🚩🚩THIS PLACE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!! I’m giving this place a 1 star because I went there for a regular check up…The dentist tells me that I have 7 cavities and will need 2 crowns on 2 of my teeth and a deep cleaning because my gum pockets were clogged badly. She LIED. I went to Supreme Dentistry on San Felipe & they said I only had 2 cavities & needed a regular cleaning. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money! They wanted me to pay $2939 out of my pocket for extra things not needed.

The best place I choose for my treatment and this is my first time visit made fantastic. All the staff was very amazing and helpful in answering all my queries. My special thanks to manager Perla for helping with my insurance and making the appointments flexible as per my schedule. I definitely recommend for great service with awesome people.

The entire staff was very friendly and nice. Perla went above and beyond assisting me with New Patient registration, scheduling my next appointment, and answering questions. She offered reassurance and made me feel comfortable for our upcoming procedure.

It was a fantastic visit! Perla at the front was super helpful and caring, while Dr. Hoang was very knowledgeable and was able to verify my issues. They are very helpful, especially with taking me in last minute! They’re very great, super recommend!

Came in for the first time.. front desk was very helpful with my insurance. The doctor really takes her time when doing procedures and treatment. The manager (Perla) is very understanding and willing to help in any way she can. Felt a drastic change after cleaning.. can’t wait for my next 6mo appointment!

I went in for a cleaning earlier this month and had to update my insurance information. Last minute the office manager suggesred an extra add on service that wasnt covered my insurance.I agreed because I was told it was necessary before surgery.Once the xrays were set up and my out of pocket payment was taken , the hygienist and assistant start fumbling with the water/suction because it suddenly wasnt working- this should have been a huge red flag already.Because I was in pain and desperate, I had an extraction scheduled for earlier last week. Up until 10 minutes before the surgery nobody was able to tell me how much of the bill i would be responsible for.I had to ask the oral surgeons receptionist to check for me (she was hesitant to do) and insisted I pay almost 3k. She finally did get on the phone and my insurance confirmed coverage. 🙄The surgery itself went fine.After surgery, Ive had a hard time reaching the oral surgeon or anyone. I called the call center for more information and requested a call back. (3 hrs after) I received a call back from someone from the call center who wouldnt let me finish asking a question, caught an attitude, and when I asked for a name I got hung up on.Im honestly really disappointed because I have been coming to this location with no problems for about a year now, but after these last two visits Id recommend you to run away and spend your money where you will receive quality care and not bad attitudes and run arounds.

I went this morning to have a tooth looked at, thinking Id need a root canal or filling or something... I never expected that theyd want to extract the tooth. Im 40 years old and HATE the dentist more than most and had a mini breakdown in the exam room and, I apologize for not remembering the names of the dr and assistant but THEY WERE SOOOOOOOO PATIENT, KIND AND UNDERSTANDING, WOW... would recommend to everyone!

I love this dental office. I am new to Houston and needed to find an office ASAP and this was the perfect clinic. Amazing from beginning to end. The front desk and manager were very polite and welcoming. The assistants were well knowledge and were efficient with taking my x-rays. The dentist and the hygienist were very nice and explained everything with great detail. Loved my experience here and recommend this clinic to anyone who’s interested.

This was our second visit for our kiddo, in July 2020 - mid-pandemic. We returned to Lovett Piney Point after the ease of and prompt care during our initial experience. We decided to cancel in-person after observing upon arrival, two staff walking about chatting and preparing for their day without masks, against best practice, against the recommendation of public health officials, and in violation of a current state mandate for all businesses. Mostly I am disappointed a medical establishment treating kids was lax when it came to protecting the health of its patients. Because of this, we will not return.

I love this place to do my cleaning every six months. The staff are so nice and they take care of each little detail. They will tell me exactly what I need that day and will tell you how much I will need to pay before doing any procedure. I highly recommend this place

Dr. Kenneth Rosario does sloppy work. I now have to visit an endodontic specialist for the root canal he did because I have an abscess. Please stay away and find a Dentist that is well recommended.

I must first admit that I am terrified of the dentist. However walking in I was greated with smiling faces and they were more than willing to answer all my questions. I went in because I was experiencing pain and it turned out that I needed a root canal. The dentist was very polite and explained what he was doing throughout the entire process, the office manager explained everything that I needed to get done and helped my prioritize what needed to be done immediately as I would have to pay some. Overall very wonderful experience.

