These 5 stars are for Gabby!! She made the experience very comfortable. Especially after my daughter had a bad experience when she went in alone and was given different information about pulling her teeth before or after placing her braces.. they told her she didn’t need teeth pulled and put the braces on and then turned around and said she needed teeth pulled after they put the braces on..when she questioned why she was given this incorrect information the guy who was a aid rudely walked away from her very disrespectfully causing my daughter to come home crying..I told her that I would go back up there with her because I thought maybe he had a PROBLEM but he wasn’t there. My daughter appt was at 9 the doctor didn’t show up until after 10am and he didn’t pull her teeth until about 11:10am. When I asked about antibiotics he argued with me she didn’t need it and pain medicine.. after going back in forth he finally agreed to giving her pain medicine..we picked this office because it’s in my daughters work insurance network…she works hard and pays for insurance and you would think people would treat young hard workers like they do older people. But Gabby did a wonderful job holding my daughter hand while getting her teeth pulled. My daughter said she made the experience worth it. She needs to be rewarded!

Very cool place nice clean service. The couches in the waiting room are realy comfortable, I almost fell asleep. They have a Christian radio station playing in the background. Realy nice relaxing stay. Chill atmosphere. Very nice attendants

I walked into this office 2 weeks ago as a new patient and after listening to how the office manager communicated with the staff I decided not to offer this office my business. Jennifer kindly walked up to me to gather my information and she apologized for the inconvenience, very nice girl very put together as well as the other girls in the front. This manager should be fired that is not the right way to communicate to anyone. Over all 5 stars to office being clean and friendly staff.

I give this place 5 stars because staff is very friendly specially the dental assistant Jay. She truly made my experience here wonderful. She was kind and friendly very attentive to me. I came in for a cleaning, she was so gentle with me. 100% recommended that when going to bella ask for Jay.

I have never on my life witnessed something so unprofessional! I was inside the room with my kid when I heard the manager big white lady called a young lady the B word I believe she was a worker she had scrubs on ! What type of management is that. I will never ever take my kid again to that clinic Disgusting most definitely calling corporate.Disgusting! Be kind and i hope the manager see this !

This place Bella Dental, excellent service and good attention, my kids love to come here.One of the best things here is when your son/daughter are done with their cleaning they sometimes give you toys or a McDonalds meal!!!

If I could give 0 to this place I would, my son really needed help with the Orthodontist and I know for fact the Medicaid do not help if the the case is cosmetic but this case was a medical issue, Ms. Kelly told me that she was going to send the request to Medicaid and she not only didnt send it but she lied to me saying that she send it twice, then I contacted Medicaid again and they said they never tried to send it again. I am so disappointed at this place because they dont care about nothing but the money. They make you think they will help you but they dont do it. Medicaid told me that if the doctor send the request saying its a medical need they will cover the whole treatment, but of course bella dental will send a note saying that its not and will get the money out of your pocket. You are the worst dental clinic ever and Ms. Kelly is a Liar.

This was the best service hands down. Miranda and Jocelyn were great they were so polite and helpful. I called for a walk in appointment because I was in so much pain and Miranda made sure I was able to see the doctor today!! The other staff were also attentive and helpful!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRACES!! the orthodontist here are students when they finish school they leave!! I was going here 5 years for a 18 month braces treatment. My teeth were not horrible I just had a few spaces. Every few years I would get a new doctor who thought of a different way to treat my spaces. I didn’t have dental insurance So I chose them for the cheap price. You really do get what you pay for! Also one of the dental assistance shaved the corners of my teeth for no good reason and now they look horrible! Every time I look at my rounded teeth I remember how horrible my experience at this office was!

I love how the office has improved.. New manager is very sweet and helpful, you can tell that she cares about her patients .. Its a very clean office and front desk are very nice and welcoming.. i had the best experience when i went and will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends ... thank you Bella Dental ... also assistants are very nice and courteous..!!!

However I noticed in my last visit they have a new manager, Josseline, and i can definitely feel a different atmosphere and a more friendly office environment with a staff willing to help and meet peoples needs. I dont like giving bad reviews but this is the worst place ever & I would give 0 stars if I had that option. I took my babies here as new patients, the dentist only stuck a toothbrush in their mouth for 3 seconds and nothing else after waiting for almost an hour. Not to mention the horrible waiting room with the huge cement water fountain that is deep and empty! Hate for a child to fall in there in a split second, you never know, just doesnt make sense as to why that is in there. Seems extremely hazardous, especially while youre filling out a book of paperwork. Dirty floors, dirty sofas and you would think during a pandemic like this one they would be cleaning properly but no! There were no other patients there, they scheduled me at 5:30, I was there at 5:15. The receptionists are very rude and one gave me a crazy look like I was wrong for asking how much longer after already waiting for 45 minutes. An old white lady was staring me down because I kept making my son sit down with a firm voice. It was just horrible all around. When she tried scheduling my next appointment I had to let it be known I will definitely not be coming back!

Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time and still didnt see the dentist even though I was early. The room had hair on the floor and a long black hair on the little suction thingy. Then I noticed a suture on the ground. Freaking disgusting!!! Once I noticed that I couldnt get out of that place fast enough.

This Dentist office is the worst!!! They can’t keep staff and management is constantly changing. It’s a big scam all about MONEY! They give you one price at the beginning and when the treatment is almost paid out they tell you they’ll need additional money to continue treatment. I’ve paid over $145 For over 15 months, wires have only been changed twice throughout the treatment. You wait over a hour 1/2 before you are called to the back it’s horrible!!! They don’t know what they are doing, they’re just collecting money. If I were you I’ll continue searching. Dentist at Lincoln Green across the street is a much better Dentist and they a very knowledgeable and professional unlike Bella. Don’t waste your time or your money coming here!!!COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Horrible Service

I love Bella Dental on Veterans Memorial Dr. My experience with them was the best ever. Maritza is a tremendous asset to the practice because she was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Of course the others who work there are sweet, but I met Maritza first.I think there is no dentist in the world who can top Dr Sanjeev. He has the personality of a Saint; one can’t tell when there’s pain, because he calms your mouth with his gentleness. I will recommend this site to everyone I come in contact with.

The wait and process is steady and understandable. But I can only say one thing!!!!! THE WAIT IS SO WORTH IT!!! They have one of the best general doctors in town and the help has been so helpful, from the front to the back employees!!! I recommend this place 100%. Definitely referring all my friends and family!!!

Wait time was super long then what you would usually wait for an appt. Then after my daughter was seen, prepped and after 2 HOURS she wanted her to be SEDATED mind you she did fine on her sealing and cleaning. She just didnt want to do it, IT WAS A BUG WAIT OF TIME. If she didnt want to do it should of just said so. Then thought I was gonna wait for them til next month. WE WERE NEW PATIENTS HERE AND THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The manager Jackie, is awesome. She helped me with the entire paperwork process for my daughters braces, so that it was affordable and we were able to purchase. I definitely recommend this place.

They only had one Indian doctor and he new I could tell but they book as much patient as they can

Came in with pain in my tooth was super nervous because I needed a root canal and have seen that rct can be very pricey, but Maritza worked with me and gave me an AMAZING payment plan that made me feel super comfortable. I am new in Houston looking for a new dental office. I had happened to find this office online and decided to go check it out for myself. I can say it was a great experience!! The front desks were super friendly, the dental assistants were super gentle and the doctor (Dr. Sanjeev) was very professional. The treatment coordinator I believe his name was Christian? Gave me great prices for all the treatment I had to get done. If you’re looking for a great dentist with professional staff I recommend Bella Dental!!

I do not recommend this place. Front staff is very friendly but the people on the back, Lord. I had an implant and they gave me the wrong medicine. Dr. is rude, dental assistant is so rude and unprofessional.

If you’d like to waist one hour on waiting plus waist gas just so they can tell you they can’t see you after waiting an hour because they don’t accept your insurance or Medicaid even tho you have gave them your information a day ahead of your appointment. THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO GO TO!!!I literally gave, whom ever answered my call yesterday my information with all information and also let her know what type of Medicaid I had. I even asked that person if they accepted my Medicaid and she clearly said yes! Told her I had a pregnant women Medicaid plan, in which I know not all dental offices accept it main reason why I asked if THEY ACCEPTED IT. They did not call my Medicaid yesterday nor today, but till I got there to the office. Very unprofessional! If I provided my information a day ahead and them knowing they would be seeing me the following day. Then they should have all my benefits verified and ready to go and know that if they are in or out of network with my Medicaid plan before having me come to waist my gas, my time, and have me fill out a stack of papers.

The worst place ever. The customer service was awful! I was approved for care credit and they charged the amount approved immediately. I didn’t have a chance to receive the card first. Went back because some of the concrete that they used were on my teeth after the bridge was put in. The dentist asked me was it food. I’m sure that I know the difference and then the assistant poked my gum (bleeding)and I got up and left. No one called to see was I ok. I feel like the bridge could have been done better. They do not care! Worst experience ever. I will not recommend no one to go there.

First visit the dentist on duty couldnt/ didnt have the knowledge to treat me. Dentist that did preform the work half did the job, I was still in pain if not more after his work and my face stay swollen for 16 days. I went back he took an xray and said see the teeth is gone and here are the pins from the root canal on the other tooth, and basically put me out the office, he wouldnt give me anything for pain or try to exam in more detail to see if he missed something. I ended up going to a specialist that stated that the dentist that preformed my newest work didnt complete the job correctly. He didnt fully treat the root canal, the tooth next to ome with work needs a root canal also and I was never told that, then instead of giving me the same antibiotic over and over he should have given something stronger because the infection was still there after 2 rounds of antibiotics.I honestly wish I would have never came to this dentist office ......then its super hard almost impossible get an updated treatment plan and prices once I changed the treatment.Staff half try and help, talk to you rude if you ask to many questions.They make sure they get they money UP FRONT DOE

