns.Now I have to give my highest praise to the medical PCSs at the front desk, who go above and beyond to organise, control and manage reception, the waiting area, man the phones and scheduling for the Greenspoint location. Niki and Letci, youre the best!If ever I had a need for an emergency appointment or needed information or an issue resolved, I have gone to them.They are also very sweet and keep it light and fun when it can be hard in certain situations.Overall, I love coming here and I would recommend it to anyone. St. Hope Foundation is my go to for all things health related, including, recently, dental. I love all of the dental staff. Julissa at the front desk, always makes me feel at ease with her beautiful smile and she always remembers my name. Dr. Harris & Dr. Roppa are kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Their assistants, Irma and Le always make sure that I am comfortable and we have a great report. I’m so grateful to have found St. Hope. If you are looking for a compassionate health community where people care, you should definitely give them a call.

I MUST give a huge shoutout to Nicole, Dr. Harris, Irma, Amanda, Joshua, and Julissa for their care for their own co-worker. It is pretty inconvenient to seek dental care outside of work, due to other life demands. I came for my initial visit and three weeks later, they have spent countless hours at the end of their day to provide me with optimum Dental care. Joshua, Julissa diligently chased me around to collect payment, get me setup as I was still finishing daily tasks. They reminded me that we are family and we take care of our own as we do the patients. I have not a single complaint from any of the dental services, and I am even more appreciative of the sacrifices they all made to take care of me. I am supercharged about my oral health and ensuring that I take care of me teeth! St Hope Foundation has let their service and level of care drop over the last couple years and it is awfull. Youre more than just a number to them... Youre a dollar signBe prepared for them to charge the state for as many services as they can, but dont expect anything from it. Ive scheduled visits with my PCP and they add on these superfluous appointments. The health care professional takes one step in the room and does a fast 180 back out... I hardly call that a billable visit... But they do.Be prepared for your main appointment to be cancelled due to their ever changing and deteriorating confirmation policy. All of my friends that have utilized St Hopes services have experienced very frustrating scheduling issues.Why can they confirm and expect me to be at appointments I didnt ask for but then cancel the one I need and took off work for? Very inconsistent policy and procedures.Id encourage everyone to find a different health care option if you can. And if you cant then Im very sorry and hope you have a better experience than so many before you.

I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend couple weeks ago and he raved at how awesome the staff, nurses and doctors all made him feel very comfortable at the Sugar Land location. Well I also needed to go in a see a doctor so I contacted St. Hope. They only had an appointment in Greens Point and I didn’t mind the drive. Everyone there was amazing!! They take the time to go over everything in detail with you. It’s super affordable for people like myself and my boyfriend who don’t have insurance! My visit was exceptional and look forward to coming back for all different health needs!! Oh and the prices at their pharmacy will beat anywhere else!!! I was a new dental patient and did not feel a welcoming environment at the Greenspoint Location. I walked to the counter and one employee said hello very softly with a partial smile. I stood there thinking one of the was going to say may I help you? But to no avail they did not. I looked down and noticed a self check in and proceeded to check myself in. After I checked in I took a seat. I was called to the front and the receptionist tried to get me to pay $40 for an exam because I had one at another dentist last year. I told her that is not correct because my plan starts over January 1. I also asked her if the $40 exam was a sliding fee. She got an attitude and said it is and if I don’t have itI can reschedule. I told her to calm down because I am just simply asking and her response was I AM CALM! I told her never mind and I left. I went to another dentist and I was told I do not have to pay for an exam because I am covered for that because my benefits started over at the first of the year. I guess she was going to pocket my $40. Not! I went elsewhere and was treated with respect. If you don’t like your job do something else Sis!

