Not only this location but even the website AND the 1-800 number. I have been trying to pay SCU for my parents credit card. I am trying to GIVE them money and no one will take it. This is ridiculous. I have the statement in front of me, correct names and address......and still they do NOT want to take my money. Tried going through the drive through and NO.... still will NOT take our payment. I work 9-5 and cant take off work just to get there before 5. Do not use SFCU. Terrible!!

The staff at Shell federal credit union are amazing and welcoming ! They reassured that we would be attended to and the wait was not long at all ! I went in to open up a checking and savings account and see about refinance and Ashley made the process so well thorough and pleasant ! I’m so glad I made the decision to bank with them !

Wouldn’t dispute a valid fraudulent charge. I gave them a piece of my mind. In return the started doing 7 day business holds on my checks including a U.S. Treasury tax refund!!!!! After banking with them 2 YEARS! Opened a new account somewhere else and had my Treasury check immediately. The staff is immature and petty and need a new babysitter before they completely destroy the bank from having ANY customers. Every time I went in there was always a displeased client inside... once a client who stand in line trashing them talking about closing account after 15 years and now I’ve experienced why.

Not helpful at all, I had to leave messages repeatedly that were not returned.

If you want to make deposits in the atm for upcoming bills you’re out of luck.

Today, My closest friend and I came in to solve an issue with check recently deposited. Yvonne, thoroughly helped my friend and made his day. I was pleased to see this and glad for my friend. I am now considering banking with Shell Federal Credit Union and again, Yvonne did a great job solving the issue and assisting.

The atm deposit is always full or out of order. Considering that the bank is so hard to come by you would think that they would pay better attention to the ability of their customers being able to access their money. Especially at night when the tellers are not open. We needed to pay our rent and ended up having to pay several service and late fees due the atm not being accessible for days.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Worst bank ever let alone credit union!

I recently refinanced my loan with Shell and received exceptional service from Jennifer Perez at this location. So far Im happy with Shell!

Tried to refinance my truck. Was declined due to mileage yet I was asked aseveral preliminary questions including mileage so before you pull my credit, your peoples should know if it will get declined or not based on the questions asked or check before hand. My experience has only been a waste of time and has resulted in lowering my credit score more than 10 points.

Great Bank. Were been with them for 7 years now. They have helped when things got tight. Claudia has been so helpful on all of our loans.

Worst banking experience of my entire life. They serve popcorn to make you feel welcome but they actually hate you and are pretty much guaranteed to ruin your credit with any Auto or personal loans you take out with them. Because they never seem to know the difference when I tell them how much to put in each account. Just be aware if you come here its always opposite day so watch out or else your credit will easily be ruined. Never step foot in here I beg you. I promise you will hate your life afterwords.

WORST BANK EVER!! They shouldnt even be considered a credit union they work like a regular bank. A bunch of hidden fees and 1 ATM that doesnt ever work. The people inside are so freaking slow if you get there and theres 2 people in front of you be ready to wait 30-40 minutes to be helped. The ATM is out of order at least 2 times a week and sometime lasts days. They claim they will reimburse ATM fees... they dont! The customer service is terrible and they have had 2 security breaches since Ive been with them Ive only been with them 7 months. That seems like they are probably not a safe bank. I will be canceling and switching banks!

Went in to replace my husband and my debit cards because they were peeling and get my online log in fixed. The Receptionist was extremely rude! Obviously incapable of multitasking. Began telling her that I would also need help with gaining access to viewing my account online, she shushed me and told me she was doing the cards first. A cartoon was playing a song in the background and I tapped my nails to the music maybe 10 seconds before she told me, a 37 year old woman to stop tapping my nails. I am in customer service and I can assure you if I heard one of my employees treating a customer this way there would be disiplanary action. I have been with Shell for well over 15 years and now have every intention on finding a new Credit Union.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Went to open joint accounts with my wife. No one in front of us and waited 35-40 minutes without being seen. We walked out never to return. This place is a joke.

I went here trying to get a loan for a vehicle trying to recover from hurricane Harvey and they gave me a secure loan that I cant touch until I pay for it after I told them I lost my home belongings and car. Horrible service. I never thought a credit union would do something like this, I expected this from Chase. Do not go to Claudia. Fair warning

Horrible experience. We were approved at another location but went to Bay Area instead cause it’s closer. Talked to Victoria and she was unwilling to help, even AFTER getting approved. Do not recommend this location. Will be doing our business elsewhere.

Yesterday i opened an account here. i asked for direct deposit information to give it to my employer & also i discussed with branch manager about my upcoming some settlement money. then branch manager printed out direct deposit information to give to my employer. i came home just went thru the printout she gave me she has typed my routing number correctly but name & account number was different. i was in shock. went back to bank again inquired the front desk lady she directed me to another banker then she printed out with correct information. be careful with branch manger & check everything they do. nobody should go thru what i went thru

This bank is always understaffed and extremely slow moving. If you need to do anything other than use the drive through ATM plan to be there for a good hour.

Hate the phone service , been trying to call the bank and crazy alex just saying press 1, for this, press 2 for that !! Never got connected

Have been with the credit union for over 3 years now. and as time goes on the customer service gets worse and worse. they changed their system so now I can never log into my online account without having to reset my password and since the recovery email NEVER comes, I have to sit on hold for 15 MINUTES, just to change my password to check my bank account.seriously considering finding a new credit union.
