I have a idea. What if we fire the manager and with the money safe we fix the flooding issues. Fix 2 problems at the same time

The owner abuses of his power and treats really bad his tenants, he even towed mi car several times without any notice, terrible place wouldnt recommend it.

Well kept community, no violence or break ins, pool, basketball court, pavilion, playground, and cheap laundry room. Recommend.

Gilbert is and unfair person and he treats people horrible. Everything he is doing is against the rules. He gets away with so much because he rents to undocumented people and he scares them to make them do what he wants they get behind he takes over there trailer. If I could give this place less then one star I would he is taking advantage of people he don’t think have a voice.

Worst management in the area the neighborhood calls Gilbert, Hitler. He will charge you for any and everything with out warning and laugh in your face about it. The people in California who own the place dont care neither. They let him run this place like a concentration camp.DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. THE LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!

Nice neighborhood, very quiet. It feels like a family once you start to get to know everyone, especially the manager, Gilbert. He is very understanding and a great manager. I would recommend living here as it is quiet and extremely neat.

Love the closeness of the community, however dogs run rampid! Hardly anyone actually has their dogs in their yards or tied up! They dont seem to Care that they run the streets getting into people trash, chasing cars, chasing kids andPooping everywhere!! Im not talking about 1 or 2 dogs.. Im talking dozens and dozens and the owners DONT CARE!

The manager GILBERT IS THE RUDEST! He don’t care about anybody’s opinion or anything you have to say he will just charge you for anything little HE IS THE WORST. HE WONT SAY NOTHING TO HIS BROTHER OR CHARGE HIM FOR THE TRUCK HE BEEN HAVING THERE SITTING THERE FOREVER HE HAS A WHOLE MESS WITH PLANTS THAT ARE DEAD he has Favorites around here DON’T COME LIVE HERE YOU CANNOT DO NOTHING HERE WITHOUT ALREADY GETTING A LETTER ON YOUR FRONT DOOR CHARGING YOU ANY LITTLE THING INSTEAD OF TALKING TO YOU ABOUT IT OR GIVING YOU A WARNING I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF YOU DONT FIX IT WITHIN 2-4 days but JUST CONSTANTLY WANTING TO CHARGE YOU HE JUST KEEPING THE MONEY.

I will give it 0 stars! This place has really bad drainage if it rains for 10 min we get flooded, lets not forget the pot holes on the street the manager keeps putting sement over them but in the first rain they are back how they were before. But hes quick to send you a letter to cut the grass when it even starts growing, they should send thank you letter when you cut it every week. He doesnt have no respect for any one he doesnt even let you talk to him because he wants to be the only one talking.

I’ve lived here and heard so many people complain and at first I thought they were over reacting but YALL DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH I WISH I DIDN’T COME LIVE HERE!! I understand he is the “manager” and i find it so ridiculous he always comes and leaves a note for every little thing “ fix yall’s curtains” “fix the blinds” “ cut the yard “ and i understand to an extent you know but he has a brother and other family members living here and his brother home is a disaster he has a old truck THAT DOES NOT WORKKKK WITH A EXPIRED STICKER WHICHH!!!! Is NOT ALLOWED HERE he also has a storage in the back of his house all the paint old which he made me paint mines or he was going to give a fine of 100 dollars!!! Before a certain date. Im sick and tired can’t wait to move out!!! HOPEFULLY I CAN GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER OWNER. Yall may say im renting a space but before we had Gilbert THIS PLACE WAS NOT LIKE THIS NOBODY EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT LIKE NOW! GILBERT AND ANA need to LEAVE.

Its a great spot for living, but not as safe as it was reported there was some shooting next to the entrance of the mobile park community.

If you like being talked down to, being hung up on, and also treated like trash, sure this is the place for you. The management team are all rude and have no idea in the world how to talk to people on the phone. They are not professional at all and someone out there needs to get in contact with the Health department in regards to the broken sewer they have

Worst place on earth

Best Mobil Home place to live in Houston!!!They have everything very clean and neat. The streets are paved with concret. No sand or mud. Also every mobil house comes with a nice porche and a 2 car garage. Place is quiet and safe at night. I think this is a good place to live if you have family or if you want a pacefull place to live.

Rented it for a benefit it was awesome with a pool even though no one went swimming

The manager makes this place the worst place to live. He is horrible to deal with makes rules outside of the signed lease as he goes and depending on how he feels that day. He is rude and entitled he gets away with anything. Hopefully one day someone steps in and puts a stop to him. Every dog has its day.

Its a good place to live as far as trailor parks go,except for the management. Picture Hitler only hes mexican. He absolutely spoils it.

It is a Mobile home park.....but, they have RVs through out the park. Thats fine....but keep in mind, they do not have anything for RVers. If you need a place to park for the/a night....its ok.... Per month. ....DONT STAY HERE! Youll have to pay 200.00 deposit for electricity, and if you have 1 a/c with all LED lights, the your electric bill will be 150.00 or more for the month, even if your at the rv for half the time, and dont expect to get money back. Id say read the fine print, if there was any. Id be ok with paying 600.00 a month for a rv spot if they offered something. ....they dont, for the rv world. I do not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again.

This place is expensive lot rent, overcrowded and the management if very rude. They have their favorites in the community, and I dont even live here but I have family and friends that do. This place is run down and POORLY MANAGED! TRASH! And even tho you dont own the land, they make you pay taxes on the land when you sign the lease contract beware of this place.

It is a not so bad place to live except for the manager. He is the most undesirable and unpleasant person that I have come across in my life, he has not the slightest respect for others and I do not recommend the place at all. Living there was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had.
