The person was very sweet end explained well. Im giving 3 stars b/c my lashes that were supposed to stay for a week or 2, only stayed 3 days than started to fall offUpdate:Today (almost 2 weeks after my visit) i got a call from them saying they apologize and said i can go back before the 5 days and refill them for an extra $5 and something they said made me raise an eyebrow which was you are welcome to change you review experience on line if youd like, that is up to you.This place is nice and friendly but now i see how they got many good reviews.. sorry Im not going to change my 1st review but i do thank yall for calling and explaining what i could have done but didnt b/c i was out of town thinking lashes should still be in for a week.

I LOVE my brows! Mez did an amazing job shaping and perfecting my brows. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided exactly what I requested.

The girl reused the stick that she dips in the wax, transferring bacteria from my face into the collective vat of wax. I’m assuming I’m not the only person she did this with, so I’m also assuming bacteria from other’s has now been wiped all over my face. This is how people end up with herpes in their eyes.

Please DO NOT get waxed here. I have never been burned like this in my life. Truly in so much pain, I cant believe I paid money for this. Not gonna be too graphic but my private parts are literally so burned and my legs are covered in marks and blood vessels. I HAVE NEVER EVER experienced anything like this. Normally, I wouldnt put a review cause I dont want to hurt anyones business but this is a matter of literal health and safety. Not okay. I slept all night with ice on my body and Im still in so much pain.

I went for the 1st time and now it seems like I will be the regular customer. They follow Proper Hygiene which I really liked about them. Facial is really good, I felt so relaxed. They have different facial kits for different skin type, like for dry/oily skin, black heads, acne etc. My face got cleaned from black and white heads also I felt relaxed with the massage.I recommend perfect Brows to every one.

I enjoy the service and professional atmosphere at Perfect Brow. I have been about 4 times. I heat the Brazilian wax and my eyebrows threaded. The prices are very reasonable. From my very first experience with the Brazilian wax, Mez(she is MAGNIFICENT), explained the dos and donts, and what to do before coming to make it comfortable for me during the waxing. She answered every question, and advised me how to keep from bumping after. She talks to you during whatever you are having done. The thing I love most about Perfect Brow, is from the time you enter the door you are greeted with a smile and conversation. Mez really make me feel like Im a friend. I missed my appointment once and she not only called to ask, but after I told her I had surgery, she called several times just to check on me. The service is quick professional. DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE!!!!This USE TO be my favorite place to come.. i havent been here since March and the quality has shifted.The threader I had kept forcing a facial and she took 20 MINTUES to thread my eyebrows ( I should of known then that she didnt know what she was doing) And after ALL that time my eyebrows actually look worst after i went to her ! Now my eyebrows look significantly thinner and my arch is damn near non existent.LADIES ! if you like your eyebrows THICK with a beautiful arch, DO NOT COME HERE!PLEASE. I hate i ever came. And will not be back again.

Saw great reviews so I wanted to give this a place a try. But sadly, I didnt have a good experience. 2 stars instead of 1 since Mez was very sweet, but she rushed me in & out and it wasnt even closing time yet. She did not give me what I wanted, the job was done too quickly & rushed. My eyebrows were not precise & I honestly wasnt impressed. There wasnt a big difference in my eyebrows afterwards which was a waste of time & money. I showed her what I wanted but she kept telling me that she couldnt do it because my eyebrows were too thin. Another lady Ive been to has been able to do my eyebrows the way I wanted with no excuses.
