This is a decent little place. Pretty trees although there are bone to speak of for the pull through sites which are also pretty close to each other. Wifi is usable for video streaming but just usable and laggy at times. There is a nice sized pool but it was a bit cloudy when we were there. There is also a nice little rec room and outdoor grill area to use in addition to a dog walk area right by the creek. Overall this is a pretty decent park in the Southwest part of Houston that could be 4 stars with a few tweaks.

This should not be called a resort. It has a pool, laundry facility and bathroom. Thats it. The sites are super close together and not big rig friendly. This is where rvs go to die. Alot of rvs in various states of decay. The long term residents park their cars everywhere making it even harder to maneuver. This park will definitely test your skills driving a big rv. It is supposedly recently under new ownership so I hope the new owner is paying attention.

Per Google maps, we thought this was more on the outskirts of Houston. But its right downtown. If you have a need to stay at an RV campground in downtown Houston, this this park is ok. But if youre wanting a nice quiet spot to stay overnight, this is not it. Flanked on two sides by car dealerships and on a third side by warehouses, and very near a busy road, you definitely hear the traffic.Park was clean and sites were shady. We didnt use the restrooms which are behind the office. So no comment on that. Staff was pleasant.

Right now I am using baby wipes because I can’t take a shower because they cut the water off at 5:00pm. I was notified when I was at work that they were cutting off the water because of a freeze warning for tonight. I tried to talk to the manager about maybe cutting off the water at a more convenient time for people who work and he was rude and he told me “we go through this every year”. I have never received such rude treatment from a manager of a business in my life. I am not sure why such a fine resort like this would have someone like him representing them or why they would cut the water off at such a early time. The people who work in the office are great and until I met the manager I thought I had found a gem now I will be looking for another place to rent where the management treats their customers with respect.

Jill and I picked an amazing campground. It’s not because it’s just a great place to stay but for what it stands for.Lakeview RV Resort caters/houses 80% of the quest for people who have family members who are fighting cancer. This resort has shuttle services that runs from 6:00am until 5:30 pm to the hospitals. Some people have been here for 6 weeks and some have been here for a couple of years. The staff are amazing and I would like to give Shauna a shout out and say thank you 😊. Here’s a few photos of this great campground.I think I could just live here:)

I stayed there for 3 months and I wish I would’ve listened to the people that warned me to leave when we first started experiencing some issues. Instead, I kept throwing things over my shoulder because my neighbors we’re so friendly and my needs were met. Unfortunately, I had a growing compromised experience here. This led to management waking me up out of my sleep one day to curse at and confront me about reporting an issue to corporate.Overall, when I brought a few issues to corporate, the way they handled most of them said enough so I moved. It got so bad to the point where I had to document and record things. I’m so glad I did because this place has terrible integrity and I tried to give them a chance to resolve things instead of writing this review and moving. But things actually got worse because they’re very defensive and will try to push your buttons to get a reaction out of you I guess. Idk I was even hung up on, then management started gossiping around the RV park. I couldn’t believe it. So immature. I was informed from the police and my neighbors that management was overreacting about issues and gossiping and so I so glad I just finally put in my move out notice and left. There are more events and documentation that can describe my overall experience but the bottom line is that I understand that everyone can’t move so easily when they’re uncomfortable. My biggest suggestion to anyone considering staying here short or long term is to not just take my personal experience into consideration, but to in fact go talk to few of the residents and make some observations. I didn’t have enough time to do this because I moved from across the country. There are plenty of RV parks offering better a experience for less or the same rates that this company is charging. Do you research to save yourself from headaches.

These guys try their best. The pool is huge and very clean and the business center is perfect with PC’s and Printers. This RV park is located in-between the Hyundai and Infinity Dealership. It is hidden by lots of mature trees that offer plenty of shade. I wont use these guys again. I was broken into three times. The thieves stole all of my tools to work with. Over $8000 worth of tools. One of my acquaintances had his entire F250 and work trailer stolen. Someone took the entire truck and trailer all at once. If you have to use this park DO NOT get to know the residents around you. Some of them have lived there forever and they tell and share your business with everyone. DO NOT TALK TO THEM. They know when you are home and when you are not. They let their little dogs pee all over your stuff outside when they are walking. I could go on and on about this park but the owners do not know what is going on out there and i do not want to bash their reputation because they do have OTHER PARKS that are in excellent condition. Be careful with this place. Use security cameras if you have to stay here because they have zero security in place.

We stayed 5 nights at Allstar RV Resort. Its a well-kept RV park with concrete pads and pull throughs available. It was a little too early in the year to make use of the pool, but the exercise in game room was well-equipped: TV, couple of treadmills, an elliptical machine, weight machine, exercise bike, pool table, board games and puzzles, phone charging station, Etc. There is a small corner reserved with a couple of computers and printers, but since its essentially inside of the game room, its a little tough to make phone calls if youre looking for someplace quiet. Really impressed with the bathrooms/showers.

