I came in today to file a dispute for a company that was withdrawing from my account multiple times without me knowing. Scott U. The website says if you’re trying to obtain a new account for a child to call them for assistance. The first time I called someone answered fairly quick but then said “hello” and then immediately hung up! I didn’t even have a chance to respond. So i called back.. waited for almost 10 minutes and then when someone finally picked up they didnt even greet me they just hung up. Guess I’ll have to get an account elsewhere....

I visited this Sam houston pkwy location. Daniel the branch Manager was so professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

Yovani Martinez was very helpful in helping me understand my loan application process. He was very patient and made sure to answer all my questions along the way.

One of the worst establishments Ive ever dealt with!! They charge you fees and they cant even explain why they charge you! The customer service is absolutely awful!

None of the atm work it has been like this for the past 4 months they should just close the branch permanently .

Both ATMs are down and the branch is closed. Need to update if we cannot do business here.

Its closed for remodeling until late October, no heads up given on here.
