A wonderful community! It makes you feel like youre in a small town. They have made it an extremely safe place as well. A gated resort with cameras on just about every corner! The manager is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and lives on the property. There is a pool, laundry room, hot tub, lake, and a game room! All in all, I highly recommend staying here!! This place is awesome!

I am currently staying here and have been since Aug 14th. This place is So VERY NICE!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is so clean here from the office, on site laundry mat, the pool, and the grounds. I couldnt be more pleased to stay here.

Very clean rv park, all the amenities are well kept. They spray for mosquitoes around the pool three times a day. My wifes friend stays here and we come hang out any chance we get.

Very nice RV park. It is quiet, the staff is friendly, and they are strict with the residents to prevent bad neighbors. Sometimes thats a little annoying but I would rather be annoyed sometimes by their rules than be annoyed all the time by bad neighbors.

This is a great RV Resort in Houston. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of great people the park has many great features including:- Dog friendly with 2 gated dog runs- Pool and hot tub- A variety of RV space sizes and types- Lake with catch and release fishing- Gym- Business center- 3 gas firepits- 3 outdoor kitchens with propane grills for cooking- Ice machine- Accepts packages (including signing)- Accepts USPS mail (Ive never seen an RV park do this!)- Refills propane several times daily, just drop your tank and it will be refilled- The park is gated- Close proximity to I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road- Close proximity to tons of restaurants and businesses- Ample parking- Additional vehicle and trailer storage available

Nice community. The managers were great to deal with. The price for this resort was well worth what you get. I shopped around for long term parking and this place topped all others in price and amenities. Pool was always clean. Laundry on site and clean areas. Staying long term and need packages delivered... no problem. They will hold your package and notify you when its in. Neighboring lots were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this over any others in the area. As a side note.... Lock your doors.... But hey this is Houston so you should anyways.Thank you for 3 months of hospitality Northlake!!

Dog park, swimming pool, bath house, beautiful lake, close to any kind of shopping or food, we had a excellent time. Well definitely be back.

Beautiful facilities including main building with laundry, bathrooms, and community area. Pool, hot tub, fishing pond, propane, place to wash your dog, and dog walk. Huge park and lovely outdoor patio with outdoor kitchen and walk near the pond. Friendly staff. A little noisy with train tracks and airport nearby.

We stayed there for a month. It was very clean, well maintained, and everyone is friendly. It was so nice to have such a great laundry area, and the nice air conditioned clubhouse to hang out in. The kids loved the pool, and my husband enjoyed fishing. I also was so grateful for the business center. Super handy! Can’t wait to come back.

Awesome very clean and relaxing... Grilled out with their bbq pits used their refrigerator and ice and the pool and hot tub were the bomb. Wish I could have stayed and had a fire in their fire pitLots of setting and the lake was beautiful to look at in the evening when the sun is setting..Very nice place to go.

One of my favorite places to stay! Management is professional, courteous and prompt. The entire area is well kept and beautiful. We have stayed here twice with our tiny house (TAB trailer), and if every place I stayed could be this enjoyable, Id be one happy camper! Although we didnt use many of their amenities, they were functioning and ready if we wanted to utilize them. However, we were pressed for time as we were there both times for a roller derby tournament. We had a spot next to the lake on our last trip and it was so beautiful and calming. There are many places close by, to grab a quick bite to eat and not far from stores such as Walmart, Dollar tree, etc. Youll have to get on the highway to get to them but its not a far drive at all. All in all, if we ever need to visit Houston and the surrounding areas, we will definitely stay here again, if they have availability.

Love this place, great amenities, level concrete pads. Awesome staff, helpful on all kinds of things. Easy in and out location. I have a 44 foot toy hauler and can maneuver easiy through the park. Several clean and easy outdoor kitchens, lots of dog waste stations, cant say enough good things.

This is a beautiful RV Park!! I would stop here anytime I’m in Houston! Wonderful camp hosts, beautiful pool area, lovely gazebo for a large crowd to BBQ with supplied gas BBQ and small fridge and large tables! We used this during our stay!! Loved the beautiful lake to look at!!!

We stayed at Northlake and loved it! We were here just under a month. Its quiet, the owners are so nice and helpful, and it has every amenity you could want! We will definitely be back.

Well kept but the lots are pricey. Spots by the lake supposedly cost less than ones not by the lake. Makes no sense. 🤔

I have a friend who recently moved there and I must say I was truly impressed. I wish I wouldve thought about living this way years ago. Just recently retired from the Postal Service I would be a two time millionaire had I lived like my friend is presently living. Very surprised to see families of 4 and 5 living there. Great way to save money and very clean, quiet and accommodating.