Stayed here for 2 nights. May 16-18. Class A motor home. Super easy to get into and out. But are some low branches when you use main entrance and make first. Was greeted by staff and was given and the pertinent information. We had a pull thru site. You are really close to your neighbor. We didn’t use the picnic table and it would’ve be impossible. Place is really nicely maintained and clean. Very quiet. They do have a pet walk on the back side of the park which is a bike trail so keep an eye out for them. But not busy at all. You can walk dog on the street leading to campground, they do have sidewalks. It’s right off freeway but still very quiet. Nice pool area and small workout facilities. Park was very convenient for this side of city. Would stay again.

Very quiet, too quite... Quality RV resorts own 13 different locations around Houston, and one in San Antonio. All Star is the first location they opened. It is not gated, office is not open on Sundays, cable TV quality is horrible, small pool with very Hot water, city water tastes and smells bad, constant smell of sewer outside, no 24hr laundry, vending machines take your money but dont dispense anything and managers wont refund your money, oldest and ugliest location they own, the sound of gunfire from all directions almost every night, and by far the most ridiculous, miserable, unprofessional managers that have absolutely no idea what they are doing or what customer service means. They have terrible attitudes, harass the guests, drive them away, complain about the dumbest things, and make you feel like youre not welcome or wanted. They act as if theyre wardens of a prison, rather than managers of whats supposed to be a Quality RV resort. Never again will I pay $1,000.00/month to be treated like a prisoner or some piece of trash. Ive stayed at .any of the quality rv locations, and I liked all of them. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will never stay at one of qualitys locations ever again, nor will any of the hundreds of sub contractors Ill have traveling into the Houston area. The worst thing they could have done was put Bert and Beth in charge of that location, or anywhere near a single customer.

Just pulling out and waited to leave before writing.Pros: great showers and restrooms, clean park on main road, great wifi connection, cable, plenty dog bags and dog washing station. Great outdoor kitchen for general use and fire pit.Cons: like living in a city trailer park. Have long term residents that dont give a hoot about appearance. Youll find washing machines, kitty litter plastic boxes, shelves of jars and green mossy campers because they cant wash their rig in the park. Got an email to clean our dog poop or charged $20, we clean our poop, including the poop that was there when we arrived. Tight parking for rigs and pure mud between many. Awwwe thats the dog wash station. We used it once then had to use a bowl of soapy water when we left to keep the mud out of the truck. We had to keep a paw wiping towel outside the door. Despite that, we had to sweep frequently and shake our rugs of clumps of mud. But lets not worry about that, just clean your poop or Ill charge you. Maybe edge the sidewalks and use mulch?? It will keep the mud off the concrete when it rains. Not many chairs sitting outside rigs, no room, no socializing, no camp feel. No room for our small grill.Good place for short term if you want city feel and not really into camping

It was close to my daughter home, but I wont stay here again. My mistake was thinking that because it is managed by the same company as Lake View, standards would be the same. WRONG. It is NOT gated, it sits behind a car dealership, and adjacent to the highway which you hear the traffic day and night. This location is more of a residential facility and from what seen, some of the trailers/RV havent seen any soap and water for sometime with mildew all over them. The only positive note is that they have friendly and courteous staff.

While in Florida we found out we had to make a 2 week detour in Houston on the was to Colorado (work).... Beth was more than happy to accommodate over the phone. We were stuck in traffic, imagine that...and arrived after hours. We took the envelope with our name on it from the after hour check in location. The site number on the outside of the envelope was different from ther site number listed on the info packet inside. The site # inside was exactly what we asked for, large pull thru 50 amp, with parking for both of our vehicles. The site they put us in, well, we could barely fit the rig, and definitely not the f350, our our SUV. So we needed 2 additional parking spaces which are extremely limited, in the middle of the park and have signs of no 24 hour parking.... The full time resident behind us mentioned she had lived there roughly 16 years, the site was disgusting to look at....garbage and junk all around the site...and the odor!!!!!!!!! And multiple feral cats lived there... being fed by the neighbor. The resident was constantly involving themselves in our business, we weren’t even comfortable spending any time outside of our rig.And that’s only the one neighbor we backup up to, they side of the park they placed us in looked like a trailer park, many full time residents with extremely old campers...some were not even campers or RV’s..just like cargo trailers. The lighting is terrible in the evening. There is no pet area, no off leash area....tiny RV park, cannot call it a resort. The pads are concrete but not level. The sewer hookup is not standard size, nor could we find the correct size to fit so we had to make something out of PVC at Home Depot. We travel Fulltime, across the US and have stayed at dozens of RV Parks, resorts, National Parks, etc. and this by far, was the worst experience we have had... Not to say the whole park is bad...while going for a walk the first night the pool and rec room appeared to be clean. We did not use the laundry or shower facilities. We will not be back, especially for $62 per night.