I was impressed the first time I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. I thought I knew the Lady. The message left on my voicemail was so friendly and warm. I was more impressed when I worked into the office. Every body had a smile on their faces.I have been trying to extract my tooth for 7 years but ended up with 03 failed root canals. All the dental offices I visited during those years only wanted to have money in their pocket. They did not have my well being in mind. All they wanted was to have me pay their expensive equipments.I was really happy with my visit at the Westheimer office of Lovett Dental. Thank you for helping me understand that there are still doctor offices out there who have patients interest in mind. I can write a book for my visit and I hope they will be my dentist as long as possible. I will let all my friends and family know what service I received here. Once again thank you.

Do not trust the reviews your finding here. This place is scum. Dentist tried to tell me that I “needed” cosmetic veneers and that I could get a good deal of 8 veneers for $6,000. I told him no since they’re cosmetic. He tried to sell me on them 4 more times while I was still in the office. He even went as far as to say, “Don’t worry about money. I’ve found that when you need it, it will come to you. You’ll find a way to get it.”Now I’m going back and forth between their office and my insurance company over additional charges they’ve placed on me but they didn’t submit to the insurance company. Just trying to get every dollar out that they can. Do not trust this office

The staff was nice. But the dentist and staff need to communicate much better with the parent of the child getting any procedures or treatments done. I made an appointment for my son because his bottom left tooth was slightly loose and his permanent tooth was visible behind it. So that left bottom tooth needed to be pulled. When we arrived for the appointment, I mentioned to the pediatric dentist that his top left tooth was also slightly loose, but I couldn’t view if his permanent tooth is there yet. She said they will take an X-ray.After an X-ray taken, me and my son went back to the examination room. Pedi dentist viewed X-ray and physically examined my son’s teeth. She shook the top tooth that I mentioned. Then said yes we will take out the two teeth.After teeth were pulled, my son had two white foam cylinder things in his mouth. When I arrived home, we took out the two foam things out and rinsed his mouth. That’s when I noticed that his two bottom teeth were out; and nothing from the top. I got very worried thinking ‘did they take out the wrong tooth’?I called them immediately and they said that they got the right two teeth out but the pediatric dentist assumed the front desk girl who gets the consent told me it was the bottom two teeth that are going to be pulled.The pediatric dentist and front desk consent person did not communicate and inform properly which two teeth are going to be pulled. When you know the mother or parent comes in telling you something specific about which teeth, please be clear and specific about everything.Communication is the key. We cannot read other people’s minds. I wanted to write this review so that in the future this does not happen again.

I needed a tooth extraction for a partially erupted wisdom tooth, and Dr.Rosario made the entire procedure fast, easy and completely painless. He numbed my gums, and told me Id feel a little pressure as he removed the tooth, but I felt nothing the entire time. Honestly one of the best dentist and dental offices Ive ever been to.

I initially came to Lovett Dental to replace 3 crowns installed by my previous dentist that had failed. I received several estimates for the work and this was the most affordable. Also, the new crowns look great.

Had a really good experience with this dental office. The remodeling is absolutely beautiful, and Ms. Abigail the office manager was very sweet and explained everything to me. My dentist, Mr. Rosario was very patient and gentle throughout my root canal and wisdom teeth extraction which can be a very scary process if not handled properly. He had me smiling and laughing throughout my visit and I left feeling like my money had been well spent. I will be back.

I have been coming here for years and now that my kids are older, I brought them here too! The most notable thing for me is that Dr Rosario and the staff are very concerned about making the experience comfortable and pain-free. Still dont love GOING to the dentist, but I love this dentist!

I had rather large, impacted wisdom teeth that just kind of snuck up on me (they were small the last time I got an x-ray at my old dentists!) Plus they were growing in sideways, so they hadnt surfaced. This made extraction pretty difficult. The Dr. got them out with as much finesse as one could given the situation. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand and while extracting, so there were no surprises or concerns. Needless to say, I was a little fidgety/stressed out. Its not a pleasant procedure no matter how you look at it, even if the tooth fairy herself is performing it. The assistant saw this and asked me if I wanted to hold her hand. That was so sweet of her! Hand holding is the best anesthetic. Very sweet and compassionate team all around

The dentist at this location was great, he left. I was overcharged by approximately $1000 because they put in the wrong insurance information. A month later and Im STILL trying to get my money back

Their job is to try to fool you to purchase whatever they can offer you. The minute they find that you’re not interested in their beauty products, you loose their interest. I felt like money making opportunity to them, not a human that needs help. The doctor was very unprofessional. The worst experience ever!