Was very nervous going to.this location because of what neighbors told me about Greenspoint. However we needed an urgent care dental evaluation and St Hope was recommended by UT Dental School.Getting thru by phone takes patience because it takes multiple attempts, being put 9n hold & sometimes getting hung up.on. Similar to Legacy, another community health providerFacility was modern and looked brand new. All.patients and staff were masked. Security in parking lot. We had no safety concerns at Greenspoint; just worried for nothing.We had a ton of questions since it was our 1st time at St Hope. Clerk, dental tech and dentist were very patient and kind.Explained what they found which was different than what our referral said. (Wrong teeth)They accept private and public insurance. For the uninsured; they offer sliding scale fee schedule if you qualify & bring all the documentation.Switched to Bellaire office for 2nd appt. They were supposed to forward dental xrays but Bellaire dentist never received. Maybe because we were lucky to get appt the next day..so there wasnt enough time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all the staff members I encountered today. It was my first visit. Letci was my receptionist. She explained everything clearly and helped me through all the paperwork. My case manager is Neda and she was awesome. She offered me options and helped me pick which were best for me. Ive been seeing the same Dentists Dr. Wilkins and dental assistant Ms.Tracenia And I must say they are a great team. Ive been to a lot of places in the past for some work and this dentist have been the most professional and gentle dentist I Came across. For appointments theyre always on time to start the work. They will explain what work needs to be done and what they are performing. So to make a long story short when you find a team that works You stick with them. And I dont remember the young lady name at the front counter but she is awesome We give each other a hard time but its all good lol

I absolutely love this place. The moment you walk inside youre greeted by the wonderful receptionists Niki and Tierney. They are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. The upbeat and professional attitudes are what keeps me coming back. However, the parking is extremely mediocre. If this lovely place gave me my own personal parking space, theyd be THE top notch, exquisite healthcare facility. But until then, theyre just ST. HOPE, WHERE YOURE MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER.... (But not a parking spot)

Im in terrible pain right now due to the worst dental experience Ive ever had. The dentist was aggressive and treated me like a dog by grabbing me by the inside of my mouth and shoving a needle in my mouth. The whole procedure was traumatizing and extremely painful. On top of that I was there to get my filling refilled and I feel like he did more damage. He was very unprofessional and I felt just like a unwanted patient. The dental assistant was not helpful either and the other patients were allowed to play loud music as we waited to be served. This place needs new management and better staff.

Angelica and Dr. Pharies as well as the other medical staff are a pleasure to work with; including the pharmacy staff. Dr Pharies is soft spoken but will help meet your needs and you’ll be comfortable. If there are any concerns with your medication etc he will ensure things are under control. The staff at St Hope have been nothing but cordial, professional and always interact, engage and communicate with their clients. This is Alonzo Foster. Ive been a patient of St. HOPE Greenspoint since 2016 and Letci, Nikki and all the ladies/staff always look out for me and always treat me like family when Im here. They always express a high level of care and white glove service.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Ms Nikki has been a wonderful help each and every time. Ive had a few issues here and there but she got me taken care none the less!...Here we are a year later and I can still say I feel the same way!! Ms. Priya and the entire St. Hope foundation has been an amazing help to my family and I. I thank you all so much!

I have been going to St Hope for a year now. I have had good encounters with all the employees. I especially like the fact that I do not have to wait for long periods of time to see the doctor and to get prescriptions filled. I would like to commend Ron and Justin from the pharmacy department for doing an excellent job and for their courtesy. I also would like to commend Niki, Ariel, Angelica, Tierney and Dr. Sheila from the medical and dental departments for making my visits there pleasant ones.

Very helpful and nice people have been coming here for the last few years and I must say I have always been satisfied with help they provide me Ms Niki and Ms Letci and Ms Angelica thank y’all a lot

Awesome and amazing very clean, nice price are fair , dr’s are very caring and the best part is when you walk in and Niki knows every person by name.

So far it has been a great experience. I think everything is going to work out right with me! I recently moved to the state of Texas from Michigan and I have now found my medical home! Great staff, especially Candice and Nikki! I absolutely recommend that anyone in need of medical attention to come here.

My appt was at 9:45 was taken right in with Bernardo he was very quick and nice and friendly! Now I will be able to see lol Thank you once again
