I first came to L’Shear to find a new stylist to help get my hair back to healthy. I had been bleaching + coloring my hair for almost 2 years and was looking to return back to a natural color. Rachel did an excellent job! I was most impressed with the first haircut she gave me, and I returned with a hair color transformation to remove the Teal and do a balayage. She was very knowledgeable and transformed my hair so smoothly! I can really trust her to do an awesome job! Will be returning for touch ups and to progress my hair back to a healthier state !

My mom came here based on reviews she saw online & recommended it to me. I’ve been here twice now and both visits they’ve corrected things in my hair due to a poor job I had at another salon. They have exceeded my expectations each time and it doesn’t matter who does your hair because everyone is great but I will say that Sadye was great! She took her time, very detailed and it shows! It was not an easy process but she was patient and I love how it came out in the end. I had a shadow root and the former stylist at the previous salon had put a dark color in my roots so here at L’Shear, I was told there may be a line in the hair if it doesn’t lighten enough but thankfully it all worked out thanks to everyone here. (I will post before & after pictures below).The one thing I love about this place is that the ladies all work together and they’ll consult with each other before making a decision on someone’s hair to make sure they have the best possible outcome. They have free consultations and they’ll look to see what they’re able to do while giving you a realistic expectation so that your hair doesn’t get damaged. They’re friendly, professional and they carry good products here as well; It has helped my hair a ton. I definitely recommend this salon.

This was my first time here at L’shear so I was little nervous. I had damaged from a previous salon so I was definitely hesitant to try someone new. But Rachel was extremely good and knowledgeable. She was so careful with my hair. She knew my hair was super fragile. I will definitely be coming back & will only trust Rachel to touch my hair.

This is my second time coming here. The first appointment really gave me the push to come back and color my hair after cutting it. The salon is clean, very put together and over all such a great atmosphere. Saydie did my hair both times and can’t express how sweet and professional she was. Definitely coming back for my touch up and would recommend to anyone to check out !

Rachel was recommended by a friend whos hair was done very nicely. Sad to say that my experience with her wasless than satisfying, and right from the consultation she would not let me explain in detail what I wanted, and just kept talking. She did a very quick job on my hair, and was not what I wanted. She was supposed to fix a bad hair job, and she did nothing to improve it, on the contrary. Gave me a 35 dollar hair dry...not a hairstyle, and my hair has a horrible consistency.charged for work she didnt do, and to top it off.... washed my hair several times with very cold water....claimed it happens when they are very busy. I was charged 200 dollars for a horrible job and service. Still I was nice and tipped generously, and said nothing... Never going back!!!

I had the worst experience ever from my scalp having chemical burns, eyes burning for days from the foils being in my face the whole time under heat, and worst of all my hair falling out of my head to the point of a non-existent pony tail, less than half a dime size in diameter. I couldnt even get a refund after crying on the phone letting the owner know what was going on with me. Im sad to say Im leaving being blonde for quite some time because of what this experience has done to my hair. The stylist(Madison) had no knowledge of how to properly process blonde hair, all I went in for was a root touch up and came out with so much breakage that I can not recover from and I had been taking such good care of my hair(olaplex, leave in deep conditioners, washing only once a week, etc) I had no damage until I left this place. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone!! Especially my blondes!!

I went in to get balayage done and I was told that my hair was overly processed and damaged but Alejandra did an amazing job regardless, she was very patient and everything turned out perfect. I love this salon!! I’ve just had cuts done so far. I have curly hair and have had the hardest time finding stylists that know how to cut curly hair. Imelda And Damaris are both awesome with curly hair. The customer service has always been top notch and they’ve been very accommodating.

My first time trying the salon and I will definitely be going back. The young lady at front desk was nice and acknowledges you as you walk in. I’ve never had such a bad experience going to a hair salon in my life, I have virgin light brown hair, I went in for a consultation for blond highlights and the manager and the hair expert both told me that it would be impossible for me to ever go blonde, and that my race is a part of it, I’m white/Caucasian.While I was in there every client that was finishing up was complaining about their hair, I’m not sure how this place is still in business, it was very dirty, everyone was rude, it was a terrible experience.

This was my first trip to this salon and Im impressed. I believe my stylists name was myrlu and she did an awesome job. I didnt get a blow out but she still blow dried my bangs to make sure I was happy with them. I just got home and styled my hair n its exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero I would because thats what we got, zero service!! Had a 4 o clock appointment for my daughter to get hair styled for homecoming. We get there early she is still cutting clients hair, at 4:10 she comes and asked what time the event is and that she is running 30 minutes behind. 30 minutes pass and she still has probably another 30 minutes to go. So rude and unprofessional, never apologized or showed any remorse. Long story short we left after 45 minutes of waiting and had to do her own hair. Never again, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!

I had been wanting to get my hair cut for a while, so one day I was free so I googled for salons and LShear popped up! They had only one bad review that had nothing to do with the business so I decided to try them! It was so nice inside, I thought surely this is going to cost me a lot but nope..... they are very affordable! I didnt call nor did I have an appointment and I still got in right away. Myrla was my stylist, she was so polite and professional. I was going from hair to my waistline to right above my shoulders, so I was a little nervous but she made it an easy transitions! Everyone loves my new haircut! Definitely will be back!