What a great experience at Bella dental, I have dentist phobia but they were so great to me when I came in for my wisdom tooth extraction, especially Maritza she was the sweetest even hold my hand while I was crying like a baby because of my fear... Only reason I will rate it 4 stars is because the rooms are very small. Other than that the lobby area is very spacious.The staff, well it depends who is there and the mood theyre in. For the most part, if theyre not exactly smiling they have been professional and respectful towards me which is perfect being Im not interested in anything more than good service to my children. It is a very reliable clinic. They have ALWAYS been able to see my children when Ive called to schedule for quick appointments. Ive been with them several years now and I have to say Im content. So, If you are there for the reason I am, I recommend this place. :)

My experience with my child here was absolutely awful. I would never bring my child back to this place. They had to put him strapped down to a board which Bruised his hands he was screaming in pain and agony and I had to ask the dentist to STOP what she was doing and leave, only to find somebody else to complete the work. not only that but she recommended extensive dental work when other places didn’t recommend as much. My experience other places was like heaven compared to this place. Not child friendly place. Dont take your kids here.

This place takes FOREVER! Once you’re call after 30 or so minutes to do the basics first (like pressure checking) they leave for 20 minutes. They’re not organized at all, some of them call other people that are attending you or your child and they have no choice then to leave their work half way and take another 20 minutes. Most of the time they lose something and everyone that’s working gathers up to look for it. Some people look like they enjoy their job but because of other workers they seem to stop liking it. The major issue here is that they really waste your time. They are nice though. I was able to watch almost the whole Incredibles 2 movie while I was here. That should give you an idea how long they take to do just a simple cleaning.

I had an appointment at Bella dental today for my braces and Irma from ortho was really quick and did a really great job.

Waiting time is absolutely horrible... whats the point of a scheduled appt if they are going to make you wait one hour or more to get seen. And then still another hour just to pay.

Everybody was great since the first lady that greeting me in and Dr Sanjeev is awesome, Jackie the manager is wonderful she took care of me in less of 5 min I really recommend this office

Coming to the Bella Dental on Veterans Memorial was one of the best dental experiences i have had. I contacted Bella dental to confirm they accepted my dental insurance, they took my info and called me back 20 minutes later stating that they did. I arrived the day of my appointment, filled out the necessary paperwork and waited only for them to send a rep out onto the floor, in front of everyone to tell me they did not. Horrible customer service! In the 30 minutes that I was there I witnessed a customer upset stating that she had been waiting for 2 hours, followed by the reps who worked there openly chastising one another for shuffling paper work which was supposedly causing extended wait times. The staff from what I not only experienced, but also witnessed was highly unprofessional. I wouldnt return if they did in fact accept my insurance.

I hardly.... if ever give 1 star reviews but this place scammed us so bad I have to warn you. They are committing fraud in broad daylight. This review might not stop you from using their services so just a heads up please do not take them for their word. Always get everything in writing before you pay them. Also never pay them cash because when your teeth start hurting or God forbid your teeth fall off then you cannot dispute it with them. They are super kind to your face and will smile and talk politely but they just want your money. I wish I could warn you before your horrible experience with them happens but unfortunately some of you will be victims and read this review afterwards. I wish I read all the legitimate reviews because a lot of the five star reviews are from employees since I recognize the names. But regardless these are crooks managing this location. God Bless you hopefully you don’t become a victim of this place .

First time bringing my girls to the dentist and the Indian doctor was amazing with them! Didnt have to wait long and I got a good quote for all the work. Treatment coordinator helped me with all the procedures and cost.

The staff was very professional. Dr. Sanjeev was excellent about explaining the treatment I needed. They worked with me and I was able to finance my treatment for 36 months with zero down and zero percent interest which made things easier on the pocket especially with Christmas around the corner. Id definitely recommend them!

I was 9 or 10 years old (Im 14, about to be 15), the guys at the dentist told me that one of my teeth had to be removed, when they started to remove it... THEY REMOVED MY TEETH WITHOUT ANESTHESIA AND IT HURT SO MUCH!!! At that same year, they removed my cavity off of my molar without using ANESTHESIA!!! ITS AN ANOMALY OF DENTISTS!!! Im now starting to wonder how much they get paid for their behavior!

I was going to make this a long review but I can put this very simply... They try to squeeze every penny they can from you and give you a very BS excuse if you are not educated on the subject. Apart from other experiences believe me there are more! The one of the most obvious is the little plastic retainers they give to the kids after they get there braces taken off. These doctors insist that if they dont get these retainers (that cost $200 which insurance does not cover) there teeth are going to go right back to how they were before the braces. They schedule the kids to all get there braces removed on the same day and have them all lined up to tell them this. As a kid or parent who doesnt know will immediately pay the money... Even if the insurance doesnt cover it though?? Now think... Why doesnt it...

Im actually going to report this place to my insurance as someone they should investigate. Called and provided all information and insurance andscheduled a cleaning. 1 hour into sitting there I still didnt even have my cleaning. .. so I left. What a horribly run office and business.
