The managers of this property of nosy, have favorites, and want to control everything. The maintenance staff lets themselves into your apartment and report ANY and EVERY thing back to the managers resulting in fines, letters on your door, and threats of eviction. The elevators break for days at a time. But the worst of it all is parking. The managers tow the vehicles of nurses, aides, and relatives of people who are there to visit and help these seniors. The left side of the property has over 30 parking spots, of which less than 20 are ever occupied yet NO visitors can part within the gates. The tow company will STILL come in and tow a visitors car costing a non-negotiable $240+ minimum even if there are dozens of vacant spaces no impeding tenant parking. It is clearly a money grab that the managers are profiting from (my suspicion).No one says anything for fear that the managers will retaliate in some way (enter their apartment, charge them fines, or spread their business among the snoopy neighbors).Occupants must be 62+ to even apply for an apartment here yet they do not have valet trash. The dumpsters are located in very dark areas and frequently have animals that destroy the trash making elderly residents afraid to take their own trash out, if they are even physically able.While many move-in as independent seniors, 62+ years of age. The rent is higher than properties with far more amenities so it begs the question, where is the money going.

This is a really nice and clean place for people to live. My aunt lives here and I have visited many times. Its fairly quiet and the staff is patient and helpful. I would probably live here if I was retired.

Customer service from the front desk is absolutely horrible. It all starts from the front so I can imagine how the rest of the facility is.
