Very good customer service from making the appointment to being seen by the doctor. Hood that Saturday appointment was available. Doctor provided great information on the entire test that was done.

Dr. Ellenbusch was very kind and informative. He answered my questions thoroughly and didn’t seem to mind at all that I was asking him a lot of why questions. The front staff when you enter wasnt the nicest and seemed just irritated. Maybe they were all having a bad day. There were no pleasantries exchanged just down to business. I had to ask questions to know exactly what to do because things weren’t stated clearly. The lady at checkout was extremely kind, and I could tell she was smiling at me with her eyes.

He is kind and listens and doesnt push you to do thing you are not ready for. He can be more firm when he needs to be. I refer alot of people who are having bone, tendon or muscle problems to him because he listens and includes you in the treatment plan

I went to scores of doctors after developing unusual pain and no one could figure out what it was. Finally, someone referred me to Dr. Ellerbusch, an orthopedist who specializes in nerve issues. He figured out the problem very quickly and we tried several different medications before finding a combination that stopped my pain and ultimately “reset” the overactive nerves. It turned out it was from a shingles outbreak. No one else realized it, but Dr. Ellerbusch did. I am forever grateful to him. I’ve been pain free for years.

Great experiences with our son’s two injuries this year. You don’t have to wait long in the lobby or room. The staff is friendly. Dr. Ellerbusch is efficient and thorough. I like how he keeps our son’s sport schedule in mind when discussing recovery. The office location is convenient.

Dr. Michael Ellerbusch is consistently one of a few doctors left that takes serious, exceptional care in treating his patients. For example, hes the only doctor I have that calls me himself after receiving any test/xray reports. Not only that but hes very good in is field of expertise. The whole staff is professional and organized. ALWAYS a positive experience!

Ellerbusch is the most amazing doctor Ive ever dealt with if I could make him my primary care doctor I would do that as well but since he only does Ortho type stuff I cant have that and it makes me sad.. his whole team does whatever it takes to get you taken care and I appreciate that

Thank you for your speedy appointment and friendly staff. My niece brings both her teens here with athletic injuries and herself with MS issues. She highly recommended Dr Ellerbusch for me when I started having trouble with my 65 year old knee( arthritis). I had X-rays and a verbal and physical appointment with the doctor before he wrote up a plan for my knee and ask what I would be comfortable with doing. I do not want surgery until absolutely necessary so I went with meds, shot and exercising. I am doing so much better already and think everything will get well soon!! The staff was very kind & helpful. I barely got sat down & was being called back to the room where my EMG would take place. Dr. Ellerbusch came right in & started explaining the procedure. He himself conducted the testing, not some machine tech, & explained everything as he went through each step. He told me what his findings were as he was seeing it. I didnt have to wait for them to be read by anyone else. He made sure I understood everything & welcomed questions to assure so.I think this whole group of doctors, along with staff, here at this location strive to make the patients visit a good experience overall.
