The staff were very warm and welcoming. The office was very clean and modern. The nurses and techs helped me fix problems with my knee scooter and boot I didnt even know I was having. Dr. Kirchner was great, he took the time to explain exactly what was going on so I could understand. He was very careful before deciding to cut. I feel confident that he is going to help me on the road to recovery! Highly recommended!

Dr.Kirchner is a good doctor had surgery last month the healing process is going well his team members are nice and friendly they all have good customer service . I would recommend Him to family and friends he’s the best each day I’m getting better .

I actually saw Dr. Grantier who was very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable . My only complaints are in regards to notification and check in. I completed the precheck online but still had to answer some of the same questions at the office. Also, I got a text reminding me of the appointment at 4:30 in the morning! I obviously did not appreciate being awakened for this.

Doctor Kirchner has already done my left ankle and it was a success! I am scheduled to have the other one done in December and I hope it turns out as well as the other one. Of course I dread the surgery but it wasnt that bad.

Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous and polite. Dr. Kirchner listens intently and I know I’m in capable hands when I visit Southlake Orthopaedics. The very kind gentleman who handles the orthotics was so very helpful and thorough in his explanation of the process. I was very pleased with the experience and appreciate the efforts made by all staff to try to keep us safe and healthy during this strange and difficult time.

Dr Kirchner is always on time. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back. Very pleased with Dr Kirchner and staff. Everyone very nice and efficient. Had X-rays and the young lady was very nice and patient getting me in the correct position to get accurate pictures.

From the front desk to the nurses to the scheduler to the doctor we were Met with friendly, knowledgeable people that truly cared about my daughters well-being. The entire process including the appointments, MRI, and scheduling surgery went very smoothly. Each person had a specific job to ensure the success of the surgery and due to their diligence we couldnt ask for a better experience. The staff and the doctor were all very patient and took time to make sure we understood what was going on and what the treatment plan would be and why that would be The best route for her. As a teenage girl she felt secure and relieved knowing she was in good hands.

I was pleased with the total outcome of my experience. The recommended treatment for my ailment was almost immediate, which pleases me.I saw a foot specialist and needed advice for my hand and the hand expert was called in and gave me the advice I needed without the need for me to make an additional appointment.I was disappointed with the wait time after being prompted to arrive 30 minutes early, which I did. My consultation was some 45 minutes late.I was also disappointed that my request to view the x-ray I have brought was overlooked even after mentioning it twice before my visit was finished, it took a third request as I was exiting for it to be handled.Overall, I am pleased with my outcome.

Dr Kirchner is everything I had heard about him from a couple of people that had been his patients. Hes confident and knows his stuff. Here makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, you just know youre in good hands.My surgery and recovery went exactly as he said it would. My ankle shut down on a Friday couldnt walk couldnt sleep couldnt function. Called him on the following Monday, he saw me on the following Wednesday, and did the first surgery on the following Tuesday.He and his staff saved my life so to speak. They gave me my life back I couldnt be happier or more pleased. I would recommend him to anyone with out hesitation. Thank you to the whole staff even at the Grandview hospital it was an excellent experience with every single human that was involved!!!

Dr. Kirchner and his staff are amazing. I was able to save my leg and walk on it again because of the staff and Dr. Kirchner. The nursing and radiology staff are friendly and caring and always stop to speak to my 4 year old son. Even though I am 3 hours away from Dr. Kirchner office, his office will be the first I go to for any orthopedic need. If you want a staff the cares about you, treats you like you are one of their own, and will do all they can to make you whole again, this is the office for you.

The doctor is great. He helps you get back to normal activities as soon as possible. He does what he says. I had ankle surgery and he told me in advance what to expect next visit and that was to a t what happened. I am very pleased with my experience.

Dr Kirchner operated on both my finger and foot- toes. I have been unable to walk very much my foot is ruined and finger can’t be used anymore. If you want to not be able to use foot or fingers ever again just let this quack work on you.

The ABSOLUTE BEST! Had 2 bad foot surgeries (same foot) more than 9 years ago, and thought I would never be able to walk again without pain and limping. Went to many docs afterwards to figure out the problem. Got referred to Dr. Kirchner and he figured out the problem, explained everything to me, did corrective surgery and I can walk, run, and jump normally without pain! Yes, its a miracle within itself, but Hes a God send with a wonderful spirit! Very thorough, patient, addresses all of your concerns. Highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kirchner since 2012. He did my plate in my right hand and repaired my Achilles tendon in 2012. I had a tear with my Achilles tendon in 2017. And an heel injury over the weekend. He has always done a great job getting me back to where I need to be. Thats why I come to him first.

Pre-op visit was very informative and helped calm anxiety over upcoming procedure on my ankle. Dr Kirchner and staff were very courteous and forthcoming with what to expect.

Dr. Kirchner has made a HUGE difference in my quality of life! I initially broke/dislocated my ankle in 1983, and broke it a couple times after that as well. After being told for many years that ankle replacements were a no-no, I went to my previous orthopedic doctor to discuss fusing my ankle when the pain became more than I could bear. At that time, he told me about Dr. Kirchners success & suggested I see him before proceeding with the fusion. Well, as they say, the rest is history! My total replacement was done in 2016 and I couldnt be happier. I am able to walk, do housework (yuck), work in the yard, and even PLAY GOLF again, all without pain. If you have an old ankle injury and think theres no hope, I highly recommend you consult Dr. Kirchner...hes THE MAN!

As much as I hate the reason I need Dr Kirchners experties, I am incredibly greatful for his dedication to his profession and his eagerness to learn or create new solutions for hard to treat complex patients. He is extremely thurough and will answer every questioned asked honestly, even when the answer isnt one the patient wants to hear. He is one of the few doctors Ive seen that respects the limitations of what he, and medicine, can do, and what options will best meet your specific needs. He is also one of the few doctors that goes out of his way to find the right solution for his patients. while Im still in the middle of my surgical Journey towards being able to use both my feet and ankles again, I am incredibly grateful that Dr. Kirchner is helping me get back on my feet again.

My experience has been nothing but good as far as service goes. Would love to be back on my feet walking. But I guess that will come soon enough as my foot heals. It itches and beginning to smell. Sure hope the bone stimulator does it’s job.
