When in for a silk press/ color , was very disappointed with the out come!I use to come when they was on Lyons Ave, and here on Jensen, I have always had a good experience but today was unreal!!! Never again!

This is my second visit. I was very pleased with my finger waves from Ms. Olivia, I was a walk in so I understood the process of waiting to get your hair done. I got some crochets done this time and it took FOREVER, because instead of finishing up the head she was working on, she decided to bounce between the two of us even though I was here FIRST.

The place is good Mr. Brown is a good person and been in the hair styling business a long time and a well respected. But he has a stylist that works there named Jarone that is a drug addict, con artist and tries to get over on people. He smokes cigarettes and other manner of illegal drugs on premises. He is very unprofessional and rude. I never has money Eventhough he may do hair well he spends it on drugs.

I ONLY GO TO ONE PERSON... MS. ANGIE HANDS DOWN!!!! WHEN I DONT WANNA DO MY HAIR THATS WHO I GO TO.. DONT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR BRAIDED BY THE GIRLS ON THE FLOOR... I ASKED FOR TWO BRAIDS AN THEY LOOKED SOOOO MESSED UP I TOOK THEM DOWN RIGHT IN THE SHOP!!!! THATS THE ONLY BAD THING. MY BRAIDS STARTED SO FAR BACK IT LOOK LIKE MY HAIR WASNT EVEN TOUCHED AN SO BAD LOOKING ... IT OVER ALL GOOD PLACE...

Where shall I begin. 1) had an appointment for 8:30 with Jerome, got there at 8:34 stayed until 9:30 am no Jerome. Staff laugh at me when asked what time he told me too be there and walked off. So professional. Bathroom smelted like piss, old as dirt, yeah will not be back. Thanks Jerome.

They are unprofessional. My friend went there to get her hair done. The stylist lefy in the middle of doing her hair. With a purm and a rinse left in her head at the same time. On top of the he left to go play the game machines at the corner store.😠😠😠😠😠👎👎👎👎👎then in order to pst you have to give them one star they dont deserve stars they deserve boots 👢