Very nice clean, well maintained park. Unfortunately our stay was cut short. You are in walking distance to a very good comfort food restaurant called the potato patch. Laundry facilities on site are open 24hrs. Have a great lobby area, with some workout equipment that overlook the pond. They usually had popcorn every evening. If you are a pet lover they have pet potty bags set up all thru the park so there is no excuse to pick up after your pets. It will take you a few days to get used to the airplanes that fly over, due to being so close to Bush International airport. And also the trains that pass in the early morning hours. BUT WHEN the acs are running which they do in the summertime you dont hear those.

Very nice RV Resort. Grounds are well kept, facilities are excellent, and management is very helpful. Location leaves a little to be desired, but once there you feel very secure with the gated entrance. We were there for a week. Many of the neighbors were Hurricane Harvey transplants and were delightful happy folks. We had a site overlooking the pond with a lovely fountain in the middle.

Nice resort. Visited family here with my children in tow and they had a blast. Clean facilities and very safe. Only down side it that it is kind of hard to find

One of the best RV resorts/parks we have been to! Beautifully landscaped, well maintained, lots of amenities (FREE dog washing center, dog run, recreation room, exercise room, coffee, popcorn, pool, gorgeous stocked pond). The spots are tight but comfortable. Fantastic laundry room with top of the line industrial washers and dryers. The staff are very friendly and accommodating!Im a sucker for a good sunset, and I wasnt disappointed here! The beautiful orange, coral, yellow, pink sunsets over the lake while swimming with my kiddos in the pool was nothing short of awesome! So grateful we found this place; just wish we found it sooner!

I have lived in this RV Resort since April of 2018 because of the gated community, and the amenities. I have had a few issues but have been resolved with the district manager. Thursday of August 2018 I did have high valuable property stolen from my site.As the employees at the front desk did advise me this is the first time there had any high valuable property stolen, they did informed me that there video surveillance system is not the best. The fact that many tenants have cargo trailers I cannot prove anything. Im writing this review to notify all current, and future tenants to be aware, and heavily secure all valuable property with your own video surveillance. I do have a witness from this RV Resort that someone who currently lives here did in fact take my property. I currently live here and will continue to live here because of the convenience. I give it a one-star rating because of the price, and considering it is classified as a resort I figured that nothing like this should ever happen. The RV Resort needs a better quality video surveillance system around the entire park, or reduce the price of the rent....

I am not recognized as a registered guest because I was not, maybe thats why I didnt receive the friendly service that the registered guests receive. But I have conducted business there and since I am of little importance you definitely wouldnt remember me. And if I was just doing it for points why not give you a five star to make everyone happy? But instead of inquiring about my experience you attack me. Once again, I am not a registered guest. I get that, but do you get that your customer service goes beyond your registered guests ?

Northlake rv resort is a great place to stay. Very safe and convenient to surrounding area. The park is very well maintained. The managers and housekeeping staff do an outstanding job. All of their amenities are very well maintained. Very nice fenced dog park was a nice plus for us. We will be definitely be returning when we are in the area.

Although my family and I couldnt stay and rent the RV from them, they were really nice and warm during our initial time and conversations with them. Due to unforseen events my family couldnt stay at the camp grounds. They refunded the deposit I had made and the transaction went smoothly. My respects. They are very professional, down to earth friendly and caring.

I love this place.

RV parking seemed very nice, nicest Ive seen. The lake in the middle with a fountain was nice to behold also. Campers werent too close and there was a good amount of room for children to play. Uncle lives here for the time being with no complaints.

My spiritual parents love this place atmosphere...pool table swimming pool & barbeque grill.. very clean gate they felt safe to park their RV there & relax.. they will definitely be back❤️

Weve been to several campgrounds and by far this is our favorite. Lonnie and Joanne are professional, friendly, and personable and a real joy to deal with. The facilities from the bathroom, pool, lobby to the laundry room are top notch and deserve are like a 5 star hotel. We dont find the noise overly excessive, and everything is clean and well taken care of, were so glad we found this little gem. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nice park that is well kept. Nice staff. Many gas grills throughout (cleaned daily), nice rec center. Laundry machines were dirty. No shade what so ever. Located in the middle of an industrial area so forget about doing any hiking/walking. Very noisy with train horns all night and planes flying over. Gab it a 4 star because it was so clean and well kept boy for the price I wouldnt recommend it.

