Nandita does amazing work! I LOVE the plum purple balayage hair style she did for me! It’s perfect!!! It is even better than I imagined! Nandita is truly an artist, and you can tell she enjoys it! My family and I have been coming to Hair Corner for years. They always do a wonderful job, and you will not find better customer service anywhere else!

Very pleased! I came in after reading positive reviews and certainly plan on coming back again. They were able to take me in last minute, the service was great and the price was very reasonable. Marbelis did an amazing job on my hair - cut it the way I asked, and the cut and blowout turned out much better than I expected. She has a lot of experience, listened to what I wanted and is extremely kind. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great place and decent prices for the services. I went in to do an ombre color, Nandita was very friendly and professional at doing my hair. Unfortunately the color didnt last too long as it has been a bit over 2 weeks and the color has significantly dulled. I should have done a darker color so its on me. The color was great the 1st week. I will be going back to do a darker color.

I was looking for a new hair salon when I discovered Hair Corner Salon...a short distance from my neighborhood! I wanted to have my root color touched up and matched. From many reviews, I learned Nandita is an expert colorist. While first visits are sometimes tricky, this one was a pleasure. This was due not only to Nanditas skill, but also to her patience and positive attitude. She was extremely willing to listen to what I wanted and what I know about my hair. As a result, my color came out very nicely, and she made a note to her files about minor tweaks for future color appointments. This is everything I look for in a salon and I will return for other hair and spa services.

I just finished getting my hair done! I got baylage, cut, and blow dry. It wasn’t so expensive and they were absolutely amazing! The lady who did my hair was Anne Marie she was so gentle this was for my wedding day so they took such good care of me!!! I called them 30 min after they were closed, he still answered the phone and assured he would call me back and he did! I am so grateful i was able to get my hair done because every where else that is not as good was booked i was afraid i wasnt going to be able to get my hair done for my wedding day but they came through! I can never find a good salon but i finally have with hair corner!

Mrs. Nandita (my aunt) did a balayage on my hair and I absolutely love it! The service was great and once I was there, I was seated and started. It’s a very clean area and the staff is super sweet and friendly!

I scheduled an appointment for having balyage ombre done on my dark red hair. I wanted to take it to a cool ash and platinum look. Upon arrival for my first session, I was seated only a couple of minutes before being introduced to the stylist Jose. He and I had a discussion about what would work for my hair and ended up decided to fully bleach the hair for highlights and a brown base. My hair does not bleach easily so it ended up being very orange and very unflattering on my tan skin with warm undertones.I gave them a call after being in the salon for over 6 hours and ending up with circus hair. They scheduled me for a rework at my next possible convenience. I was able to go back and discuss my needs with Jose again. He toned my hair to an ash brown with a lot of more natural highlights in it. I left looking and feeling fabulous.The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean. They have been careful about sanitizing and social distancing. The pricing is also reasonable. I would say give it a try, just make sure you have plenty of time if you want to get dark hair dyed a lighter color!

I have been to Hair Corner a few times for different services and have been very satisfied! For my haircut, I had Jose who did a fantastic job. I am very picky about how I like to have my hair cut and he was very attentive. He made suggestions that would suit my face and I was very happy with the final results. Nandita has also colored my hair and I was incredibly happy! I have never had my hair colored and she was very patient and explained the best options for me since I didnt want to bleach my hair. What I really appreciated about Hair Corner is that they listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend Hair Corner to all my family and friends!

I love this place! After overpaying for haircuts for years, I found Hair Corner about a year and a half ago and am happy to say I am now a regular! I have always had the best service with Jorge before his retirement, and most recently with Vivi (who is amazing!!). The very first time I come to this salon and they give me someone who does not speak English. Her coworkers tell her what I say, I show pictures. I keep saying no shorter here and point, and say weight line and I think her coworkers tell her and she keeps cutting where it is already too short and I told them that. Worst experience of my life. Hair is important. You should be able to communicate with the one with the scissors. Poor poor customer service to set me up with someone I cannot communicate with. I didnt know I had to pick a language to go here. Cut, style, possible highlights, and English. Now what do I do? This place had great reviews........Id give 0 stars if it was an option.

This hair salon is the best place To get your hair colored or cut. Vivi personally has taken care of my white ice platinum hair for a while now, she fixes it every time it needs to be fixed. Plus the owner is also highly friendly and makes you feel like she knows you for years. She did a facial mask for my acne it helped reduced my redness and my pimple sizes. Prices are very affordable as well. And they take their time to get things done. They don’t rush you out the door.

This salon is one of the best ones I’ve been to in the Houston/Bellaire area. The people there are very hospitable. They never keep you waiting for long no matter how many people there are. Most importantly, the owner, Nandita, is not only an extremely talented stylist, but also amazing at giving facials. I recently got some highlights done on my hair, and she performed this technique known as balayage so she could blend the colors into my hair. This in turn greatly reduced the appearance of isolated streaks and gave it a much more natural appearance. Overall, it’s a great place and I would highly recommend it!

Although a long drive from Katy, I love to visit the salon for Nandita to do my facials. As you enter the salon Nandita and her team greet you warmly and make you feel welcome.The facial is amazing and Nandita explains in detail every step of the session to make the client comfortable. The fabulous package she gives is absolutely more than worth the price you pay for it.

It was my first time getting anything beside a basic cut and style, and I decided to try Hair Corner for my first major hair changes - balayage and Brazilian blowout. Needless to say, I was very nervous. I naturally have very dark brown hair and knew the process would involve bleaching my thin, fine hair. I went in a few weeks early to meet with Nandita to discuss what I wanted and she pulled out a book of swatches and we discussed what kind of color I was going for, which made me feel very comfortable about the whole process.I went in today to finally get everything done, and Nandita was super sweet and accommodating. She remembered our discussion to a T (even better than I did!) and was very careful and precise when handling my hair. After the first round of dye left my hair a slightly different color tone than I wanted (I’ve read this is normal based on how your hair absorbs the dye), she quickly figured out how to achieve the cooler tone I was looking for, immediately and happily fixing the issue. My hair feels amazing after the Brazilian treatment, which includes take-home bottles of the shampoo, conditioner and bonding spray necessary to elongate the results - you definitely can’t feel the bleach and double dye treatment my hair went through! Very happy with my results and definitely recommend Nandita if you’re looking for someone skilled, passionate, attentive to detail and willing to please!

Ive been going to the hair corner since I was eight years old(twenty now). I have been to all their locations that they have had, the one on bellaire, highway six, and richmond. No matter what though I always have let Jose Miguel do my hair and he does a fabulous job! I have gone to other hair dressers besides him and have left dissatisfied or even with destroyed hair or so I thought. Even after Ive have done outrageous things that would destroy my hair My Jose always can fix it. Im mixed so its hard to find some one who can do mix hair amazingly like he does. And last year I went with some blonde highlights and ever since I received nothing but compliments from both sexes. I highly recommend going there, but go to Mr. Jose Miguel he is the best!