I’ve never been happier with a dentist! Which is saying a lot, considering I have some dental anxiety. I had a cleaning a few weeks ago which went great. So easy and thorough. This morning, I had a wisdom teeth extraction. I was so anxious and nauseous about the procedure. The doctor was SO kind, talking me through everything. He was done in 5 minutes, and home, I’m pain and swelling free. The staff care about their patients so they recommend treatment plans that can be pricey, but they’re far from pushy. I’m proud to call them my dentist and love every experience here, starting right when you walk in the door

Dr. Nguyen answered all my questions and the hygienist was gentle.Updated Review 7/22/2021: Wife just left crying with our son after waiting 2 hours & no service. We just left. Their response when we asked how long it would be.....any second now. We will be paying more for PPO from HMO. Yes it was that bad. The same receptionist forgot to give us ortho surgeon for an appointment 2 months ago. Then dentist grills us why we didnt follow-up. Our fault for not hounding them for every day for surgeons contract info that they promised to provide in order to follow-up on their dentists recommendation. Yes, we had an emergency appointment made the same morning and had to reschedule for later that day. Just be honest if we are to wait for no-shows in order to be seen. Please dont tell us that we will be seen in one second when we have to wait 2 hours later and then finally you told the truth that we may not be seen that day. What a waste of time. Pediatrician dentist only available 1 day a week. Otherwise youll have to schedule at their other locations and move your primary dental care there. What a headache.The first time I went here, they heavily pushed invisible braces. Fine I just dealt with it and thought yea, thats what dentist do. My teeth are beyond fine (like people have asked if I ever had braces, I have not), swept it under the rug. Then when I tried to make an appointment, their online appointment system wasnt working. Calling only gets through on certain times/days. Some staff dont wear masks. We are never going here again. I think they may be too large to provide proper service.SUMMARY: Young son needed tooth extracted. Booked emergency appointment. Waited 2 hours, lied to about when hell be seen, & LEFT after receiving no service. Left crying. DO NOT GO HERE or POSSIBLY ANY LOVETT DENTAL!

I took my 8 month old son here recently. The facility was very clean and the front desk receptionist was friendly and informative. My son saw Dr. Jennifer Perez who was very quick and through. The first time I came here was on a Friday afternoon. I was in excruciating pain. To say this was an emergency was an understatement. While nobody else was willing to take me at such late notice they provided me with excellent service. The dentist at the time was pregnant. I came to her a few times and loved her. However her replacement, once she left on maternity leave, was eh. He wasnt bad but I liked her more. The office manager is outstanding. Overall its been a very good experience and the dentist is good. If they had the dentist they used to have I would rate them excellent.

I really felt comfortable during my root canal procedure. Although I am not fond of having dental work done I felt very at ease thanks to Dr. Rosario and his staff during my visit. I am very glad that I switched to a new dentist. The prices are very reasonable compared to prices of the private dentist that I had been going to. I love the convenience of the location. It takes me less than 10 minutes to drive there after work for my scheduled appointments. I wish I had chosen Lovett dental a long time ago.

Good quick visit: not too painful and I wasnt given the usual cash register pressure of trying to get hundreds of dollars of work done.

I went there and got a cavity filled. Left with another pain in another tooth. They ruined my other tooth somehow. It hurts. You did something to a good tooth that wasnt having nerve pain. I left and my tooth had something go wrong. A completely different tooth. It was a good tooth before. Dont contact me Lovett dental. I wont go back to you or talk to you ever. They offered the ONLY reasonable pricing we could find for an impacted wisdom tooth / molar extraction. Procedure took no more than 15 minutes under local numbing with ZERO PAIN!!! Very thankful to finally be free after two months of suffering and searching for options. I could care less if they dont dust their office often enough or whatever, they saved me from a medical and financial disaster. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this location for over 4 years now. Even though I have moved to the other side of town, I still make my appointments here. The staff here all make me smile and laugh from the time I come through the door, to the time I leave. They know my name, and theyre glad I came. They are the hart of this business. Dr. Rosario extracted my wisdom teeth and he was amazing! During the procedure he was gentle and kept me informed what was going on/how I was doing the whole time. I was pretty nervous before going in, but he did a very good job of calming me down and making me feel comfortable, at ease. (I picked this doctor for that reason -- my cousin recommended him because she said he was very gentle and patient). I didnt have any issues with recovery, I didnt swell at all (although they tell you this depends on each person).I should also note that I was unsure about using local anesthesia instead of sedation. I am very happy that my mom convinced me to do it without sedation - the procedure wasnt long at all (about 30 mins, max?) and I was out and about the next day.