Stayed in late November 2018. Paid $50 a night. Great wifi access. Very fast. No complaints there. We also enjoyed the pool. It looks fairly new. Bonus: It is heated. The bathroom facilities require a pin. They are clean. Overall good stay. My one complaint is the train noise. It woke us up several times a night.

What can I say, Gary and Frances are incredible. This was my second time at the park and if I’m ever in the north Houston area this is where I’ll stay!!! Clean, Quiet, Safe and Well Priced for the amenities! Thanks again!!

Rules rules rules but only for the new guys. Rental trailer expensive $480+ for the week. More like a rent by the hour sleazy motel than a comfortable stay. Blobs of dark brown something in bedroom corners and what looks like dried blood splatter on the bedroom wall. Just nasty. Wouldnt let husband keep his f700 here had to take it elsewhere. They didnt care where. Floor and carpet sticky. I would go somewhere else if I were you. Laundry $2.50 per load to wash

The day i checked in,I was helped by one of the managers,Joann. Joann was so nice and helpful and one of the nicest people I have met. I am currently on day 3 here and this place is AWESOME!! Grounds are well maintained,the people are friendly and helpful and it is so quiet and peaceful . No complaints here . This is definitely a place i am proud to call home away from home . Thanks Northlake you folks are awesome.

I used to live at South lake and North lake. I absolutely love these RV resorts. I have yet to find any that compare to them. Customer service is excellent, the resort is clean, safe and beautiful. They have the best amenities and some will host activities. We had an open mic night a d a movie night and every holiday the residents would get together. We even had a sewing club. I cant say enough good things about these resorts.

Super clean, super friendly, and the pond is stocked. We were next to and our door kitchen, so we didn’t even need to take our our grill.

I live here and its very peaceful and family oriented. There is a beautiful stock pond to fish in, as well as a pool and Jacuzzi. They have a play area with free pool and darts plus free access to huge BBQ pits and decks over looking the lake area. Dog walks and wash stations you Name it its here probably.

Not kid friendly. The place is nice but they are weird about kids. They arent even allowed to run into the clubhouse on their own to get a cup of water. We arent talking about small kids. My ten year old isnt even allowed. It is well kept and has nice amenities but you wont see kids playing outside for good reason. Management complains. Sigh... One other thing, no playground. This is really set up for adults only but they do at least allow kids.

Everything was great until we checked out 2 weeks early and the lady said they dont refund. That is stealing and if I hear the same story when I call tomorrow Im filing fraud on the credit card.

We have been living full time in a TT for 3 months now and this is definitely one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Love the river rocks at each site that keeps your hoses, lines, etc. off the grass. Very spacious concrete pads. The barbecue and cooktop amenities are great since our outdoor kitchen is tiny. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The park is very quiet. The fountain in the lake provides a calming white noise. Very friendly staff that care about maintaining a quiet clean RV Resort. Thank you for giving us a place to park and live till we find our forever home.

Not much staff involvement during the visit, as with most RV parks, but the staff were incredibly helpful when we didnt know how to get to our site. The facilities are very nice and very clean as well. This is a fantastic place to stay for a while

I loved the gatedvcommunity. We felt very safe. The laundry facility was very nice. Showers were secured. They had a nice lounge area I waited in while doing laundry. We were in the area to visit NASA and other area attractions. We found this to be a very nice place to stay.

This is a first class RV park. Conveniently located. It has every amenity that a camper needs. Beautiful and very well kept.

The rv resort is pretty good. I have enjoyed all of their locations and facilities; however management is another issue. For years Ive been dealing with accounting issues and moving spots along with not so friendly managers and staff. If you want a great park these are the right resorts for you but dont expect very friendly staff and the changing of the rules or applications thereof does get old.

Folks were very friendly and willing to please. Stayed a week while having repairs done. Great location too. Clean facility with a lake in the middle. Mostly adults. Used On site rv washing/waxing guy. Very satisfied. Would stay again

Great place to spend a day or a month... Very clean nice sites for setting up and level even concrete..... Very friendly staff and has lots of amenities however pretty expensive comparatively to other places in the area would definitely stay again though fishing is great too in the stock pond in the middle try to get a waterfront view if possible is amazing on sunrise and sunsets.. 4*

Top notch facility and staff. Received a call since I was stuck in traffic (hours) to ensure I was ok. They stayed late to greet me as I pulled in. Lake is phenomenal.
