I don’t work for this place but I work for one of the residents. I would say SOME of the waiters are rude and seems as though they don’t want to work. I said excuse me to only be ignored purposely. When I addressed it with the assistant director it was brushed off. My client was not waited on properly. We was the first ones to be seated and the last to get service she was even served cold spinach. By me being ignored by the waitress I had to go to the assistant director and she brought her out hot spinach. you all need to work on proper manners with the staff. It’s plain disgusting and disrespectful.

Brookdale Memorial City has been the home for my father for several years. Their staff is compassionate and professional . Thru Covid 19, Freezes, Hurricanes they communicate and take care of their residences. I highly recommend this facility to all that are looking for a senior residence. Jan Kaiser and Angel Seigart are the managers and are the best in the business.

One of my friends mothers lives here. I’ve been pretty impressed with what I’ve seen. The staff is friendly. Location is perfect. I know that my friends mother is quite active and she likes that there is all day dining and she’s never worried about missing out on the food.

I recently moved back in and it was the best decision I could have made. It’s a great community, and it’s so nice to see familiar faces—both residents and staff alike. My apartment is spacious and warm and really feels like home.

I visited Brookdale Memorial City a few days ago and am very glad I did. The community is lovely and open, yet felt very secure. My tour guide was Ofelia who every resident we encountered seemed to know (and adore). I was there during lunch and the dinning rooms were busy and humming with conversation. We joined a new residents lunch held in a private dinning room. Here Ofelia checked in with new residents and made sure they were getting oriented to their new home and had everything they needed. Potential new residents were also invited to the lunch so they could speak to current residents and check it out. We all had a great time and I was struck by how fun and comfortable everyone seemed to be. If you are looking for a great senior community, this is definitely one to consider.

Everything you’d need for a loved one, in a perfect location. Staff is experienced and residents have fun. My grandma loves it here.

I moved in a little less than a year ago. I really like it here. The location is best. The movie theatre and mall is right next door. The hospital is close. You have every store within minutes that you could possibly want. I am happy with everyone that works here. The shuttle is great. The activities are great. Someone is here 24/7 and that gives me peace if mind.
