This a truly a great place to get banking services! Michelle R in the Park Ten office did an amazing job today and was able to answer all of my questions and complete the end to end application process. She was quick and efficient by getting answers to my questions within minutes. She involved the decision makers early in the process and got the job done within 30 minutes. Thanks Michelle! We will be back in the future.

I really enjoy going to this location every week. Blanca is there every morning with a big smile on her face to greet and help me. Christian and Tanner are always happy to help with anything I need too! The security is also a cool guy.

Michelle Ryba helped us get a loan with a lower interest rate than other places while still keeping our monthly payments low. Communication was top notch and everything was handled on time. She answered all my questions as I was new to the loan process.I really like their text message option as I am usually very busy throughout the day and oftentimes unable to make a call.Five star service for sure.

Ive been with FSCU since 2019 when they financed me my very first 2015 ford mustang, recently the motor on the car blew and i was stuck paying for a car i no longer drive, i was stressing day in and out, until i had the guts to reach out to FSCU and got a hold of MICHELLE RYBA in the Park Ten office, she has been excellent. got me into a new vehicle with a excellent rate considering my situation, and also helped get my wife into a new vehicle, if youre thinking of buying a new car and need a credit union or more specifically a auto loan advisor PLEASE ask for MICHELLE shes amazing she is my go to person next time i decide to trade out or decide to add to my debt haha Thank you MICHELLE RYBA!

I highly recommend getting a loan over the phone if you don’t have the time to hop online. I Inquired about a loan during a branch visit and had a loan officer reach out to me during the hours I requested. I highly recommend Michelle Ryba because she was super sweet and efficient. Explained everything and provided me options. Plus they have great rates.

First Service Credit Union is Awesome. I had fraud on my account and called the Credit Union at 6:00 to report it and cancel my card to my surprise they were open and took care of it immediately. Then I went into the Spring Cypress location the next day to get a new debit card and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Lina. She was Fantastic. Took care of me, addressed me by my name which made me feel so good and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I felt so good leaving that branch. This is the very meaning of Member Service and what a Credit Union is all about “For the Members”. Love this place.

I transferred both vehicles to this credit union with liability insurance and everything was okay and the process was completed March 26th 2021. 4 months later I get an email stating I will be charged extra for not having full coverage so I immediately change it to full coverage. Those 4 months cost me $14,000 in insurance charges to both vehicles from their 3rd party. This is robbery!!!!

Absolute worst customer service ive experienced in my life. Everyone is so rude not willing to help. Its like pulling teeth to get any help. Calling the customer service line is even worse everyone has such a bad attitude not willing to help. I will be moving my business elsewhere after years of bad service. Dont waste your time here find a bank that actually knows customer service skills.

Cant seem to figure out how to fix their apps. Second time in two weeks I cannot check my bank account because they are having technical difficulties. They just smile at you on the phone and blow smoke up your rear. This bank needs accountability and there is none. FSCU! FIX YOUR STUFF!

My loan officer is Raul Cortes and I have been working with him for over a year now. He is great and has always taken care of my family with our loan needs! I highly recommend you going and seeing him at the West Sam Houston location!! we are very happy being members at the Credit Union and will recommend all our friends and family there! Have been a member of this Credit Union for a number of years and cant say enough great things about the staff here! All the benefits of banking that we expect but with the personal touch that is missing from traditional big name financial institutions. Loan Officer Yuri G. is a rock star! I havent worked with anyone more diligent, professional and pleasant than she is! Dont all rush over and ask for her now...

Just spoke with Leara and she was the worst. Unfortunately we have been with this credit union for years but we are going to be changing that really soon. This Credit Union steals from your account and they have liars working there. We had been advised about 6 years ago to leave this institution by a financial advisor (the statement that made was “ your bank is stealing from you” “y’all should change”)but again because we have been with them for so long we did not listen but that will change and soon. The advisor was not self-serving and did not work for a bank but after going over all of our accounts, even with another Credit Union that only has Savings accounts only, changing from this place was strongly suggested, so to anyone looking for this place to be their bank, Don’t,,,,,Honesty, Integrity, customer Loyalty and Satisfaction mean absolutely nothing to FSCU.RESPONSE TO RESPONSE:First I don’t know who Mrs. A is. Second, you did not help me in anyway and third this poor excuse for a response must have been created by a robot, which confirms my original post. Anyway, Navy Federal here we come!!!

I have been with FSCU going on 3years. Had excellent experience. Had a chance to work with the loan officer Ghizal Askaryar. I cannot thank her enough to work with me on my loans by going above and beyond to resolve my problems. Shes responsible, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have not been ever let down by her. My experience is great. App works flawlessly. However, I will definitely want the app which was introduced for a short period of time to be back. I know I can always count on FSCU and Ghizal to all my needs.

Call Center has no patience with the members and have terrible attitudes. Honestly, how do you have fabulous in person member services but horrible phone skills? Don’t get me wrong, I love FSCU and believe that the products are A-1 along with the personal relationships you build within the BRANCHES. However, if I run into another impatient, stubborn, seemingly deaf call center agent over the phone, I will personally look for Dave and hand him a stack of resumes of people who would love to replace the current call center staff. Where’s Michael Skye? That boy shows love for each and every member that comes through Katy Branch. His display of service even with an upset member makes coming to the Branch worthwhile. Usually the line is long and the wait can be tedious but no one seems to mind because the great service starts as soon as you come through the doors. Member services should be just as worthwhile over the phone as they are in person. It would benefit if they sent the call center agents to train at the branches.

I no longer reside in Houston, but still have you as my bank. Ive had this account over a year... Terrible customer service not noting the account. I requested replacement card 6/22 said it didnt entered until 6/28 didnt out till 7/3 still havent received it.I could go on.....