I have been coming to Imelda and Damaris for several years now and my hair has never looked better. Over the years I have had extensions, color all over, highlights, and balayage. With ever change I wanted to make to my hair they would take the time to explain the process of each and if it was possible in one sitting or if it would take several sessions to achieve my desired look. They are extremely informative and won’t ever do anything that will damage the integrity of your hair. If you want healthy shiny hair L’Shear is the place to go!! I have never received better customer service from any other salon!

Imelda has been my stylist for approx. 4 years now and every time I leave the salon I am very happy with the outcome. I love playing around with colors and she has made my idea come to life every single time. The new location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is always friendly. They have added more services at the salon recently and I have yet to try them out but everyone that goes to Lshear is a loyal customer forever. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Had my hair done here just this past weekend it was my first time getting my hair dyed. I was not satisfied with the outcome of my hair. I was told my hair would look lighter once it was dry but my hair looks basically the same as when I walked through the door maybe a tad light at the very top. None of the people close to me could tell the difference of my hair change.

Was born with super curly (kinky) hair. Could never find a stylist who could comb me the way I requested and leave my hair straight and silky. Other stylist always left my hair super straight or could NOT get the curl out of my hair and my hair always looked dry. I Imelda at LShear Hair Salon has always been able to honor my requests, whether it be color, cut or simply shampoo and blow dry. She always does exactly what I request. Her salon is very professional and has stylists that are truly concerned about hair and their customers. So glad that I found Imelda and her salon. I truly recommend it; and her prices are reasonable. KUODS to LShear Hair Salon and all their stylists. The salon now has waxing and also a makeup artist.

I love everything: the horse Romeo, the location, the chickens, and the actual time she took to find my ACTUAL true color, fix it , and made me feel so pretty. Pricey, yes but if you want beautiful shiny healthy hair, go here. Visit romeo, hes a charmer.

LShears is awesome! Iwent from dark brown to a salt and pepper (mostly salt now, lol) to cover my white roots. Jennifer did an amazing job, and the price is reasonable. Very happy with the overt al experience.

Edited Review 11/10/2020I am not a new client to LShear, needless to say that my past experiences have been great. This morning, not so great. The receptionist besides not saying good morning to me, she just assumed that i didnt speak English. She did say... Hello how are you? to the client behind me. I made my appointment online with MADISON at 9am. But for some reason I was moved to Magali without ANYONE consulting with me, or even asking if it was ok to go with Magali or give me the option to reschedule to see Madison at a later time or day. Very poor communication on behalf of the receptionist or the manager in charge. Stylist along with the receptionist hurddle in the reception area and decided what to do without letting me the client know that I was being switched. Magali was very nice, but she too also failed to introduce herself and say good morning. I am assuming that it was because she knew that she was not the stylist that I had chosen. When it came to paying... I find out that its cash or paying by app. NOT ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS. This information is no where on the website nor posted in front of the door. It was actually behind some plants or decor on the reception desk were its not visible to the client. Not coming back.

Update: just got a call from someone named Mirlu(sp?) who informed me that they were cancelling my consultation for Friday because they were unable to meet my expectations. But no refund. Hmmm, thats interesting. And she hung up on me.Went in for highlights on Saturday, December 23rd, but was upsold to baylayage. I called the day after to request a refund, and was denied. The stylist said that the owner would call me later. I will write more on this later after my consultation with the owner later this week. I spoke with Damaris and Imelda, and both have refused my refund of $180 (not including the tips which I told them they could keep). I offered for them to keep $65 which is what an all over color costs there, but Imelda refused. I did not get what I asked for, but instead got just yellow greenish tips with an overall brown color. I specifically stressed that I did not want streaks, but wanted a blended look. That is not what I got, and yet that doesnt merit a refund. I have an in-person consultation with Imelda later this week. After a lengthy phone call earlier today, Im sure it will lead nowhere. She has offered to correct the problem, stating that dying brown already chemically treated hair takes multiple trips to the salon. My point is that 90% of my hair is brown after going in for blonde highlights and paying $180 for balayage. Had to go into work at the office and my coworkers said I look like a certain Xmen character Rogue. I had to google it. My coworkers always know how to make me feel better. Atleast Rogues blonde looks good.

It is always a pleasure to come to this Salon, the ladies who work here have such a candid and welcoming spirit, they pamper you to the max and make you feel at home, Imelda is awsome! I needed to find a new colorist just a week before my wedding. As a natural blonde (showing age) i am picky and careful with who does what to my hair. Demeris was very cautious during the consultation. Not wanting to go to drastic on hair that was new to her. She picked a beautiful base, highlight and low light and the effects were gorgeous. I received compliments all week long and look forward to her styling it the morning of my wedding. My daughter is even impressed enough to allow her to do her hair the day of the wedding as well.
