I used self service check out for the first time at this location last week, believe me, that will never happen again. I had no choice, because I was in my way to work and could not wait any longer for someone to help me (real person) I had ask for cash back but did not take my cash from the machine. I realized when I got in my car that I had left my money in the machine. I called immediately and stated in hold 5 different times and no one ever answered. Finally someone from the pharmacy got someone to answer and I was told that I would just have to come back the next day and bring my receipt. I did as I was told and carried my receipt back the next night when I got off work. Again there was no one there that could help me so a gentleman took my name and number and said that someone ( the manager, Dennis) would call me the next morning. Again. I waited all day and no phone call. Finally Brittany answered the phone and ask me to come in between 7 and 2 the next day Dennis (I believe) would be there. After I made my purchase ( from the nasty gift bag shelf ) the manager was called to the front to inform that “they” had looked at the cameras and that the lady after me had taken my money. I said so CVS is not going to do anything about my $40. He said if you think we were responsible in ANY way we will give you your money. Tell me if you think we are responsible for your money. I said. You know what. Just forget it. If you can live with it I can live without. I will never go in that store Chace Lake again and my prescriptions will be moved tomorrow.

I have been getting my stuff here for the last 9 months. Then today I was being treated like a drug seeker. Refused to cooperate with my doctors wishes. Refused to call the Dr office, as they requested. And Refused to answer when called. Whoever the pharmacist was, as I didnt catch her name.. was very hateful to me, and she said something outloud about my script that shouldnt have been shared in the first place much less in front of people. Now there could be someone that now knows what medication I take.Worst part, no one will ever reply to it.

Recently visited this location had a couple of coupons I wanted to use. My transaction was canceled and I was refused the product because it wrong up a different amount. The cashier was nice about it so I stated I will go to another store. He then had me check to see if was my coupon was on my account it was not. He contacted Kenneth Taylor the manager and the manager was very rude. He refused to give me the product from which my coupon was used then lied and stated my coupon said B2G1 when I showed him the cancelation receipt with B1G1 clearly printed. He refused to honor the coupon and refused to give me the product for which my coupon was used and taken off my account. Ive been a customer for years and never had an issue with a Manager being this rude and wrong. Worst customer service ever. I contacted the district manager and have not gotten a response. Take your money elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Did help me out with every time I had difficulty finding something.Prices are better than other nearby pharmacy stores.Decent location, ease of access.They do have passport photo services too.

**Edit*Just got some syringes on Friday and didnt have to open the box until Sunday and to my surprise there were 20 missing! I was supposed to receive 100 and it was only 80. I think its time I change my pharmacy! CVS needs to make sure they are checking their stock!One young lady was kind of rude to me and my husband last night. I guess she was trying to leave but we only had a few questions about our insurance and prescriptions. I will make sure to avoid her the next time Im there.

I love this location! They always have things in stock and the pharmacy was always very helpful and provided fast service! I hatr I cant use this pharmacy anymore 😞

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 because at the end of last year they changed from being a 24hr pharmacy to an 8am-12am M-F/8am-8pm S-S pharmacy and a 24hr store. Now I cant drop my prescriptions off on my way home in the evening, and then pick them up on my way to work at 6:45. Other than that, I cant complain.Fortunately, theres a literal 24hr Walgreens pharmacy a few blocks down that will be getting all my business instead. Sorry CVS. Its nothing personal, but this doesnt sound like a smart business decision on your part.

Love going there. Regardless if the pharmacy is 24hr, the pharmacy staff as well as the other staff. Everyone is friendly! Great place!

Always has what I need and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer the phone.

The workers look away from you when you talk to them and in a disrespectful way. one of the worker keeps eating and not listening to the people talking to her.

They have always been a great pharmacy. Just to clarify, pharmacy closes at 12am and store is 24hrs.

Great store and great pharmacy staff. I wish you would state on the website the hours for the drive-thru Pharmacy. I called to ask and was told it closes at Midnight during the week and at 8:00 pm on weekends. People see 24 hour pharmacy and would normally assume that includes the drive-thru.I know pharmacy customers are a particular sort of folks, but I appreciate all you have to do and if I am EVER cranky with your staff just smile or tell me Im being a pain. Neither reaction would offend me. :)

I use to use this pharmacy location, but every time Id fill a prescription Id have to wait a long time or theyd messed it up. I switched to a closer location by my work.

Looked up 24 hour pharmacy. Drive to the store Sunday night at 8:30pm to discover the pharmacy closes at 8 pm on the weekends. Thanks
